Terrible. The vet tech are kind but the veterinarian doctors are condescending and rude. I brought my cat to the vet multiple times and they’re always triggering him and then saying he needs to be put under sedation because he’s aggressive which is extra costs. How come when he’s at another doctor he doesn’t get aggressive? Once a doctor there threatened to call public health just because I refused to accept to get him vaccinated there. Another time the doctor assumed that my cat has cancer and has to do multiple tests just due to getting a scratch on his tongue! On top of that always charging the most to end up with no results and even more issues, so you can come back and pay. I always go back home more concerned than when I went. I want my money back. Never going there again and I already switched vets and my cat is happy!
