Flowers not as advertised. Vase was not what was order and substitute was not close to the request. Large roses to be used instead super small rose used and cheaper flowers added to the vase. Overall the speed of delivery was good but as far as design not a great experience.

We live out of town and reached out to Brooklin Floral for flowers to be placed at a cemetery in the area. Joanne was amazing. She went out of her way to be sure the flowers were delivered to our family grave site, topped up with water and were in place for decoration day. Absolutely beautiful bouquets. I have ordered arrangements from many different boutiques over the years as flowers are a great way to show gratitude. This has by far been my worst experience with a flower shop. The arrangement was so poorly mad, extremely ugly for a lack of a better word and used extremely cheap flowers (daisies and coronations) while costing me $100. It did not even slightly match the picture on their website. I was so embarrassed and disappointed when a picture reached me of this arrangement from the receiver of the bouquet. A complete scam and rip off. I would never ever recommend this place.

Unbelievable service and quality! They cared about what we wanted, made it all very personal and created a spectacular bouquet. We ordered a delivery from outside of town and I’m always leery that we’ll ‘get what we paid for’ but Donna totally exceeded our expectations!

I've been holding off writing a review of my wife's anniversary flowers but after ordering a bouquet from another florist for half the price I had to. First I will say that they offered to make me a new bouquet. But I wanted a refund. After charging me $250 for a sub par bouquet of flowers for our anniversary I felt ripped off. For that price I expected wayyyy more flowers and flowers that should have been alive. Trying to remove the flowers from the floral foam the flower petals just started falling off. The picture I sent of what I wanted I understand I wouldn't get that many flowers for the price I paid but I expected alot more. Seeing as I paid less elsewhere and received more delivered from Milton to Whitby. Yes you read that right. I can not recommend this florist.

I was in shock at how accurate and just beautiful the arrangement was. I’m so pleased and thankful for the work/effort you did with my bouquet. I still can’t stop looking at it. It was my favourite part of our wedding…. Just don’t tell my husband! ;)

Found out about this place this Mother's Day. Sadly the shop wasn't open to view but they had a fantastic concept of drive through shopping available, lined up they were. Congrats to ALL of the staff there. I will be back

Highly recommend this shop. The arrangement they created for me was spectacular. They followed my instructions, which were very few, but in large their expertise helped design and create the fantastic floral arrangement, which was of great reassurance. The ladies that work at the store are super helpful and very knowledgeable. They also are very accommodating. I thank them for helping bring some happiness into a very sad time.

They worked closely with me to bring my vision to life and the flowers were better than I imagined. They also worked closely with me as I had to postpone my wedding by 3 months they were able to accommodate us and did a fabulous job. I will only be ordering flowers from them moving forward.

Just wanted to share my experience about this wonderful business in our small town of Brooklin.
Having just less than 48 hours (weekend) to honour my request of 2 large floral arrangements for a funeral service in their (friends) mom’s honour, I truly thought it couldn’t be done and I would already add to their grief and stress of making their mom’s wishes honoured.
Thank you, Cheryl for taking the stress off of me and my good friend’s family upon my arrival at the service to see these truly beautiful arrangements that caught the attention of those that paid their respects.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for a birthday - delivery was good but the bouquet was small and the stems cut short. Not worth the $70.

A pleasant experience from the get go. Online ordering simple and convenient. The arrangement was gorgeous. Delivery driver was super nice and courteous. Same day order and delivery is such a great service. LOVE the email confirmations of order and delivery as well! An A+ experience from start to finish.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my stepmother to be delivered to her work as a surprise. However she left early! I was made aware she left and called the store and they were able to get them sent to her home, no questions asked. It meant a lot and I was very impressed. Thanks again for all of the wonderful arrangements we have purchased through the years.

They truly made our Wedding day! Everything from where we got ready in the morning, to standing at the alter. Every detail was looked after, and they also stayed within budget. Opting for 'fake arrangements' or trees (which were just as stunning) in order to give us our desired look without the cost. Would recommend them to anyone!

Not sure what happened today at pick up (May 17).

I ordered, over one week in advanced, my son's boutinnere and his gf's corsage. I paid in full and was told my son can pick up at 12pm, May 17.

My son presented at the shop today (May 17), I received a frantic call and texts from my son and a voice message call from the store employee. All this while I was tending to a dying patient (I'm a palliative nurse). Finally called the store. Lady told me they lost my bill with all the info on it and dont have my order ready. I told them my son needed to be at his GF home by 2: 30pm (it was past 1pm). Not good and not very happy since I paid in advance. Not sure what happened as the last 2 times I ordered from this shop, all went smoothly. I haven't seen the boutinnere and corsage yet but I did text my son to send me a picture of both. My son and his gf were late for the pre-prom pictures. Not a very happy mom.
