I strongly recommend The Sign Installers (Brooks Brothers). 99% of the time there are no issues, but even when there was an issue they went above and beyond and corrected the issue. The owner himself fixed the issue, talked to the person negatively impacted to ensure the situation was dealt with and cleared my name. In times when mistakes happen it is an opportunity to show your customer service and value, I was not disappointed. They turned a bad experience into a great one. This is the only sing company for me!

I ordered a sign installation for my listing and a pickup from the warehouse of the printing company. I specified it very clearly they had to do the pick up on this date because the warehouse of the printing company wouldn't store the sign later than that date. I also called the receptionist & she said she would make sure it is picked up on that date but I have to place the order online. Their driver did not go on the date specified & went the next day & my signs were not available in the warehouse. Spoke to Brook & he said he wouldn't charge me but they still charged me & Brook said he couldn't do anything on it. They charged me for Pickup without picking up my sign only because they had my credit card on file. A week prior to my property closing I informed them to pick up their post & they want me to place another online order so they can charge me again. There is no way I am going to place another online order. I have done my job & as of today it has been 12 days past closing if they do not pick up their post it's their decision. Please do not give out your credit card info online. Most of the companies do not charge you until the job is done. These guys charge you before the job & do not reimburse you back if there is mistake or misunderstanding from their end.

Horrible, They Charge for work that was not completed, they do NOT follow up. Do NOT give them access to your credit card

Brooks Brother’s Sign Installation does a great job! They are very accommodating and go out of their way to help. This doesn’t mean there are never issues; what it means is the rare time there is, it gets addressed and rectified ASAP. I have missed deadlines getting orders in and they were able to help me out. This is a challenging time for all and they are still providing great service. Thanks to Steve and the gang!

Brooks Brothers / The Sign Installers has been our commercial sign installers for many, many years and a few years ago we transitioned to having them also install our residential signs – they helped make the transition seamless! They provide great service, at great prices! The on-line ordering system is wonderful – sure helps to make our jobs easier! If an issue does arise, they are quick to respond and make it right! Steve, Katie, Scott and the whole team are absolutely wonderful to deal with, they really do care about upholding our reputation as a company and their own – they want the job they do, to reflect well on both them and us!

"extremely rude" is an understatement. They wont admit when their website orders are not is down even though multiple agents have complained.

I have been dealing with Brooks Brothers for many years. I can depend on them and I am very happy with their service.

If I could give them 0 stars, that would be more than they deserve. Horrible service, owner who makes excuses for employees incompetance. Hence the horrendous service, low quality experience and tons of billing errors. Want other sign installation recommendations, let me know. Stay away from these fools!
