My humidifier started leaking and Andrew found the issue immediately, then made the repairs wand supplied me with more more options to prevent this in the future. He was amazing, professional and so knowledgeable!

UPDATE: It's one year later and the same issue occurred on my humidifier, which they said might happen because that particular model has a problem with the solenoid, and it has gone twice now. To clarify, Brooks did not install this original humidifier but the person who did is no longer working due to illness which is why I brought Brooks in both times. Lucas and co-op student were here 2 days ago to diagnose the issue, and Andrew was here today to replace the unit. Lucas and student were amazing, very courteous, professional, very efficient and knowledgeable, as was Andrew today. They answered my questions and even gave some advice on my furnace and gas fireplace. Thanks so much for yet another amazing experience.

Andrew is very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and gave us valuable recommendations in using distilled water in our humidifier to prevent white dust buildup in the furnace. Highly recommend.

Placed an emergency call in the AM, Nick arrived shortly after lunch. A very responsive Company with great employees.

Chris had so much expertise for installing a new heating system to adapt in an older home. He also answered all of the questions so there was no misunderstandings.
