I had a great first experience at Brookside family Dentist! Brittany was my dental hygienist, she was so sweet and went through every step with me today and always asked if I was okay or uncomfortable. I definitely recommend this Dentist location

I would highly recommend this practice. The hygienist made sure I was comfortable in every way and the Dr.made sure that my sensitive issues were dealt with before treatment started. Clean and brightly lit. I was very comfortable.

These guys made everything so easy! We got an appointment within a week, they were amazing with my young child, they explained everything thoroughly and they were incredibly welcoming. I love that they communicate through text; from appointment reminders to last minute opening. Highly recommend!

Natalie was thorough and did a great job at clearing the plaque from my teeth. Dr. Jordon was very pleasant and did a good job of checking my teeth and answering any questions I had. I was PLEASED!

Brookside dental is the best place to take your family. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Dr Jordan is hands down the most patient dentist ever. My child has terrible anxiety and health issues. He spoke with soft words and never got frustrated once. Koodos to him and the rest of his team.

This was my first visit. I encourage new patients to go to this Dental Clinic ; They are flexible in accepting all kind of insurances including Government's one. These people are full of energy. The Dentist took his time to explain all options I have concerning a specific another problem I have.

I have been going to Brookside since they opened. They are always very friendly and accommodating. Every staff member goes out of their way to make the experience as comfortable as possible. Thank you for doing such a great job!

A welcoming environment! The staff, dentist and assistant to dentists are amazingly understanding, non judgmental and fast and efficient, two cavities done in 22 minutes now that’s a record if you ask me!

Had a broken molar and s few various other issues. Just visiting the area for work. They took me in first thing the next morning. Fixed all three issues in one setting. Had no insurance, their bill was surprisingly low for the work performed. I give them 2 thumbs up. Would hesitate to recommend them to new customers. Staff is very friendly and accommodating

Huge RAVE to Brookside Family Dental on Grand Ave Chatham. Had much dental work completed a few months ago. Wanted to take my time on leaving a review as I wanted to see if I was still happy with the dental work completed. I am very happy with the awesome staff, Dr Moe and Dr Jordan as to how they explained in detail every procedure. I highly recommend this company. Thanks to the staff for being so great.

Absolutely was a great experience, had not been to a dentist in 4 yrs since moving from London Ont, now having been with our dentist there 40 yrs, I felt comfortable, the ladies at the desk awesome explaining to us and the hygienist was very careful, patient, gentle an dentist was very and explained everything in detail. We will be back.

Everyone is very friendly and caring and on top of things the office is very nice and clean and great friendly service brookside I would recommend you guys to everyone tyvm for your help and making my mouth very beautiful.

The wonderful staff eased my growing anxiety before surgery which allowed me to relax, mentally and physically. Surgery went well and I appreciated their concern for my comfort before, during and after. I was even personally escorted to our vehicle to ensure I was doing well and safe. They also took the time to text me the next day asking how I was.
I am a 14yr oral cancer survivor and having major surgery on my cancer site was a worry but Dr. Moe covered all the bases with imaging and research. I am hopeful now that in the end.these implants will allow me to eat normally again and I can ditch the grinder, blender and the oversize straws!

I went into the dentist with a bit of anxiety as I was getting numerous teeth extracted and it thought of the needles and the poking and prying were definitely taking its toll but w the professional nurses and assistant my app was made a lot easier due to the friendliness of the staff and the doctors. The procedure I can HONESTLY say was the first time a dentist app was pretty much painless and that is the truth. The stages that Dr. Pete and Patty took to make my experience that much better was better than anywhere I have been. I want to thank the Staff and Doctors at Brookside for the most pleasant dental visit ever and one I never thought would happen at a dental office. A def switch to there I think would be a wise choice it definitely was for me. Again thanks Brookside!

They are so kind and caring. I have a lot of problems with my teeth and they have taken amazing everytime I have been there. They always make you feel as comfortable as possible especially for people like me that have a lot of trouble handling anything to do with my teeth. I had my first consult as a new patient today. I am about to get some extensive dental work done and Dr. Metwally was very thorough and detailed in what to expect. I very much appreciated his honest opinions and he made me feel very comfortable. Their office is very clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I look forward to upcoming visits with Dr. Metwally and his lovely staff!

They took the time to take pictures of my teeth in a different view to be able to show me and discuss my concerns further. They also took the time to explain the cleaning process thoroughly and gave me different cleaning options, whichever I was most comfortable with. I really appreciated that they explained how I could get the best use out of my benefits and showed what was all included. Very clean, neat and professional. Even texted me they were ahead of schedule and asked if I wanted to come earlier! I’ve never been so comfortable at a dentist office before. Great job team!

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was very warm and the work was first class. I was a little nervous because I hadn’t had a cleaning in a while and my teeth are sensitive but they totally put me at ease and did a fantastic job on my coffee stains. Highly recommended!

An extreme fear of dentists kept me from getting much needed teeth repairs for years. When I could avoid it no longer, I was able to get an appointment quickly and upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff who quickly calmed those fears. During each proceedure Dr. Jordan along with his assistants, Patti and Tori, made sure I was comfortable and experiencing no discomfort or pain. Besides doing top notch work, all the staff here is very kind and gentle. I am definitely making Brookside Dental my home.

The ENTIRE staff here is AMAZING. My daughter was terrified of visiting the dentist. They were so patient with her and so thoughtful and understanding. They answer any questions you have and encourage you to ask them. I'm sure it wasn't their first rodeo and thank you everyone at Brookside.

Brookside has absolutely wonderful staff and is the friendliest environment ever. I am normally a very anxious person (and at times can be a fainter) but they have been nothing but the absolute best. The dental crew are all extremely reassuring, knowledgeable and comforting throughout the entire procedure (and I’ve had many lately). I have avoided going to the dentist for a long time but I am super thankful I found Dr Jordan and his team!

After reading the reviews - I have to agree with the majority here. I too had not been to a dentist in far too many years because I knew it was going to be painful and expensive with the damage I had done. It was neither! I was greeted warmly, made to feel at home, had a great free consultation with Dr Jordan who addressed all my issues and just made me feel better. His Assistants, Patti and Tori were dynamite. I had to go back 2 weeks later to get the work done and it was surprisingly quick and painless. I made an appointment for my husband who has had a couple rather bad dentist experiences and he was very wary - but again, they were great. I have already recommended Brookside to others and will continue to do so. When you find something that works, you stick with it. Thank you Brookside (and my husband thanks you too)

Best dental services in town by far! My family and I have been to a couple different dentist’s trying to find the right fit for us. Brookside was our only choice for amazing service with the greatest most helpful staff who always make you feel like you are at home.they know just how important it is to make the children feel safe, happy and comfortable when visiting the dentist which can be a little nerve wracking at times to say the least! The staff are always so wonderful and eager to help in any way possible! This team truly does go the extra mile for their patients and we as a family are proud to call Brookside Dental our home base for the best dental services in Chatham Kent!

Brookside dental by far has the best office in town! I was terrified about getting a tooth extracted, after having a terrible experience with my wisdom teeth removal. The staff were so kind and did everything they could to make me as comfortable as can be. Will definitely be receiving my dental care here from now on!

Dr. Jordan and all the girls here at Brookside are amazing. I have high anxiety about going to the dentist and my experience each time has been wonderful. They go above and beyond to make me comfortable each time. Even my 12 year old doesn’t mind going to the dentist since we’ve switched to Brookside.
