Job was completed after good communication on timeliness. Trim was done well, and the installers were respectful and tidy. We were outside of London in Goderich and still great service!

Everyone we dealt with from Brookstone from start to finish were amazing, I highly recomend them.

They went beyond our expectations, *****THE BEST***** customer service in London with no doubt. What a job quality, what a product quality and what a service after installation. The installation team was AMAZING and the office followed up with us after installation.
The entire team from sales, project manager and installation, are very professional, nice and courteous. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I was on the hunt for a new entry door. I called a few companies to arrange quotes and when I called Brookstone I was more than a little put off.
When trying to arrange a quote the woman on the phone let me know that all homeowners need to be present. When I ask why I can't get an estimate for windows on my own, I'm told that there are hundreds of options that can be very confusing and dramatically alter the price. Patronizing? Yep. I made it clear that I not only am I capable of paying for the door I am also completely able to make financial decisions for my household. I can vote, own a home, buy a car but for some reason can not get a door quote. It shouldn't matter if it's only me, or just my husband or both of us together when the salesperson comes to measure our windows, talk about the options and offer up a price. No other company I called had any issue making an appointment with me. In fairness, it could be possible they would refuse a man if he called to make the appointment on his own as well and has no sexist motivation but it certainly FEELS sexist and totally out of place in the year 2023. This conversation with Brookstone made me feel as if I've fallen into a frustrating "Mad-Men"-era time warp that's neither quaint nor nostalgic. Even after assuring the company I held the purse strings for this particular project (which I am assuming is their top concern and why this policy is in place) they still refused. This may be this company's policy but it is my policy not to do business with any company that doesn't recognize that a woman can make household decisions or if this is not sexist in motivation, I would not do business with a company that can not be flexible to my needs for a simple quote. Finally, when I asked for more information about why the policy existed, the woman at Brookstone hung up on me. Which brings me to this review.

So are you telling me that you know what is best for me? When I tell you I do not need to consult with anyone and I am fully and 100% the sole decision maker with this renovation including the very beginning stage of getting a quote, you don't trust that this is case? How can you blatantly ignore what the customer is communicating? This is just poor business practice. A business should not be deciding for me what is best for my home and my family. You have lost a customer to Douglas and you will lose many more because I will be sure to share this condescending business policy with anyone I can.

A fabulous company with exemplary service. Our Sales agent Dan, our project manager Kim, the door installer (a gentleman whose name I did not catch but who was the absolute best worker I have ever seen…quick, clean, polite, expert) and our after-care specialist Morgan were all part of a superb team that made sure our experience with Brookstone was top notch. They will be our “go to” for any further windows or doors we need. Thanks so much guys!

The quality of work was outstanding and completed in a timely manner. The installation crew were very professional and courteous. Any problems we had were addressed right away.

We purchased doors and they are fantastic. The whole process was made very easy from selection, installation and the final follow up. Communication was top notch. The installation team were fast and friendly. Would recommend.

It as a pleasure to deal with Brookstone.they delivered what they promised and then came back twice (without an additional charge) to make an adjustment to my door. Friendly people that responded quickly. Highly recommend.

Had to threaten to call the police to get the pushy door to door salesperson to leave my property. Canvassing at 7pm on a weekday should be illegal! Will be following up with the police. Stay away from this company and don’t open your door.

We had the front door replaced with a great door. The salesman, Doug Monk, was very knowledgeable and professional. The installers were very competent, knowledgeable and efficient. They also left our home tidy upon leaving!

I had 14 of my windows replaced with Brookstone. The experience has been pleasant and professional from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and doors!

Great customer service from start to finish! The sales rep I met with was courteous and professional and gave me a realistic timeline as to when I could get my sliding doors replaced and then he actually was able to do it earlier than that! The account manager, Kim was so nice and would communicate with me about when the doors will be installed, the installers that did the job also did great work and were friendly and the kicker… Kim called back to check if I was satisfied and the sales rep did too! Customer service is so lacking in so many companies so I really felt compelled to write about this pleasantly unique experience. Thank you to the whole team at Brookstone!

Great service from sales to administration to to installed to followup. Looks like wood doors without the maintenance of wood. Beautiful doors and regularly receive compliments.

We had 5 windows replaced on the 2nd level and one in the basement and were very happy with the service and quality we received from Brookstone.

They quoted me over twice as much as another company I have always used for windows and doors in London, they bothered me for the estimate sent someone out to cold call then gave me an astronomical price and over 6 month estimate for install.if you are that busy why send people out to call on me at 6pm for business that I can’t and won’t use? The other company gave me a price 60% less and install in 4 weeks. What a waste of my time that was! At least they’re employees were friendly that’s the only reason it’s not a 1 star.

Brookstone as a company is decent, at least the customer service is and the door is good far as i can tell.however, the door isn't installed satisfactory, they sent someone as a follow up to make sure things were good but this guy has zero technical expertise and was clearly 100% for sales.great.when asked about the sticking issue it was brushed off until i pushed it.he also awkwardly forced an initial review and asked for referrals.that could of been done over the phone, don't waste my time please.also it's covid season.

Finally someone comes to look at it and they have no clue what to think or how to fix it.they change the knob but i said that isn't really going to help and they didn't really understand or were hard of hearing.they finally said it was normal. I know for a fact it isn't.so i left it be.well today i was literally locked out of my house and had to go through my back door because it was really stuck. I do have two exterior doors, the other back door does not have a sticking issue and is sealed just fine.however that's because i installed it. I also know this door seals before it latches, i have a $2k thermal camera and it's the same before and after except after it's pushed too tight and causes the latch to catch and press against it.i get it, doors are hard but you literally have one job.install doors and windows.besides, the seal is magnetic, which is odd since the sales guy said it would be butyl rubber or something.perhaps it's installed based on the wrong type of seal because literally 1-2 mm shift in latch position fixes it.

My expectations are reasonable. $10k door, should be installed properly. I shouldn't have to fix it myself but I'm left with no choice. I don't think they could if they tried (again).

We choose Brookstone Windows & Doors to replace our front door. From first contact, to our meeting with the sales rep, to installation we have been very pleased. We wanted to use a local business that sold high quality Canadian products. Our front door is beautiful and the subcontractor that installed the door did an excellent job! We would very much recommend this company and we will be return customers when we replace our windows.

I had my front door replaced with Brookstone. It seals well, and doesn’t let in any draft. It looks beautiful! I really like the colour you chose. Everyone was very polite and professional. I would recommend them.

So happy with my experience with this company! Salesman Andrew P.was professional, punctual, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Showed me many options and explained the pros and cons with respect to my needs. Not at all a pushy salesman. I got exactly what I wanted and was comfortable with the whole process. After signing me up Andrew followed up the next day to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my decision before sending it off to be manufactured. After that I received a call from the company to let me know timelines for manufacture and install. They worked around my crazy work schedule and did an amazing job during the install. No hassle, no mess, no stress:) Thank you for being so easy to deal with! After the install I received a call from Andrew checking up to see how everything went and if I was happy. That’s great customer service! Thank you Andrew for taking care of me during this process. I highly recommend you call and talk to Andrew if you ever need windows and doors. He will not disappoint.

Had a great experience with this company. The salesman, Andrew is very Down to earth, and was very helpfull in uderstanding what we needed and wanted. Although we had to delay the install, brookstone was very fast to set a new date. The installers were super. Good working team that also found and corrected a few previous mistakes.
