I needed an emergency water line replacement for a damaged lead line. Jon was incredibly responsive in getting the work organized on short notice.
Scott and Callum on the crew were fantastic - they went above and beyond to avoid damage in the yard, in particular saving a lilac bush in the front that could easily have been uprooted by the work. They were friendly and helpful the whole way through.
I would definitely recommend for excavation needs.

I reached out to John to fix a separated pipe at our house under the garage. He repeatedly gave us great advice. In the end we went through our insurance company, but we would not hesitate to use Ken Brown Excavating in the future should we ever need their services.
