Service service service, recently bought cell service from Bruce Telecom, Bruce resells Bell, bonus you never have to deal with the horrible Bell service team, you get to deal with Bruce. Thanks Kayla you rock!

Update, since the Bell outages in September 2023, the cell service is very poor, calls dropping regularly, inconsistent streaming, needs to be resolved. This was my fear when switching to a service that relies on Bell.

Have had BT for many years, there service has been mediocre at best. No after hour support, so if you work night shift, you have zero support when all channels go out at 2 am. The support and quality of service has declined constantly over the years, considering switching to another mediocre service to make my point

They have great customer service but the non stop issues with the fibre optic tv service is getting annoying. DVRd a show on Slice. Cannot watch it. Continually cutting in and out pixelating. Never had these problems with Eastlink. Very frustrating.

Ian was dispatched to a wifi dropping call from me. Ian was very thorough and went through feed wiring to ensure it was good. Replaced our modem/router with a newer model and verified it was working correctly and up to speed. All was good. Knowledgable and friendly man. Great service.

No body wants to work properly, poor skilled staff. Horrible experience.

Had a problem with internet extender. They just took the modem back. It never worked correctly. Charged $60 by them to plug it in. Engineer told my wife at time it’s never going to work anyway. We just need to use wifi when sitting 5 feet from house. No big deal. No offer to sort issue. Ask what the problem is or anything. Just yeah thanks close the door behind you attitude. Been with bmts for 13 years. I dread going in there.
