I just want to say that I walked into the Bruno's here on queenston at the school absolutely amazing staff amazing people my little boy had actually shaved his head this morning by himself left bald spots and she was so kind enough to shave his head for free this is an amazing thing not just for free this is an amazing person amazing people go down to Bruno's on Queenston and you guys will not regret it 5

Bruno’s is an amazing salon, the students are so well taught. They really make every visit so welcoming and educational. The students really take what you say you’d like to do, and make a plan with the teachers if they’re unsure, to make it happen. I absolutely recommend Bruno’s to everyone. It’s a high class salon/school with amazing prices. I have nothing bad to say about this salon whatsoever. It is ran so beautifully. I will continue to go back. They were able to take a botch job done on my hair, and make it exactly what I was looking to achieve.

The staff was super awesome and friendly. I showed them what hairstyle I wanted and they delivered it perfectly. And it didn't cost me a fortune of bucks.

Price is very reasonable but you pay first which surprised me so you tip not based on service or performance just your goodwill. Be prepared to spend time in the chair as student has to wait for a very busy instructor to show technique or to add assistance. What I was disappointed with was the student not introducing herself or explaining how the process works with the student starting before the teacher offers guidance. I don't mind being a guinea pig but let me know first. My fault for not asking. Also, I would have liked a card or request for my feedback after the cut from the teacher. Overall, I would go back now that I am familiar with the process.

This place is amazing, positive energy, great atmosphere, I had the pleasure of the Saturday crew! They team is fantastic! I had balayage done and it looks so amazing! I highly recommend you check it out!

I am over the moon with the results of my haircut. Sandra and Nadhan were fantastic and made me feel welcome. I will definitely be back as a client. I also will be telling my family and friends about Bruno's and the wonderful people that work there.

Awful teachers who laugh at students and make fun of them in another language suppose to teach not make fun when student does something not perfect or wrong. Teachers act like they are they best but all come from magic cuts

Ihad basic training through them mrs Gallanti was funny woman i got basi training there and worrked at salon Danto John was good was a good teacher john and i had battlea few times he would on any given fire me and mrs. Would Gallanti would find and yell in the phone John would hire
me again i trained ar Sasoons after this a nd John payed for it

Auroroa was an AWESOME, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC student. I didn't think I would have had a color and cut half as good as she did. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC job! Thanks
