Brush Dental Church

My experiences at Brush Dental have always been wonderful. The appointment I had yesterday was amazing. I would like to express my appreciation to receptionist Tina & my hygienist Sanaz for their amazing service!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Very happy with my experience! I will definitely be going here for my cleaning and dental work moving forward!

I had scheduled an appointment for a tooth cleaning, but when I arrived at the location, they informed me that the appointment had been canceled without any prior notice. They offered to reschedule it for two weeks later. However, when I went for the cleaning after the rescheduled date, I found the hygienists to be quite inexperienced, and she kept apologizing for their mistakes throughout the session. The cleaning itself was very basic, lacking both a fluoride treatment and flossing, which other places I had previously visited included. Surprisingly, the entire session only lasted half an hour, but at the end, the receptionist informed me that I would be charged for 3 units of scaling and half a unit of brushing, effectively charging me for 60 minutes when only providing a 30-minute service. This seems like a clear case of fraud, especially considering that my insurance covers the cost. Just because my insurance pays for it doesn't mean they can charge whatever they want. Moreover, when I requested a copy of the paperwork I had signed, they claimed they were unable to provide one. This place has a history of miscommunication with clients, unannounced cancellations, low-quality service, and fraudulent practices. I strongly advise avoiding it altogether.

Nice and fast but accurate. Really profesional and alot of experience. Staff were really polite and the dentist was gentle and right to the point. When they xray your teeth to giving you freezing or when they whiten them. This place is good I'll definitely be going back for any future visits. Thank you brush dental

I called to request an emergency appointment and Brush was able to offer me an appointment within 24 hours. Shortly after making the appointment they called back to advise they’d had a cancellation and I was able to come in that same day. Dr Abhishek (Dr A) had great bedside manner, explained everything to me in detail, and took my concerns into consideration. I am not a fan of going to the dentist at all and haven’t had many positive dentist experiences, but so far I’m very satisfied with Brush and Dr. A.

Best dental care I have had in Toronto. I have gone to three dentists during my 14 years of stay in Toronto. The last one I had gone to resulted in a lot of pain, so much so that I had almost decided never to go to a dentist again. Brush dental today gave me back my trust to dental care. Thank you
