Have been going here since 2020. Glad I found this place because this dental clinic has amazing service, very helpful and talented people, and very organized. I had multiple teeth-cleaning sessions and one session where I did 2 teeth fillings. This clinic will keep you posted multiple times in the coming days and on the day of your appointment to make sure everything is good. Every time it's a great experience and a warm welcome.

I’ve been going here since 2019 and it has always been a pleasant experience. However this whole year, my experience has changed drastically. My routine cleaning has been done with new hygienists and have been the most painful experiences ever. They seem to not know how to handle the tools gently when needed and many times the tools will hit my teeth.

I called ahead of time to request another hygienist due to my bad experiences and I was told that the person I requested will be working on the day of my appointment. Forward to today. I come in and was told she doesn’t work today. I ended up with the hygienist who I had a bad experience with. Giving her the benefit of the doubt… it was even worse this time. Just flinching in pain the whole cleaning and at times I’d have to tell her to just stop. Only my front teeth were polished and had to ask her to polish all my teeth. I also had concerns about a possible cavity and once the dentist was alerted, she came in seemingly in a rush, took a quick look and told me my teeth were fine. I insisted to take a closer look, using their tool to point at a small hole on my tooth, she realized my filling chipped off and needed to be refilled. I had to advocate to get proper treatment.

If you want rushed, improper dental cleaning and check ups… this is the place.

My experience with Brush Dental was a very pleasant one. The staff there are friendly, helpful and efficient but most importantly Dr. Gorendar is a wonderful dentist. Not only did they see me within such short notice despite being a new patient but I felt completely comfortable and at ease during my visit. I experienced virtually no pain the day after my 2 wisdom teeth extractions and Dr. Gorendar truly has a very caring, gentle demeanour towards his patients. Surprisingly, I’m looking forward to my next appt to remove my remaining wisdom teeth! Can’t recommend this office enough! Thank you Brush Dental and Dr. Gorendar.

Amazing place and very professional and kind people, they treat you with care and they actually know what they are doing!

Very dishonest and unorganized office staff. Appeared 6-7 months after my appointment begging and harassing me for money I already covered with my insurance. I was surprised at how unprofessional, threatening and rude they were when I raised my concerns about them appearing out of the blue and forcing me to pay out of pocket. Not to be trusted.

Staff is super friendly, the place and equipment is really update to date. They’ve done a really good job cleaning my teeth, definitely coming back.

The team work of the Dental Assistant Divina and Dentist David were amazing, explaining to me the procedures - making me feel that I am in good hands.

The Dental Hygienist Jung Hye who explained to me the importance of daily flossing, now I am very cautious about daily cleaning of my mouth.

They even gave me freebies. Recommended clinic!

A while back I was having issues with my back moulors.since my wisdom teeth came out. I had gone to a specialist I could not afford. They wanted to take out my tooth. Brush Dental Dundas has been amazing.they helped me saved my tooth with extra care and cleaning and teaching me to take care of this issue.since then the tooth has healed I have had no issues with it.the other specialist high exspesive wanted to remove it. I do take some medication and has a few medical issues. Brush Dental Dundas has really gone over the top to help me understand howto properly take care of my gums, mouth and teeth.when no other dental office could. I just got approval for more treatments due to medial and medication. I am extremely blessed to have found them as I am on Ontario Disability and can not afford extra dental at all! Your teeth and mouth is really connected to your brain and health having the proper dental team can changed your life and health more then you realize. Findthe right dentist to assist you!

Had a wonderful experience at Brush Dental today. Dr. Abhishek and assistant Divina were super patient and caring with me. The level of service was beyond awesome. Front desk was able to fit me in with short notice. Thanks for the amazing service!

Brush dental was amazing, their super friendly and gentle, love the modern look, the doctor seems really invested in her skills and strives for a healthy smile, her and her whole team definitely seemed ready to take on the challenge of my teeth I look forward to this become my permanent orthodontist location!:)

I have been looking for a new dentist for a while and very fortunate to have found Dr. Desai! She is excellent in cosmetic bonding, very gentle and professional! Being a picky customer it was not always easy to please me but now having found Dr. Desai I can surely stop worrying about the results as she will ensure the job is done to perfection! Highly recommend!

They did a thorough examination of my teeth to let me know what needs to be done on some teeth apart from cleaning. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Cheers to them!

My bf doesn’t use the internet so I’m posting this on his behalf. He has finally found an awesome dentist who has made his dental experience anxiety free with little or no pain. He doesn’t even feel the needle when being frozen.

I've been going to Brush Dental for 3+ years now. Their staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have yet to come in and wait for my appointment time and I don't get impatient when getting a filling or cleaning done because it's done with such precision. They offer direct pay to your insurance, which is always handy. When available, they also provide free whitening kits for your teeth. It's great to see that they have more than one location too because it means they will be around for awhile and I won't need a new dentist anytime soon! Amazing and professional admin Rachel, so helpful. Their team actually follows up with every item I mentioned from benefits pre-approvals to cancellation waitlist. Prompt response to calls, emails and texts. Dr. Swami was very friendly, thorough, and efficient in her work. Knowledgeable, non-guilt-tripping style. Direct billing available. Plus dual TV screens with cable to keep you entertained during your cleaning. Happy I came here!

Very fast service, friendly staff and doctor. They offer 20% for student insurance so you literally don't have to pay for anything out of pocket.

I have been with this dental clinic for a few years and I always got very good service from the receptionist and dental professionals. However, in June, 2020, I got a very nasty phone call from their accounting department about an overdue bill. In January, 2020, they were going to submit my bill again to my insurance company. They said they would contact me if the bill was NOT covered by my insurance company. They never did. Then, in June, 2020, I got this absolutely nasty phone call from their accounting department about this overdue bill. I would have gladly paid it immediately had I known it not was covered by my insurance company, but they never contacted me to let me know. I am still furious that I should be accused of neglecting to pay my dental bill. I refuse to go to Brush Dental Dundas ever again! I would have given them a Zero Star if there was a Zero Star. I am emailing everyone that I know to let them know about the absolutely horrendous treatment I got from their accounting department AND to tell them NOT go to this dental clinic.

I was referred to Brush dental through a friend. I am always hesitant and terrified when booking dental appointments. I have to be honest through the years I have jumped around so many times in hopes of finding a dentist with no luck. Not only was my booking appointment pleasant but the whole experience overall has changed my perspective and fear of dental work. My dentist Dr. Reem was sensitive and listened to my fears. She took time and explained every detail and made me feel comfortable before she even touched my teeth. Not to mention she was so hilarious and engaging half the time I forgot I was at a dental appointment. If I could I would give this place a 10 star.

I am such a coward when it comes to going to the dentist, however, Dr. Frances ensured everything would be fine.

She is very informative and let's you know how the procedure will be done. She made sure I understood everything she was going to do and if I had any questions.

Had a good experience as far as being at the dentist can be. Staff is friendly and this dentistry uses the latest in technology. The doctor was quite competent and a perfectionist - the latter is good to have in a dentist!

This used to be a professional establishment until recently. I showed up for a scheduled appointment during their "regular hours" only to realize they still hadn't opened. After calling 4 times I left to go back to work.

A few hours later I got a call explaining that they had cancelled my appointment without my knowledge. I'm honestly so disappointed since I've had a good experience with the dentists so far. This was an administrative error and due to the way it was handled I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Excellent, great and helpful staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The negative thing though, is that Dr. Reem need to spend more time with patients. In my case, she did not explain any future plan. I had to ask the receptionist.

I read reviews on this dentist office before I went and I couldn’t believe all the positive comments I read until I went there. The dentist was amazing. She found issues I’ve always complained about but never seemed to find solutions to at other dentists. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and constantly checking to make sure I was okay. I 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone. Best service I’ve had so far!
