Took my mini schnauzer for the first time. Was very disappointed when I picked her up. The grooming consisted of basically shaving off all of her hair, right down to her skin. There was no effort put forth to give her the schnauzer look, no styling whatsoever. I could have done a better job myself and saved the $80. Will not be back.

We love bringing our dog here. They are super friendly and our little guy gets so excited to see Bronwyn.

We dropped our 9 year old dog off this morning for a haircut and nail trim. He looks like a puppy again! Brushcuts did an amazing job and would highly recommend them.

Took our puppy Tella in last minute for a nail trim. Staff were falling behind because of a staff emergency but handled it very well and apologetic in the situation. We’re very sweet to our little girl. Will keep on returning! Thanks team!

Took my senior dog in, and was told to drop off at 8: 30am. He wasn't actually dealt with until 1: 30pm! And also wasn't ready until 3: 40.
AN ENTIRE DAY. Practically in a cage. I would have dropped him off much later! Absolutely abuse! I can't even put into words how upset I am.

Their bum, feet, face package is super convenient. We save money and can get a booking in no time. Excellent choice for in between grooming visits.

Worst place ever. My mom took my dog Monday for me and they cut my dog soo short that she looks ridiculous. According to my mom they looked up what her old dog used to get cut like and cut her to match my mom's deceased dog even though they were told to leave her longer. Now my dog looks like my mom's dead dog and its freaking out everyone out.

We took our St. Bernard Great Pyrenees x here for her first groom and they were AMAZING! My girl is afraid of her own shadow at times and they took beautiful care of her & addressed all her double coat issues (matts).

My pup visited Brushcuts for the 1st time today. We are so pleased with the exceptional care they took of him, as he is almost 12 and has a few issues. He looks adorable. Thank you so much for looking after my boy. We will be back again.

I would give 5 stars, but I believe there is always room for improvement. I feel my beautiful boy is treated well and comes home fresh. They have been with us through his learning for a high maintenance coat (doodle).

Best grooming place that I ever have taken my dog to. No one has gotten her claws down to where they should be but most important she likes the people there.
