Only ever bid on one thing. That's when I found they have ghost bidders. I know this because I put a bid for $500 more than the bid they were showing on site and as soon as my bid went in I was told I was out bid. This happen twice on same article. Will never bid on this or any other on line auction.

The workers there are so helpful. I love this place. Great deals. Shout out to Shawn and Jessica. For always being so helpful.

Came early for my pick up the lady in the booth told me to pull to the side an wait for someone to come to get me do to my apartment at 915am when I got email confirming saying it’s at 815am I’m getting told it a system error….
Still made me wait till 850am to get my stuff

Very militant process and attitude. Purchase price is plus 13% hst and plus 12% buyers premium. So that's your bid price plus 25%. They will absolutely not help load anything.
They just stood there and watched me struggle loading a door by myself. Absolutely no warranty for anything and they dont take responsibility for the description of items.

Wouldn't accept my bid on an item because I apparently have a "bad review from another auction company". First I've heard of this. Guess I'll take my money elsewhere.

For the amount of money we’ve spent at this auction house (Trenton location) over the past few years, it’s disappointing how dissatisfied we are with the level of service and professionalism we’ve received. Our last lot we picked up had a completely smashed up item, when my husband questioned the person loading it he basically said, oh well, you should have come sooner to get it. While loading other items he was very careless with the forks and we came home with a bunch of mangled boxes. After purchasing a vehicle last year it was a GIANT hassle as they registered it in the wrong name and required us to go to the MTO to make changes. We’ve had many things lost (luckily they have refunded these items) … it’s clear that once they have your money, you, the customer, doesn’t matter.

I have bought items from Bryan's online auction for several years.

You need to read the item details and research the item value before bidding.

Pickup has always been fast and efficient.

Not that it is the fault of the auction house but most items sell close or above retail. I don’t know about everyone but I think you should get somewhat or a deal especially if most items do not come with a warranty. With the 12 pert fee I have never been able to get a half decent deal. People get caught up in the game and overpay

Both of their locations are top notch! I have bid and won items from Puslinch and Trenton Ontario. Worth the drive coming from Toronto!

I tried plenty of times to buy a car and a truck at this auction, and I wasted so much time in inspecting them, but every time they went over market price.
Unfortunately I have to say that you don't get the deal here.

Have made purchases through this auction site several times. Always had great customer service when arriving and picking up items. The items listed on their auction site have always been as listed and accurate. I enjoy the auction experience and will continue to use Bryan's in the future.

Very efficient business. They explain thoroughly from the beginning of how to create an account, bidding, purchasing and pick up. No issues through out the process. Looking forward to dealing with Bryan's in the future.

You can pick up your purchased items easily with just a truck, or a truck and large trailer. Plenty of room to maneuver around the building. Very helpful staff as well.

This is my second purchase from on line didn't get all I wanted but everybody there has been great to me on my first round. Will be picking up my second tomorrow. Hopefully was as good as my first. Thanks guys.

I suggest everyone read what your buying but when in the description when it does not say new or used. You could get a surprise I bought tires and called in to see if new and emailed They didnt return my email and on the phone I was told new. When I told them on the phone I was told it didnt say new in the details but it didnt say used either so not good buisness to do it this way. I've been a customer for a long time but not anymore. Well they wasnt new and I paid a good price. Theres ways to deceive you so beware

I was not happy with a few products that were purchased and they were accommodating in finding a suitable replacement. I would recommend Bryan's for some great deals. However, you should physically inspect what you intend to purchase. Some products aren't what they appear to be online and the level of quality may be in question. DEFINITELY & THOROUGHLY inspect any flooring or cabinets you intend to buy.

Best of the best auction experience with Bryan's Auction Services. The staff is professional, very pleasant and hard working. Items are of quality and as described. Have never had a bad experience over the years at Puslinch or Trenton sites.

Great variety of items, many new. Cars, trucks and large equipment available on display. Lots of tools, kitchen cabinets, flooring, home decor and more. Great opportunities to bid on things online and get them for some excellent prices.

Have had a great deal of fun bidding (and winning from time to time lol) on the items on Bryan's Auction. Ladies/gents in the office and in the yard are top notch and extremely helpful. Will be back again and again.

Great staff and great some really good items. Watch your bidding and don't over spend. The only problem is sometimes there are long lines to get your purchases and you have to waite. Other than that. Great place to buy. Keep up the good work
