We have been buying from Bryan's auctions for years. We have never had anythimg but an awesome experience. Their auctions have a great selection of items and the quality does not disappoint!

I love this auction site! Seems many people have negative reviews surrounding the merchandise but in Bryan's defense the items are available for viewing prior to purchase. I am a frequent buyer at this auction and I've found that many of the products are better than what the big box stores offer, but you will have to see for yourself. There is plenty of time prior to each auction to view the items you may be interested in and to complete a search for similar products and price points. I have absolutely no complaints with Bryan's, I even bought a vehicle there 3 years ago that is still going strong. I recommend this site to anyone looking for home renovation products, tools, equipment, supplies, and a host of other fabulous products.

I've bought from Bryan's several times.hardwood flooring, vanities, tools, and most recently a car. Any damaged goods have been well noted and imperfections were shown in photos rather than trying to hide them (like other auctions I've bought from). I was pleasantly surprised with how easy my car purchase was and the service they provided in getting temporary plates for it. Shannon was particularly helpful and quick to respond to my messages and calls.

I have been buying items over the years from Bryan's auction (Puslinch). Way back, when they even hosted them live onsite. Moving to the online only feature is a bit of a transition but allows you to stay at the comfort of your home and bid on items. The guess work of when your lot is coming up is gone as items have a pre-defined time that they will close at.

This past auction I ran in a bit of a snag with my credit card. Due to Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Credit Card companies where scrutinizing charges more vigilantly due to increase of fraud (even though I called them in advance to let them know). After attempting to pay my invoice, I kept on getting declined. Thank you Shannon for assisting me and advising where the snag was. Even more so, Shannon allowed me to call her back directly after I sorted out the issue with the bank. Thanks Grrl.

Furthermore, I have always had kind and courteous dealings with Bryan's and they are more than willing to help you with your buying process and offering tips and tricks. Great place to find items especially when you are doing renovations.

Bought a vanity and pine door.
Vanity, open the box, the front leg is damaged. Since there was a bunch of the same, im assuming all of them were damaged and that's why they were auctioned off. There was no chance to see any of the other ones. Saved maybe $200 from new. It's supposed to go into my new bathroom and will end up being the worst piece in there. Oops.
Pine door, doors is 32 inches, casing is 32 inches. There is no gap, nothing at all. Now I have to cut the door width on this beautiful door. I'm also assuming all the doors were made like that and that's why they were auctioned off. I saved about $25 from new pricing.
Summary, spend $2000 on garbage. Should have just went to Home Depot.

Edit: Bryan's responded to this review asking me to email them with my concerns. Then they ignored me. Didn't respond. Nothing. It's worse than ignoring the review.

I just need to write a review this time, I have bought several times at Bryans Auction, and have been very impressed with the great organized well oiled machine, and have always had very polite, engaging staff to direct us and help load.
I unfortunately bought a lift of flooring this time, and once I got home and started unloading, found over 40% of the load was quite damaged, and was very worried about being stuck with it. I took pictures and contacted them very quickly, and could not be happier with the Site Manager, Amit, another great employee of Bryans, saw my pictures and made things right with me, by allowing me to return the purchase, for a credit. What a great stand up thing to do, Thank you Amit, you can count on me being a dedicated customer.

Just had a great experience through the pick up process today at Bryan’s. One of their team members named Will really made sure to help us out with the purchase we made!

Purchased a gate for my driveway which was located at their yard in Trenton. Took the day off work and drove 4 hours to pick it up to get there and find that they had managed to give it to someone else, that apparently it was an inside job and that there was nothing they could do. So seemingly one of Bryan's Auctions employees stole from me, the company is aware of it, and refused to do nothing. So it seems like it's just a free for all at the yards and anything goes, regardless if you win the bidding.

I purchased a vanity. When we got it home and opened the box we found the top broken. I contacted them and it was no issue at all. They were going to issue a full refund but I opted to exchange it at the next auction. Absolutely great people to deal with! I will be seeing them again in the future definitely. I absolutely recommend anyone to do business with Bryan’s.

Not HAPPY first time actually bidding. Was in the building at time of bidding, phone said I was the bidder time had expired and item closed and Winner wrote across the screen. Young man that works there said that I had got it. Went in to pay and was told that I would get an email with payment instructions then to pay and set up pickup. Next day still didn’t get email so phoned and was told I didn’t win the bid. Went back into account and it said that the price was over a hundred dollars more. I think it’s a scam if you get a deal you were out bid after the item closes. Thanks for the experience, Stephen
Be cautious!

Purchased what I thought was a 5’ roll up shop door (as per description). Turns out it’s a roll up truck bed cover that was missing all the hardware. Awesome….
Also purchased a plastic water tank. Has three defects in it from casting and leaks, won’t hold half a tank of water. Really pleased

Brutal auction services. Tried to list some wood windows I removed from my house. Never heard back. Even spoke to the guy in person. Went and bought a hot water tank. Ended up being used and untested. My fault I guess for not going to see in person before purchase. Recently purchased exterior doors. Supposed to be new. Instead they have been hand painted black by someone with no clue how to paint doors. Complain. No response. Lastly I bought Kypro fencing for a pool. Almost a 5k purchase. Says it comes with everything listed, which included hardware. Was a decent deal and less than I would have spent directly at Kypro. I get it home. Leave it on the skid until I am ready to use. And guess what, no hardware. No response by Bryan’s. Called the company and had to buy $1000 worth of hardware to go with my purchase that was supposed to include it. I assumed it was all on the skid strapped down as that’s all they gave me. If you don’t go over your purchase with a fine tooth comb than you are on your own with these clowns. As others said. Zero customer service. They don’t care as they are making money hand over fist by the looks of things. Even the guys working in Bryan’s farm side know you won’t get a response. I’ve spoken to them as well. If you do buy here then absolutely do not unless you’ve seen your product first, in person. Or just flat out don’t care. And don’t trust they are giving you the right products. Because there seems to be no recourse. I saw another review where you offered someone a voucher to re-bid on an item. I am surprised to see that after my experience but I can say I have given your services enough chances and always blamed myself. But I wouldn’t take a voucher even if offered.

Great place. Sometimes description of product isnt great. But we have bought hundreds of items and been happy more than not.

Bought a fridge that was supposed to be brand new aside from a couple scratches. Got it home and it didnt refrigerate or cool down properly. They would not do a single thing for me. They are supposed to test appliances before they get sold.i would advise anyone to not buy any appliances from them. They have horrible customer service. Waste of 500 bucks!

Edit: I am pleased to say that Bryans auction got in contact with me and resolved this issue. They were kind enough to give me a voucher so i can bid on another fridge. Thank you very much for resolving this issue and look forward to doing business with you in the future.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There systems are like clock work. Isaac loaded my load with a smile on his face. He is a very nice gentleman!

First out, lemme be clear, the folks of Bryans have been nothing but friendly and helpful. As auctioneers, they are consistent and always have items Im interested in. There was this one time a fork driver kinda just "dumped" my stuff into my trailer and I spent the next 30mins re-arranging it, but that was once & pickups were seriously back logged that day and he was under a lot of pressure. So why the 2 stars? Well, if I rated it as a seller, I'd give it 3 as I feel their fees are a little steep, but in light of what Im about to say, if you're a shop clearing out old inventory, Bryan's probably worth 4.5 to 5 stars. But yet.and now the 2 stars, as a buyer people are going nuts at this place! Bryan's is a victim of their success and I regularly see bids on items that are far above the MRSP for the item new at a store, and this is before factoring in the buyer's fee. So yeah.if you're hunting for a deal, just go to the store. If you're looking for unique or old items, def worth following their auctions. But my god people, some of ya are bidding like you're sitting at a slot machine!

I didn't get the name of the young guy (had a hat and blonde curly, shoulder length hair) who helped me but he was awesome! Another guy (bearded) also helped at one point. So MASSIVE thanks to them.

My first time here, the company is big, I did expect them to have such a huge lot. Well structured and signs for where to go, followed covid and safety protocols. Staff in hi-vis.

The ladies at auction after sales. My second hero (I think name was her Carrie) who I didn't meet but knew how to start an hybrid car, "Thank you so much".

I honestly personally cannot fault this company, they met and exceeded my expectation, one of my top 10 companies that I have interacted with!

Would give 100 stars!

Bought a cub cadet lawn mower they said "runs", but only the tractor did and barely. Deck spindles were seized, and bad belt, deck wheels and pins missing. One tire flat. Apart from their pics showing deck wheels missing, none of the other parts are visible, and no one would say this lawn mower was running. They offered to find used parts but never called me back. It took a month to get parts which altogether cost just shy of $800 to get it to cut lawn I felt mislead and ripped off

Built a beautiful new house with materials from here. From the new soaker tub for $36 to all the tile and fencing I saved $100K (yes, 100) buying extra and selling off what I didnt need to offset the costs. Great place, great deals and straight up people running it.

Was here to pickup for customer and waiting in line to be told an Appointment was needed for picking up.went to website and there was no link to book appointment.tried calling and also got the run around.

3 times today.lots closed while I was submitting a bid. The 1 minute soft close is a joke and doesn't update as it is suppose to. System glitch or whatever you want to call it is unacceptable. Unbelievably disappointed after 6 years of great experience. I do not post bad reviews without unbiased justification.

I really enjoy Bryan's auctions. They are super easy to participate in and are extremely professionally run.
The entire staff are super friendly, very organized and will literally bend over backwards to assist you. I thank them so much for accommodating my needs today and really look forward to your next auction.

I've made two purchases from Bryan's. In terms of the quality of the goods I purchased, I found them very good. On my first purchase I found their pickup process very regimented and somewhat confusing, but found it much easier the second time. Because I live three hours away I allowed extra time to make the trip and got there over an hour early for my appointed time. Bryan's staff were great allowing me to pick up my purchase early and I was home well before I anticipated.

Offered a simple York 6000# hydraulic hand pallet truck for them to auction. Took time out to take pics and send. Paint is good, general shape is good. They would not consign it. They replied, "I am not sure that we can make any profit on this York. We are going to have to pass on this offer. " I have never been refused an item to consign. Replied it works both ways and I would not be bidding in their auctions.

I wouldn't recommend shopping here unless you can look at the product yourself. I understand that during covid there are special circumstances that require the limitation of viewing products, but if someone from Bryan's doesn't call you back to answer your question, and it's pertinent don't bid. After calling and leaving 3 messages, as well as 2 emails I looked at what was shown in the pictures and decided to bid on a 800.00 item. I spoke with the lady who looks after payments and she stated that if the picture showed something it was included as Bryan's puts out a disclaimer if there are things missing or there is something wrong with the product. When I complained that there were things missing Rob the yard manager said if my questions weren't answered I should not have bid on the product. He told me they get thousands of inquiries and can't answer everyone's questions. He said they did nothing wrong and told me he would speak with the manager and get back to me a day or 2 later offering a $50 credit on my next purchase. No call No credit. That was last auction closing in December.

This is an excellent auction service. I have purchased a number of items here over the years, including a travel trailer, a car, a bbq and a new gas stove. The online bidding system works well. The products are well-described with lots of photos. The pick-up process can seem a bit over the top at first but the process is necessary when you sell as many items as they do! I have always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating.

Customer Service is inconsistent within the organization. While many of the staff are eager to help with any issues, it appears mgt does not "walk the talk",

After three messages left with Mr. Nader's voicemail and zero call backs - I contacted the front desk and they assured me that I was important and that they would email him to ensure that he called me back. No call was ever received.

After listing my concern on their internal customer satisfaction survey - I did get a response from Agnes committing to having the general mgr call me back to deal with my issue - and now after 2 months - no call.

No need to call now - I have moved on.

Been going to Bryans for a couple years now.
Most items are well described, and I have never had any issues with quality of items thus far.
Lots of selection everytime (Puslinch auction) and even with Covid, they have quite the simple and organized system going.
As with any auction, do your research before you bid, but guaranteed you'll find some good deals here

NO ETHICS! I have had the absolute worst experience with Bryans Auctions today.

I spent my morning following a few items I had in my watchlist and was bidding on a floor sweeper. There were two floor sweepers in the auction. I won the bid on the first floor sweeper at $2,200. The second sweeper was still on the bidding block for another hour or so and went for $4,750. Later in the day I received a call from Robert Laube from Bryan's Auction. Robert proceeds to tell me that they made an error in their inventory and only had one (1) floor sweeper, not two (2). He said that it was human error and wasn't going to give me the floor sweeper even though I successfully won the bid. He said that they weren't going to give it to me or the other guy who bid $4,750 ($2,250 more than I bid). He said they would not give it to either of us and would put it on the next auction.

I was fuming as I was successful in bidding for it. I felt he should have given it to me and told the other guy that i won the bid fairly. He disagreed and said that what their policy was.i believe he did only have one, but assume he could sell it to the other guy for more than double of what my winning bid was.

I told Robert from the auction that if I couldn't have the sweeper which was fairly bid on, that I wouldn't take any of the items that I bid on. Robert then turned to trying to bully me and threaten that he would send me to collections if I didn't pay for the other items which amounted to a few hundred dollars. I told him to go ahead and send me to collections.

This attempt to change their policies on the fly and screw their customers over so it will benefit them is not only unethical but also bad business. At the end of our conversation I told him he needed to make a choice, give me everything that i fairly bid on and won or I would take nothing and never use their auction services again.

Lets see how they handle this one. I have attached two pics of the sweepers, the one that I won and the second sweeper that went for more than double later in the auction.

Have made serval purchases over the years at through the Online Auction. Never had a problem with anything i've purchased and would recommend it to anyone one looking.

Remember there is a buyers premium and taxes

Stay away, so much scam in regard biding in poor items. Never trust biding process. That in addition to rude customer service and sales people.

They take advantage of the weak knowledge of some bidders who bids based of higher bid, what ever.

Bryan's always have a great selection. My purchase went smoothly and the pick up was well organized and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

I've been using online auction sites for years now. Bryan's is by far the largest selection of quality items in Ontario. The onsite staff are always very friendly and very helpful. Coordinating multi item loads is never an issue. Communications with admin and office have always been clear and prompt. This is a very professional operation.

If you are new to auctions, Read the policies, know your prices, be organized. If you want to be a buyer, this is not Costco, do your homework. And remember to calculate the auction fees, taxes and transportation into your bidding price.

I've re-modeled over 12 residential homes in the past few years and a lot of my supplies have come from Bryan's Auction Services. Of the hundreds of items I have bought, there was only one item which failed my expectations. Bryan's staff resolved the issue promptly and beyond my expectations.

If you have an issue with an item, the staff are eager to resolve the problem. Thanx Bryan's for keeping these auction items available to the public.

Auctions are exciting!

Terrible customer service. They listed something with a completely incorrect description. I caught the error when I was picking it up, I was made out to be the bad customer! Never again. There are many auction sites, don't go to Bryan's.customer service is not one of their priorities.

I'm on my third house renovation and have spend a lot of money at Bryan's action with fairly good results but my purchase of a 72" bathroom vanity that was new in the box was completely destroyed when I opened it. It was well packed in styrofoam and cardboard but still unusable, I sent pictures of vanity to Nator and it been 1 month now with no return call. Then I opened a stand up matching cabinet that was new in box and there was no legs with the cabinet! Needless to say this cost me a lot of money and I had a angry tenant as I waited but finally had to go and by other units, I will have to rethink how I proceed with my next house renovation

I am very convinced that these guys have iside bidders bidding their own items to raise price. I have been bidding on skid of hardwood flooring from there, when the item hits 1min. 30 sec time out the price automaticly started jumping from 1005$ to 2500$ and i mean before i could even click this thing kept on rising like mad.i didnt bid more than 2500 i said screw it, turns out that few weeks later another auction was on same floor, same price jump, and so on about 4 times in total.oubviously item dod not sell the first 3 times and i bough it the 4th time when they did not raise the price that drasticly anymore knowing they wont be able to sell it if they did so. It just shows this isint a real auction and often could be a waste of time/money dealing through them. Staff inside the warehouse is unfriendly, and the women at the office look like hick women from alabama that wanna get in a fight with you.

Great experience! Purchased a 2008 Ford 250 truck for my Dad. Smooth transaction everyone was friendly and helpful had our mechanic saftey no issues just needed a good cleaning will be purchasing again!

Great online auction experience from beginning to pick up. Friendly staff, great items and a great set up.

They have their own people bidding so that they get the highest price possible for something.and if they do not get the price they want they will sell it again.when you think you are bidding with another interested buyer, turns out its the auction itself trying to raise the price.i know this because its common sense but also because an auctioneer expert who has been working in the field for years told me how Bryan's auction scams people! Dont get into this you will end up spending way more than you wished!

My second time using the auction, fun and exciting experience. My last auction was also fun until I brought my winning bid item home. The item was presented online differently, auction stated the item on the bid block was a total of approximately 1400sqft (14sqftx100pieces), when I began to unload the item at home I realized the package was not as stated on the online auction. Instead the item I purchased was 1000sqft (10sqftx100pieces). Needless to say, the project the item was purchased for will be short, needed around 1200sqft, giving me a couple hundred sqft to allow for damage and cuts.
I am very disappointed and advise any participants to inquire about the items they are interested. I guess I will think twice about my next bid, if any, at Bryan's Auction! Bottom line BIDDER BEWARE!

Bryan's Online Auction has turned out to be one of the best i have done. Easy and the products (even without going in person to view) have been impeccable. The whole process from beginning to end has been a very impessive experience. The staff are very friendly and willing to help at every turn. Honestly, try it, you may get as lucky as i have.

We all can get caught up in the auction excitement but honestly this one is for real.
I have been involved in quite a few and purchased a couple of items. (wish i had won more). The last one was an exterior door for the side of my home. Good door, good product and good price. I feel, given a lot of the prices i have seen that this is a great place for a contractor or home owner wanting to renovate to bid. Also some of the vehicle prices have been amazing. Now that can be good or bad depending on what you are willing to pay. You can view everything you are interested in so join in the fun and maybe purchase a few items you have been looking for.

I have bought multiple items from here over the years. The Staff is friendly and accommodating. Stayed a bit after closing so I could pick up. Easy to load and move around. They are always willing to lend a hand to help load you up. Keep up the great work.

YOU MUST GO TO BRIAN'S AUCTION, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.well I have my invoice for the fire safety ready kit and what I paid for the shipping, I got it and it's of high quality. Im really impressed with this. I didn't think it would be this nice. Anyone living in a apartment building MUST get these kits, It really looks like it can help save your and your family's life in a fire. Take a look at the pics I've putpup.
