Contacted Bryan's Fuel with a barrage of questions as a new propane customer. Mitto answered all my questions promptly and in detail. I would recommend Bryan's fuel as a propane provider to anyone contemplating a switch to propane.

Been using Brian’s Fuels since 2008. They’ve been very helpful and prompt whenever an issue arises.

This company provides the fuel for my house north in Mono and they are responsible for the service and maintenance that we need.

After 3 strikes from a much larger competitor I interviewed and had Bryan's quote on our business. They were competitive, but most importantly, they have NEVER let us down since. That was approximately 20 years ago. The company and employees have been professional and a pleasure to work with.

We have used Bryans Fuel for both servicing of older equipment and installation of new. We have only received the best service. When our furnace died on the coldest day of the year, the Bryan's team responded immediately and we had a new furnace installed the same day. I highly recommend Bryan's Fuel to anyone.

I live the Bryan's fuels team. Always on the ball from the lady that answers the phone when i call in to the delivery driver. Always very helpful and professional wouldn't use any other company.

We've been pleased with Bryan's for close to 15 years. Last year, when our oil tank reached its age limit for use, they talked us into getting a heat pump along with demonization of oil by the insurance company. Not their fault, they can only sell what they're sold. I hate it. I wish we'd stuck with oil.it's uncomfortable, hard to work with, noisy and I end up wrapped in blankets and wearing ear plugs to find any comfort in our home, trying to avoid the cold wind. Great service and installation. Nice people. Lousy product.

Bryan's provides our propane. They monitor and supply, always on time. The whole company has been wonderful to deal with.always friendly and professional and most importantly transparent about costs.

We have done business with Bryan's Fuel for over 25 years. They provide us a lot of propane as we have 2 furnaces, propane appliances, propane pool heating and they provide us dyed diesel fuel and premium gas for our farm equipment. They are absolutely the BEST at service, professionalism, communication and are always priced competitively. We wouldn't have anyone else providing us these products and services.

I called for service this morning at 8am (2022.12.15) as my propane fired Lennox furnace (also installed by Bryan’s Fuel) was shutting off intermittently and wouldn’t restart until I had shut off the breaker/turned on. Service advisor said a Supervisor technician would attend from 11-4pm.
The technician arrived shortly after 11am and within an hour diagnosed the cause (dirty flame sensor), repaired the problem and had my furnace working correctly within an hour. The technician was professional and personable.
It should be noted the technician came out on the worst winter day this year (during freezing rain episode).
All my dealings with Bryan’s Fuel are similar to the current experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bryan’s Fuel to anyone when considering HVAC purchases/service needs.

Dunno how all these positive reviewers scored good service. I often see these kinds of raving reviews for business around Orangeville, many of which are the impetus for deciding to try the business out, which simply dont match up with my experience. My best guess.there's a service level for "long-standing members of the community" and then there are the "outsiders" or new-comers, which I clearly am. DO NOT USE BRYAN'S FUEL. These guys butchered my HVAC system. The techs arrived without a clear idea of what they were supposed to be doing (not their fault per se, clearly an operational/management issue), nor did they have much experience doing the job they were contracted to perform. They didnt install anything correctly, as per the printed instruction manuals. They broke components, and I have constant leaks flooding my basement. Worse, I contacted Bryan's with understanding, and simply conveyed I expected them to correct it in due course, but they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix the damage caused by their techs. BRYAN's simply TOOK my money then GHOSTED. If you're a "local". Im sure you'll be fine. If you're an "outsider" like me.forget it. You'll be ripped off and left with zero recourse cause you simply dont matter.

They went above and beyond this weekend, to help me sort out my water heater info. Called me on their day off. I have used them in the past for thermostat issues, and also very helpful, prompt and efficient. You don’t see service like that very often anymore. Highly recommend.

Our furnace died in the middle of the winter. I called Bryan's Fuel and got a quote the same morning. The very next day their team arrived at 9am and completed the new furnace install for us. It was super fast service and a well done install. Highly recommended. Thanks Bryan's Fuel!

Everyone we met from Bryan's Fuels was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They explained everything and were just a pleasure to do business with.

From the first team of guys to show up at 7: 45 am on the hottest day of the Summer to begin the digging to allow our home to be switched from oil heating to propane, to the rest of the team who got to install two furnaces, and consequently remove two massive and heavy old furnaces AND two old and very large oil tanks from two different basements, with narrow stairs, my team of Bryans guys were polite and efficient the whole week they were with us.
We have been using Bryan's Fuels since the day we moved in 26 years ago. No matter who I speak with, I am met with courteous professionalism, and never feel like I am a bother.
Many companies could learn a lot from this group!

I have to say that this company has the most courteous and respectful drivers. They go the speed limit and do not push you down the highway. This tells you that this company must be great because their drivers put safety first not speed. Thanks to all the drivers at Bryan's!

Bryan's did a great job installing our new air conditioner recently. Gord and his helper arrived when they said they would be at our house and installed the new unit quickly and without any issues. It has worked great from the minute they started it up.

Bryan's is the only local company we would use for all our heating and AC needs. They are always there to help us!

This was a great company to deal with from start to finish. Budget friendly and I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

We hired Bryans to install a new high efficiency furnace and a/c system in our home. Roy visited our home 3 times to ensure nothing was missed, work was completed on time and not a penny more than what was quoted, they even installed an extra cold air return in the basement at no additional cost. The air conditioning unit that was installed was defective straight from the manufacturer (no one knew as it was installed in the winter). One call to Bryans and they were there that afternoon diagnosed the problem and had a new unit installed the next day. UNBELIEVABLE and TOP NOTCH service. It is nice knowing that a company is willing to stand behind their products and customers in this day and age. A big shout out to to Roy and his team. Great job, Thank you.

Bryan's does excellent work. The one area that I would like to see improved is having more in-depth expertise with the NEST thermostat. They installed our NEST and it is working but it shows errors on some settings so does not seem to be fully and properly installed.
Since leaving this review, Bryan’s followed up and fixed my issue. Excellent!

$141.25. I have propane tank I have not used in years FS Partners sticker on it. Made appointment to have it filled by BRYAN'S Fuel and inspected. I tried to get in touch with FS to no avail. Bryans tech shows up and inspects furnace I just had inspected and new blower motor installed (700.00) says he doesn't like furnace.he says regulator is too close to ground.too close to window.too close to hydro. I asked if codes have changed because FS installed regulator.says no they have always been this way.so I guess FS installed them wrong? BRYAN'S tech does not care.you know $$$$$$$. BRYAN'S Fuels is the same as most money grabbing companies. BRYAN'S Fuels is like your 50 year warranty on shingles and your insurance company gives you 10 limited. I give BRYAN'S Fuels zero stars.codes are dependent on how they feel and if they need a few extra bucks. BRYAN'S Fuels tech also informs me tank is 25 years old that I got 10 years ago.so between FS and BRYAN'S Fuels $$

Had a vent motor replaced in Feb 2019 by by Bryan's. Cost me $1000.a year and half later the blower fins all break (thats only 7 months of heating weather). So I called, of course no warranty and its another $1000. This is completely normal to them. To pay this every 1.5 years for 7 months of use is ridiculous. And they want a $100 to tell me its broken, thanks I know there's no heat, its because of your lack of quality parts or install. Sorry not me! Will never use them again. I will use someone else or buy a new vent motor on line and install my self in 15 mins. Too bad, its shameful. They used to be good years ago.
30 days. Wow! No wonder 1.5 years is considered normal. For me its too much money to pay and have unreliable parts in my furnace.

Rip off. Go somewhere else. I cant tell you how many times Ive used these guys. 100 bucks every time just to knock on my door to come to a appt. Had a replacement on a thermostat for my fireplace. 5 months and it stopped working.called at 7months.part under warranty yes.but i gotta pay for them to come back out.another 100 bucks. Go somewhere else or fix yourself. Payed over 200 bucks to get its replaced last time. 200 bucks for 5 months of it working. RIP OFF. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. BS.

The repair man took the time and care to figure out the problem with the propane heater and it is now working as if it was brand new.thanks so much.

We just bought a new house and unfortunately have to use this company. The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and needs to learn basic customer service etiquette. Trying to set up an account after previous owner has been a nightmare and now we are stuck no heat! Horrible service, not the standards I'm used too!

Amazing service. Amazing staff. They are quick, efficient and accommodating and reasonably priced. They had my water heater replaced in record time and went out of their way to accommodate me since I had no water while my water heater was broken. Thanks so much for such excellent service. I recommend them to everyone.

I can not believe the service this company has provided me with a few locations the supply for me! A tenant's propane tank was taken away by a different company and she had no hot water, when I called Bryan's fuel, Heather one of the owners dropped everything and came to organize the installation first thing the next morning. I am truly thankful of their family based, warm and helpful but yet professional customer service! Thank you

This was the second time, I've used Bryan's Fuel. Last year for a furnace repair and few days ago, for my central air, not blowing cold air. Tom, had it fixed in no time. Good honest service men, at fair prices, are just so hard to find. Thank you and will recommend you guys, anytime.
