The food here was amazing and worth every cent. I’ve never had lechón so crispy as the way I get it here. Also, the fat was rendered perfectly and I am just thinking about the opportunity to visit here when I’m back in town. Highly recommended!
Food was really good! The Lechon is one of the best I had, it was tasty and crunchy. I like the add ons except the egg only feedback is probably put more Lechon and the eggs can go. Other than that it’s excellent!
We always order the Kamayan feast and it is really good! We used to order from a different Filipino restaurant downtown and most of their meat and seafood was grilled, not breaded, which I think it gives a much better flavour. Also, it is the first time ever when I ate breaded shrimp with the shell on! Please remove the shell or simply grill the shrimp.
The cebu leche was tough, too salty, and extremely greasy. Didn’t seem fresh and nobody could really eat it. I’ve ordered before from here and received a much better product.not sure what’s going on tonight - lots of money spent for a meal that was 30% inedible! Why does it need to be that greasy? The beef ribs, garlic rice, mango salad and onion tomato topping were excellent and complimented each other very well. Didn’t get my moneys worth and that’s disappointing
I never really had a problem with b’s sizzling portion and the taste of there food but I was quite disappointed in the portion of the calamari for almost 16 dollars, I got possibly 3oz of calamari and 2 oz of whatever’s added on the calamari dish and to add on I bought it delivery we have to pay more so I feel like it was a rip off.the restaurant I work in we do 8oz of calamari and tail for 12 dollars.and it’s enough to be treated as an entree. The pinakbet and the pork skewers were amazing and worth the price.
I absolutely love this Filipino spot, they truely have some of the best Lechon in the city. The Cebu is always so tender with the crispiest skin, and the Kawali is always cooked perfectly. An honorable mention for the rice bowls, it's hard to find a restaurant that will serve you a good filling meal under $15 in this day and age, I will keep coming back for their filling lunches! Great Value and great customer service!
Delicious food specially their cebu lechon. Price a little expensive more portions. Location far if your in the north. Place clean and staff are friendly.
This is a Filipino restaurant that serve mostly Filipino delicacy foods including lechon, sisig, tapsilog, etc. The foods are freshly cook taste goods and fast. It is located in Horner Ave.and Brown's Line. I suggest to visit and try their Filipino way of cooking Filipino foods. I am sure you will come back to eat again.
Absolutely disgusting Kare Kare. Flavourless, saltless and way too much peanut butter. Tastes like oxtail dipped in peanut butter and served. I ordered 2 Large Kare Kare and got 4 Larges. Clearly they didn’t want it and gave it to me. I threw up. Ordered bicol express and it was just…ok. I DO NOT recommend. If I could give -10 stars, I would.
My kid walked to this local spot and when he came back he said just by the smell alone he knew he was in for a treat. He had the Lechon Sisig with a side of rice. Photos were taken after it was all mixed together!
So good cebuano style lechon. Prices are a bit higher than par, but it is so much nearer than the other shops. Every time we do takeout has been a positive experience. So grateful they are in south etobicoke!
Got the lechon in a box which was a good selection of soft tender pork meat and crispy skin. We love their lechon sisig as well for a side dish, so we always order it
The staff is always very pleasant and helpful. Parking is limited but waiting for your food is not too long if you order ahead.we always miss out on the crispy pata
Brings you back home! Love the flavors and the servings are generously huge, perfect for sharing! I wasn’t able to have a photo of the kare-kare simply bcos I couldn’t wait but to eat it! Bottomline, highly recommended!
Visited this restaurant this Sunday afternoon for a late lunch. Ordered the lumpia, BBQ medley, and garlic fried rice. The BBQ ribs were absolutely amazing with that distinctive Filipino BBQ flavour. Service was outstanding and we thanked the chef! You gotta try this gem of a Filipino restaurant! We’ll be back soon!
Exactly on Christmas day we ordered lechon atleast a week ago with confirmation about our order with pickup time, when we got there we were told that they our not able to make our order and our name is not even on the list, as costumer we were very disappointed about their customer service.
Wow, we did the special k box for take out and I can't say enough good things about it. The pork was so delicious, the chicken was tender and moist. Large portions of everything, very good value and excellent quality. We will be ordering again soon!
I have been eating plenty of lechon over the years from parties to take out but I have to say the lechon from b's Sizzling Kitchen is the best lechon that I have tasted 5 stars for the chefs and crew.
Seriously delicious! Like so delicious these guys clearly don't play around! The pork ribs, the BBQ chicken, and the pork belly were the standouts for me! I wanna try everything on their menu!
The lechon is one of the best I' have tried here in Toronto. The downside is I ordered 3lbs and it only read 2.1 lbs with 2 small packs of lechon sauce included in the box. Which means the lechon itself did not even weigh 2lbs and I paid $44.97. And this is the 2nd time it happened, Won't order anymore.
Hands down one of the best Filipino restaurants on the west end (Etobicoke/Mississauga area).
I am super happy and satisfied with the dishes I ordered (through UberEats)! The portions are huge! All 4 dishes are so flavourful and scrumptious! Definitely worth the money!
What I ordered:
**** Garlic fried rice - Personally, a cup of GFR for $3 is a bit overpriced (perhaps because I ordered thru UE). But it's very flavourful and the garlic smells divine!
*** Kare kare - there is a perfect, balanced portion of veggies and meat. Without the shrimp paste, it is already super delicious. With it, it's just extra yummy!
*** Pancit Bihon con Lechon - the black plastic rectangle container is filled to the top and (then some!) It can feed 2-3 people, easily. All the different veggies, mixed with lechon = perfection!
*** Cebu Lechon (1 lb) - this is THE BEST lechon I have had in a very long time. It was so fresh, there was very little to none fatty parts. It smelled sooooo good when I opened the box it came in. The meat is so soft and the skin is super crunchy! There was no dry part at all! Even after heating it up in the microwave, it was still crispy and moisture.
Cannot wait to order from them again! I will need to go visit their store in person to find more of their delicious dishes!
DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE! I ordered from uber eats and will from now on go and pick up as its better for small businesses HOWEVER! My husband is extremely picky.meat and potatoes kinda guy and he was sooooo impressed.everything we tried was delicious.packaged so well.this restaurant DID NOT buy my 5 star review.they EARNED it. Dont think twice.try it! Youll love it
Ordered the lechon sisig and it came out really dry, I couldn't even finish the meal, really terrible, and don’t get fooled people, most of the “reviews” they have are bought. Fake reviews, fake advertisement. One of the worst 20 dollars spent on food.
I ordered from B'z Sizzling Kitchen for the first time today and it was DELICIOUS.
I wish I got some good photos to share, but I had already gotten a good bite out of everything before I could take a picture!
I ordered cebu lechon which was so crispy and so juicy that it fell apart at the bite! The fish sinigang tasted just like home. It was so hearty, and such a generous amount. I finished it off with a halo-halo which transported really well (this was an order to Toronto).
Nothing spilled, everything was eloquently packed and extremely delicious. Thank you!
Genuinely the best roasted pork I've ever tried. The lechon Cebu is fall-apart tender, with the perfect skin/fat to meat ratio. The skin isn't that golden-coloured, crunchy kind you often find on roasted pork, reminiscent of a pork rind. It's thinner, less airy, but still incredibly crispy and bursting with juices.
I adore this place! They serve superb dishes, their menu is decent, The chef in that place is very experienced, I like a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is always good, the attitude towards the guests is good. I often go to this restaurant and I not even once was unhappy. I recommend it to all.
I eat in this lovely place quite a bit! This is the best place to eat. I visit this place regularly. The meals are excellent, the staff members are polite and the prices are good. I like meeting in this spot to have a rich meal.
Very clean and accessible spot. They serve big meals and for economical prices. We liked the menu very much and the staff were very friendly and explanatory. I recommend this place.
Yesterday was our first time we went to this good restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the courteous service, with the magnificent dishes and booze and with the comfortable cost. We will no doubt go back there again.
I prefer this venue a lot.there is a nice atmosphere. The food is superb.the service is effective and the stuff is courteous. The pay is decent.truly recommend.
The meals and service were ahead of our expectations. We absolutely loved the environment of this place. Wonderful restaurant to take my family out for dinner.
Extraordinary ambience and super affable service. The food was crisp and delightful. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to friends. Reasonable prices and large portions. Good job.
I celebrated my nomination last night in this gorgeous place.happy to tell that it was a pleasant evening and the place was unquestionably the reason for that happy celebration. The waiters cooperated in a lovely manner, the meals were tasty and my buddies were extremely overjoyed. We shall surely come back again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.
Definitely a place worth visiting, the food is excellent and well prepared, the cost is affordable and it is constantly well kept in here. Keep up the good work.
Family was craving lechon and they have on menu - by the lbs & this did not disappoint. We all enjoyed, just wish we had more lechon sauce lol! Will definitely come back again.
I had an extraordinary time at this spot. We liked the nice environment and the food. The staff members were very affable. I am happy we eventually decided to visit here.
Ordered through Skip the Dishes, got the Lunch Special 4 which is BBQ chicken and BBQ pork belly with a side of noodles and salad, total came up to $13.55 - the BBQ chicken and pork belly were average at best, the creamy salad and vermicelli noodles were delicious but the portions were SO SMALL.when I finished the meal I was still hungry, if the noodles and salad portions were larger it would definitely be a more filling meal.
The place is extraordinary and spacious, the meals was delicious and the rates were very reasonable.rapidly, effective service and very amiable staff members. Will definitely recommend this place.
I come to this unique place once a month as I love the special atmosphere that is outline this restaurant. The personel is highly friendly and professional. The service is absolutely fast. Most important, the food you eat is first-rate. I frequent often and I was always delighted. The pay is reasobable. I highly recommend this restaurant to all my friends.
I'm not gonna pretend to know anything about Filipino food. In fact, I know next to nothing about this particular cuisine, so I'm probably not qualified to say anything, but I really liked our time here!
The staff were very accommodating, and took time to explain what was what, and didn't mind how dumm I was lol. We ordered a lunch plate, the Cebu style lechon with salad and rice, a sizzling pork sisig, and some sour soup.
I admit, I've only been to a couple of other Filipino places, and they're all I can compare to really. But at those other places (Casa Manila and Wilson's House of Lechon), I found the flavours a bit bland for my liking. Here, everything was well seasoned in my opinion. Especially with the lechon, where Wilson's lechon seemed kinda dry and flat tasting, and didn't come with enough skin, the lechon here was just right, and there was a good amount of crispy skin, too. You didn't even have to dip it in sauce.
I wish I could say I knew which places are most "authentic" or whatever, all I can say is I really liked the food here. So much so that I didn't mind having the leftovers for dinner the same day hehe. Prices are in line with other Filipino places, so they're not Vietnamese cheap, but not too expensive either. Hope I can come back for lunch again soon!
My hubby and I had breakfast there and we were very satisfied with how delicious a simple meal we had. It was our first but definitely not our last. We will be back to try their famous kamayan menu.
- The food here is EXCELLENT. (Kamayan Platter, LECHON) - Friendly Owner - Great Service - Warm Atmosphere
Honestly one of the BEST filipino restaurants I've been to in the Mississauga area. Would rate it beyond 5 stars if possible. I have been to many other Filipino places and this place was just perfect in my opinion.
Good filipino food, friendly faces.awesome service. Always our go-to place for delicious pinoy food. Try the Kamayan platter for 4 people.and for refreshments.calamansi juice.
Delicious grilled lechon and pochero beef soup. Clean, fresh and tasty food. Presentation, quality of food and and plating, is definitely a cut above the usual Filipino joints. Crowd is also more refined and civilized compared to the boisterous crowds in other similar restaurants. The island vibe decor is a bit garish and a little off putting, but food and service makes up for it. Customer service is great. Staff is very polite and efficient. Highly recommend trying this place. Kamayan is fresh and good.
Great experience for both Filipinos and non-Filipinos, and great classic dishes. Only problem is the restaurant can feel really cramped when large parties are booked.
Food is good and the customer service is amazing! Just have a comment about the sisig, it is on a dry side and we did not enjoy eating it and it seems that it needed more onions and calamansi to balance the flavor.
I've walked past this place almost daily on my way to the convenience store in the same plaza. It's always busy, specially during dinner hours. Finally decided to give it a try and I am happy I did. The food was amazing. We got a couple of combo plates to share and cleaned them up pretty good. The staff was awesome, friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend trying this place out! You will not be disappointed.
1st time trying this place out, came here on valentines day, not very busy when we came in, we were greeted by a friendly waitress and asked us where we wanna seat, she handed us the menu and proceeded to tell us all the specials of the day and made recommendations, the restaurant is nicely decorated by products and stuff that will remind you of philippines.the service was great and the food was very tasty and we enjoyed everything! Price was reasonable.i highly recommend this place!
