Everyone in the store was very pleasant and helpful. I got everything I need and then some. I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely go above and beyond for customers. I went in today October 2,2022. I’ve never owned a wig so I was extremely lost in the store. I walked up to the cash and the amazing lady behind paged someone to come and help me. The one lady at the back she was very young explained everything to me if it was a half wig, hd lace, what a closure meant, synthetic vs human hair or what a blend was. I left completely educated! My stress went right out the door. When I was cashing out a lady with a pink wig on told me how to install, what glue to use and also wig cap. She cut my lace for me I was so nervous to do it myself. I will definitely be seeing all you ladies again very soon. Thank you for helping me on my wig journey ️

Not as many wig and hair options as shown online but they have a good variety of hair products. Their location is convenient, lots of parking. Friendly staff. They offer points system where you can get additional discounts and they even gave me a free edge gel 120ml!

Always a fantastic experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The products are plentifully displayed in an organized fashion, and the prices are reasonable. After going here for the 1st time in January, I have never looked back. I want this business to be successful so I will continue to shop here for my hair needs.

Able to comfortable walk around without being followed or bombarded, they play actual hip-hop and r&b, and the staff are noticeable in their T-shirt’s. Very professional. Got help buying a wig in store for the 1st time and i will go back again!

The selection and variety could be better, but I don't have too much bad to say about this establishment.

BSW Ajax is your one stop shop for all beauty products. They are helpful, and has everything you might need from haircare, to skincare to treatments, sale on wigs, lashes, etc. I believe they have several locations around the gta but I go to this one mostly because of accessibility and sale.

They also accept bsw cards from other stores and their products are superior to other stores. Very inclusive and diverse in their stock and supportive of local brands.

Clean and fresh nice staff and they had the right covid-19 protocols put in place at the front door with the hand sanitizer and alcohol spray for disinfecting

Terrible customer service, damaging products and having attitude when handing to customers, absolutely disgusting

Curbside pickup was so easy and fast. I wasn't able to order online for my item but I called in when I arrived. Was less than 5 minutes wait!

I went to this location and it was a good shopping experience, however it was very busy. Customer service girls were nice n helpful. Also store was stocked with alot of products and organized. Wig section sold out of alot of popular but good priced so only downside of my time there.

If I could give zero start I would. Got a baby shampoo as a gift but needed to exchange for another because it was the wrong one. The store absolutely refused to exchange the shampoo due to covid. They can simply clean the product or let sit for 48 hours for precautions. Other public stores are doing returns and exchanges. Why are they so strict with their policies. Never shopping here again. I wish people of colour will take their buisness elsewhere and not support these stores with such rigid store policies. They can accommodate customers but they refuse to. I've been spending my money with them for several years. Today is the last.

For the size of the store they have a good selection of products and hair (braids, weave etc). I go there mostly for their braids and crochet hair. Prices varies. Some things are cheaper there than other hair stores and vice versa.

It was clean. However was disappointed that there wasn't a sanitization area when you walk through the front doors, plus NOBODY was wearing a mask but 1 person doing inventory. That was sad. I had on a mask and gloves so I was protected. They had the 2 meters sign on the floor for social distancing but No proper directions labeled and enforced.

I purchased a product here and tried to return it within the time allowed and they wouldn’t except the exchange due to Covid. When I bought it no one told me there would be no returns. This was a very expensive item (a mannequin) and it was never communicated that ALL sales are final. Never shopping here again!

Very responsive people. Always ready to help. One young lady in particular stands them all. She is so helpfull, patient and courteous.

One of my favorite places to buy hair products from, and great prices I literally can't find elsewhere!

So I brought my wife to this establishment and they denied her entry because she was not wearing a face mask, now there is no law stating in Ontario that you must wear a face mask before entering an establishment and that is discrimination against a human and that is illegal. And then to add insult to injury they request you to wear a facemask but do not care about hand sanitizing or cleanliness so what are you really doing besides discriminating and ruining your business because my wife will never return to yours establishment again and she spends thousands a year on hair products

My wife frequents this store. They have a huge range of selections, products and the staff are always available to assist with questions and shipping.

Zero customer service! The person cashing me out didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge me as a customer. No greeting whatsoever. She was too busy carrying on a conversation with another co worker. I’ll be going to another beauty store from now on. Very poor service!

I recently bought a wig here, never been to this location before but the worker in the wig section made it such a smooth experience. She helped me chose a wig for me and provided great opinions/feedback on the variety of wigs I tried on.

It was ok. But there was no one there to help in the middle of the week day. I was in the store for half an hour and no one came to see if I needed help.

I love this store, it sells all the up to date beauty products I like. I only shop at this one and uts not even as big as some beauty supply store but it has everything I want plus more.

Huge store and HUGE selection of products. Staff are sometimes hard to track down but when you get a hold of them they're always ready to help. Even though I've moved out of the area I still come back here for all my beauty needs!

Love love LOVE! Staff who are always around and ready to help. I have never had to wait for an employee to help and never had to go looking for someone to help me. It's a small store with amazing prices. I always buy my hair dye here cuz I dont have to buy a full hair colouring kit, I can just buy the dye by itself. Always have everything in stock everything is so easy to find.

The staff here are always so helpful, if they dont have what I need they always have an alternative solution which works just as well

Everything I've ever needed in a one stop location! Just find the cashier today a little impatient and impersonal. Maybe it's the language barrier. But in customer service, there's no room for this!

Lots of selection which is always good. However, customer service is severely lacking. Had to wait 20 minutes before anyone helped me. The girl who did was very attentive and tried for 30 minutes to find my colour which I appreciated. But then the cashier was so rude and had an attitude. Not sure if I’ll go back!
