Shennel was amazing, she was able to help me out in the wigs section, even though I was just browsing. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff.

My visit was on April 6,2023 between 1pm to 2pm. The variety of hair products at this facility is impressive. The customer service however was disappointing. Customer service representatives were not friendly and did not attempt to provide a quality experience. They might as well implement self check out machines to help improve the level of customer service provided.

Has many great products for all hair types. They have everything you could want for your hair. Including wigs. The staff were friendly. Overall it is a great place to shop for hair products.

Big store, lots of selection. They have one whole room just with wigs, first time i have seen this.

Be aware they will have an employee follow you if you take to long looking around the store.

Give line meanwhile two cashiers sitting behind the cash to the door talking in there language and not even helping to move the line quicker. The store looked and was a mess boxes everywhere, no staff to hello you. It is so ridiculous. Hate this location.

Please hire people that know their stuff and can answer questions about black hair! Some of the staff are great, and others are just basically there to get paid and nothing else. Do better!
Also, the least you can do is greet your customers and have a positive attitude.it's simple, basic customer service anywhere.

There’s tons of products and the store is very clean and organized. Everything is labeled and for ease of access staff is also available and ready to guide you. In store pick up is available at this location as well.

Been coming to this beauty supply store for years now and have never been disappointed with the service I receive from the girls! With that being said, I was highly disgusted today when I was shopping and couldn’t help but hear some of the girls greet someone by the name of “Matthew” (I’m assuming he’s the owner or some type of superior) and he hardly acknowledged them. Totally RUDE! You guys would be nothing without black people! Your customers and staff should be treated with the upmost respect! Those girls are more than just your employees, they are HUMAN BEINGS.

Great Experience

The customer service was on point. The young ladies who helped me find the right Aphogee product were very patient and understanding. Not to mention knowledgeable.

In addition stores that are clean bright and spacious are always easy places to shop in. These are all things I've found in this store.

I would definitely go back to this location!

Purchased a wig plus other items for my daughters graduation. I don't wear those things. But they had a good selection once we were able to determine the best option. Lace front? Or not.what do I know. I saw one that reminded me of Charles Angels. Yep I'm that old.

The closest location to me, during the pandemic they have really got a good system going in regards to buying and picking up. They had put the most bought orders on a huge flyer on the windows for customers. I find this location a better price for products.

*rolling my eyes at the fact that the Asian lady had NO clue that they carry a line called "Beautiful Textures"! How do u not know!? Ah b/c it's only about taking our money! A lovely girl by the name of Chantal helped me and she gets 5 stars!

Staff are friendly and Helpful. Despite the lockdown, khadija was patient with me picking a wig on phone while I was indecisive. She offered advice on chosing wig color, style, length, and material- it perfectly matched my face at the end and looks like my real hair!

The girls here are always so knowledgeable I always leave this store feeling good about my purchase!

I go there often for my hair care needs.fair priced store but, some of the staff is rude and noisy.

Great customer service, wide selection of products for Kinky hair. I didn't give this four stars as I believe they should have more sale with bigger discount.
Despite all this all staff members are helpful and always make themselves available.

Service was horrible. There is 4 workers standing in the back talking, literally 2 of them sitting down and I was having trouble finding braids and they wouldn’t even offer to help and when I asked I was given attitude.

Very friendly staff, excellent prices on synthetic hair. I learned alot from the shop girls that were there. Will definitely be going back.

I used to love this place for its vast variety of skin products but I see that they're taking away a lot of skin products and only focussing on hair and other areas of the body that is so sad I understand that many people have concerns about bleaching but they don't have to carry bleaching products but they can carry kojic acid soap Sandra regular stuff to deal with the body but I see somehow they're even scared of doing that they are still a very good store with good supplies in other areas

The Cashier was very friendly. The store makes it easy to find what you need. Products weren't all in stock but overall good experience

I go to this store every now and then but yesterday (July 21 2020) there was an altercation at this store that did not set well with me. Overall the stuff are really rude and stuck up but there is this one girl with blonde hair (yesterday) that decided to have a full on argument and almost fight with a customer. I was so disappointed. Just a heads up if you go to this store research what you want first and go unless you want to get help with attitude. This was a 4 star for me but now is a 1 star for poor customer service but they have a wide variety of hair and products. I will still recommend people to go to this store for that reason I guarantee you will find what you are looking for but just if you ask for help by some of the stuff you will get attitude.

I've been shopping here for years. I have a medical condition that prevents me from being able to wear the mask and it seems that they don't know the exemptions. This one girl was being very rude and my mom was getting annoyed. I shouldn't have to explain my whole medical history to enter any store. No one else in the store seemed to have a problem with it but she obviously did and kept riding the issue. My mom was disgusted with her attitude. 1 star because of customer service. As a business owner I would never allow anyone who works with me to behave like that covid or not. Never again.

I usually go to Sally but NEVER again.
I had a friend take me here telling me it was cheaper than Sally (it is). I went in not quite sure how to explain what i wanted. I had faded purple hair and wanted to bleach it out blonde. I asked for help buying a toner because i have never used one. The woman at the door helped me pick a color. A high lift blonde k pak color. Well i bleached my hair then used the color suggested and i was shocked how great it was. I had to do the high lift once more a week later to further remove the redish tones i had from the purple but it came out amazing. Ive never had such a great experience getting exactly what i was looking for at a beauty supply shop. Obviously they know what they are doing. Ill be a customer for life and recommend them anytime.

Sells the usual ethnic hair products but dont have many of the usual. Their nail section is lacking.

I was recommended by a family member to come to this store because what I was looking for over at Trinity Clore beauty store (for months), I'd find it here & I did, it took me less than 30 seconds. Very nice store.

Owner is extremely unprofessional and feels no way to charge full price for damaged goods but rest if staff are helpful. He gets a zero rating but staff brings this place up to a 3 star.

Provides a service to the Community & they hire people of color to work in their stores which is great to see as it appears to be own by Asians

Has everything you need for african hair including weaves, hair products and accessories and also a wig section. Staff is friendly and willing to help out.

They need to hire at least ONE trained cosmetologist to work there. These little girls that work there when you ask them to recommend a product for a certain situation they have no idea what to show you. One time I went in and asked for a specific product and they told me they don't sell it. Something told me to walk around the store for myself and take a look. Five minutes later I found the item that I had asked for that I was told was not in the store and when I walked to the check out I paid for it and on my way out told the girl she needs to check the inventory of the store because the item I was asking for I ended up finding on my own. She asked me where I found it? I told her you work here don't you? I don't. And I found it. I'm also a licensed cosmetologist so I pretty much knew what I was looking for I just didn't know what area this specific store had it in.

This is where i go for all my natural hair products. They sell products for all hair types, extension, beauty products and other stuffs. I always find what i need and if you ever need help the girls that work there are always here to help you find what you need. Prices are very reasonable and i like how the store is setup.

Customer service in this location is top notch. Drove from Brantford previously, and today happened to be in Brampton. Good prices, huge inventory. Will go back again.

Great place to be for your wigs and face cream color fine it there everything else you need they have it

Had to get 2 wigs. I love the fact that they have a wig room so you can have your wigs fitted to make sure you like them before you buy.

My one stop shop for everything beauty. I do not shop anywhere else for hair products. Everything is affordable without loosing out on the quality. The staff are also very attentive and welcoming.
