Holy Heck! Best fried chicken in London! The portions were perfect and full of flavour. I love that they know what they do and do it perfectly. My only wish is that they had a little seating.

I would recommend this place.
I've tested the strips and the original chichen sandwich here. The quality and amount of food are quite satisfying!
You can watch how your food is being prepared.
I liked the interior design of the place. It is simple and modern, but it would be great if they could have dine in services.

Foods great! Service needs some work, what I mean is there is lots going on behind the counter but orders get delayed and foods get missed. There is confusion around who's ordered, who hasn't. When you enter there's people just standing around and new people don't know what to do or where to go.

MJ and Pippen. Shaq and Kobe. This hot chicken with BTRMLK sauce. These are the greatest duos of ALL time. I would swim across oceans and climb mountains to get to this fried chicken. Their seasoning is so good, I’d inject it straight into my veins. AND it’s halal? Crazy. If you’re passing though London it’s worth the stop here if you like fried chicken.

If you're reading this, you absolutely must visit this place immediately. It's a culinary delight that will unquestionably quell your appetite.

It was my first time there and just for your information. There is no dine-in and there is no restroom. You just buy your food and leave. I got the chicken sandwich and it was good. I like the coleslaw that gives a good flavour of the chicken sandwich. Since it is a cold during the winter and not going to sit in a vehicle to eat to avoid among a messed. I drive to Masonville Mall with it to eat the food court there, and also there is to restroom there on the mall’s property, for those who wants to find a spot to eat and for your convenience. I may get something spicy on the menu in the future. The tenders and their macaronis looks unique to try. Many students from the University of Western Ontario stops by there a lot. Staffs done an excellent job keeping the pace and working. I will visit again soon. I come here since I want to try something good and it not too far from the Masonville area.

To management pls don't have a dry coslaw. Today the burgers it wasn't to tasty and lack of sauce.

Friendly staff, delicious food, great menu.

No seating option indoors, which is too bad. In the winter your only option seems to be to eat it in your car or take it home.

Some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had! We came at dinner time, so there was a bit of a line, but it cleared super fast and service was great! Delicious.

Chicken is good.but can pickles not be an option? I know Chick-fil-A started the idea, doesn't mean every other chicken place needs to copy

Pricey but really good. I have never liked colesaw and I have always thought that pickles put on chicken sandwiches are too salty but the way they did their sandwich is a very good balance. The colesaw and pickes go well with each other and are not overwhelming which allows for a chicken sandwich with vegetables.

I can't get enough, I'm going to go broke on chicken. (Though I'll admit they have very generous portions for the $)

Mac and cheese is amazing, Honey Popper (w/ nashville hot) is amazing, tenders (w/ nashville hot) are amazing.

Every time my parents have visited they've asked to order BTRMLK.

If I had to search for something remotely negative, is that it'd be nice to have an option between ringed jalapenos or diced. But that's reaching for something to say.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a lunch break. There was 5 people ahead of me and several people waiting, but they made the food so fast! Don't let a huge line discourage you from waiting because the chicken is definitely worth it.
Chicken was crispy, nice thick coating, juicy flavor and seasoned well. The bun was soft and the toppings were FRESH!
I'm not a huge fry person, especially thick cut fries, but WOW.the fries are AMAZING! Perfectly crispy outside with soft inside.
I can't wait to come back for some chicken tenders!

Listen, this is the best place in London for chicken. I've lived here my whole life - I've tried them all. I would drive 3 hours for this, no joke. I'm not a food critic so I won't even attempt to describe the menu but I drag everyone who will come with me to try this place. There is other great chicken places in London but this is just on a different level

Absolutely fantastic chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, and fries. Everything about this spot is excellent, and its a place I would recommend to anyone without any hesitation.

Let's start with the sandwich. The chicken in there is massive, well-seasoned, and perfectly hits the spot. Top it with fresh veggies, sauce, and excellent bread and you have yourself a winner. The sandwich alone is hefty enough for you to finish and be satisfied, but there was no chance I would visit and not try some of the sides.

The mac and cheese may be some of the best I've ever had, and it's really all because of the cheese sauce. It's silky smooth and insanely tasty. If you really like your mac and cheese, do yourself a favour and top it with some of their fried chicken and you'll have an excellent meal.

Finally, the fries aren't the star of the show, but they're good too. They have a few options for fries, so just pick whichever you think sounds the best for you, and I'm sure you will enjoy it. Cheers.

I love their honey proper sandwich. Great flavour and seasoning. The buttermilk signature sauce is great for dipping. Sometimes there is a long line but it is worth the wait. The only thing is their fries are a hit or miss.

The portobello mushroom sandwich is absolutely delicious. The breading and seasoning is just like the chicken

The BTRMLK Fries at Everything!
My Hubby and I got a Classic Chicken Sandwich and an order of the fries to split and I found it difficult to surrender the fries! They were worth the hour drive from Point Edward! We’ll be back for sure!

One of, if not the best chicken sandwich based restaurants within the London vicinity! My expectations of chicken sandwiches have risen exceptionally after seeing the standard of sandwiches that BTRMLK has set. The chicken is enormous and not to mention the other toppings that go along with the multiple choices of options. The sandwiches are so big that it looks like its extremely hard to wrap and contain which left an everlasting visual experience I've never seen before. The sandwiches are not only big but extremely delicious. The first bite into the chicken had juices and flavor oozing out and the breading was very crunchy and flavorful. When it comes to their coleslaw, I personally have never taken a liking to coleslaw, but their coleslaw itself is extremely tasteful and not to mention how much more flavor it adds once incorporated into any of their specialty sandwiches. It has left such an impact that I almost always add it alongside the honey popper for that extra taste. Highly recommended and would definitely come again!

Absolute best chicken i've had in london! The wait time was long, but to be expected as it seems everything is made relatively fresh.would recommend to anybody!

I can’t go a week without treating myself to BTRMLK at least once. Highly recommend the spicy strips. Amazing food, amazing service 10/10 wish they were open mondays!

Hands down the best chicken sandwich in town. These sandwiches come super fresh and messy. It's the perfect fried chicken experience. Make sure to plan ahead if you want to eat here as they cook to order and when they stock is out they close shop. It is totally worth the wait and the effort.

A must go to! Food is delicious and portions are enormous. The front door staff is very efficient and ensures a smooth transition as you wait in line. Highly recommend.

The biggest, the best tasting, the freshest most consistent Chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I can't even recommend a single thing to make better. Sooo good.

Done well: Excellent chicken, straightforward menu, decent packaging.

Done poorly: Mac and Cheese is incredibly salty, as was the signature sauce. The extra salt just ruins the flavour profile, which would've been great otherwise.

The ordering system is strange (and almost passive-aggressive, as it makes you feel like you should be thankful that such an esteemed restaurant even allows you to place an order).

Overall it's great food, but considering the price, only worth one trip.

Ordered the chicken strips. Was overly battered, and some strips had no seasoning. I've had some amazing buttermilk fried chicken before, but this was simply okay.was expecting a bit more flavor and to live up to its name.

Tried first time and was disappointed entirely. Found hair in sandwich. Hopefully they will take the responsibility and will try to be more careful.

Have been there many times. But went this morning after they opened and omg the chicken isnt even crispy. Before anyone says steam did it. I opened the box once i got in the car. Very disappointed as i actually enjoyED this place! Always get the same poutine and its not the same.

As a super picky eater I was a bit skeptical before trying this place, but after having their original chicken sandwich (or at least attempting to, I could only get to half because they’re so huge) I have become btrmlk’s number one fan! The taste is unreal, I can’t wait to try the rest of their stuff!

The chicken sandwiches are absolutely massive! You could definitely share between two ppl. The chicken delicious, tender white meat, and the coating is ultra crispy. The only thing that I was not nuts about was the mild curry flavor. I LOVE curry, but just not on a fried chicken sandwich. The curry flavoring may very well have been specific to the style of sandwich I ordered, which was the Louisiana hot.

The banana pudding is absolutely out of this world too!

Nashville original burger was massive and delicious. Will definitely go back and try something else. Takeout only. There was a lineup so online order or go expecting to wait.

The outdoor lineups scared us at first thinking it would be a long wait & also hyped the food up quite a bit. The staff made the line super quick with pre ordering before you wait inside for not long at all. They are quick! The staff were very friendly and even asked if it was our first time there, this gave it a comfortable family atmosphere and not so fast food! The sandwiches were unreal! Chicken was so fresh, crispy & tender! Honey popper sandwich was sweet and perfectly spicy. Worth the wait, worth the hype.

I had really high expectations for this place. It always has a line up. I finally tried it today. It was okay definitely not line up worthy. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The place is trendy and they are quick. Food quality could be improved, the chicken while crispy lacked seasoning. The sandwich was good, but soggy. But the fries sucked. Def frozen and partially cooked. Not crispy at all. I like what they are trying to do from a creative perspective, the execution is lacking. It could be that they are just too busy to sustain quality.

Wow! Largest chicken sandwich I've ever eaten.probably should've saved half of it. Tender chicken, crunchy coating, lots of pickles. Fries were ok but not my style. Wife and son loved the fries. Worth trying one!

What I like most about BTRMLK is that the quality of the food is a priority. Everything is made fresh, chicken is all white meet and nothing was preprocessed, not even the BTRMLK Bites. Quantity is also generous!
I recommend the Original Fried Chicken Sandwich. Best I've ever had.

Hands down the greatest fried chicken I've ever had. I normally seek out fried chicken when ordering food but after having the chicken sandwich at BTRMLK, it's safe to say I wont be ordering from anywhere else as nothing can compare. Amazing flavour, huge portions and no other chicken sandwich comes close. Their mac n cheese was fantastic and I don't like bananas but their Banana Pudding has changed that for me.
10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic chicken sandwich. Everything about it was perfect. It's pricey but there is value there. You get what I think is an entire breast of chicken and basically an order of coleslaw on it. Lots of great flavours going on. Will be back to try the spicy option at some point.

This place is soooooo goood! There is usually a line up but it moves at a good pace! I Highly recommend the Original Honey Popper Chicken Sandwich!

Their chicken has clearly had a ton of studying, perfection, attention to detail, and care put into its making. Wow! I feel like I get all the perks of a home cooked meal here (attention to every order’s detail, proper care instead of some fast food teenager mindlessly assembling it). They only do one thing, but they do it really really well. Highly recommend even for the price and wait.

A modern fried chicken joint: probably the best in the city. As Gordon Ramsay always advises in all of his Kitchen Nightmare episodes: BTRMLK doesn't overcomplicate their menu. They stick with some key dishes they know and they deliver. It's amazing.

It's only open to walk-ins currently but when I was there during a random weekday, they had a pretty consistent number of people coming and going. The service is also quick cause they keep like 10 staff behind the counter. I will definitely go again to try some other stuff. So far I've only tried the main sandwich and the banana pudding.

I pulled up to get me the best chicken sandwich in London. The line was longer than the markings on the floor. I went to the other way cause people didn't seem to be following social distancing (not the stores fault). They gotta do a service where they allow customers to call in from their car and order. BTRMLK would have to then deliver to the car or call the customer to pick up their order one by one when it is ready.

Quality chicken sandwich, good service. I highly recommend.

Yo. This chicken is no JOKE. Do naht be put off by the lineup, it moves fast because the establishment is a well oiled machine. I got chicken strips (hot and og) the btrmlk fries, and classic mac - all was top notch. Many blessings.

Best fried chicken in town! Blows kfc and all those other garbage ones outta the park, hands down.

We’ve got Mac n cheese and the chicken strips. Tastes for both were same as the frozen one from any stores. Unfortunately I got food poison from one of them. Real wasted.

I bought 2 original btrmlk burger combo for $37 and the burgers were tasty and pretty big however I was not a big fan of their original Mac and cheese! Overall a good experience but also a pricy one. For future purposes I hope they launch on DoorDash or Uber eats, waiting 30-40mins in line is not it.

Far and away the best chicken sandwich I have ever experienced in my life. The Nashville hot is much less intense than its namesake, but adds the perfect amount of spice to brighten up the flavors while staying accessible to everyone.
Do not sleep on BTRMLK! Go now.

Let's see the shirt off with you're waiting line for a half hour or more then I got lied to you by the lady taking my order and I presented a bill for $50 for two sandwiches I'll never go back she said it was not spicy it turned out to be very very spicy never bother eating the food a total waste of money and time
