Bubble Nail and Spa

I walked in to this salon for underarm arm wax and believe me when I say it was the most horrible waxing experience of my life. I noticed that the behavior of the girl who was initially assigned to do the job was a bit off but I didn't want to judge a book by its cover. When the time came to do the waxing, she could not properly take the hair off and was saying that the gel got stuck. I have been waxing for over 10 years now and this is the first time I ever heard someone say this. I kept silent for a bit and let her fix whatever she had done but instead she kept making it worse, pulling some of my skin off in the process. It was when she decided to rub alcohol on the area and it started burning that I spoke up and she called someone else in. The other lady seemed more capable and did the job but that did not help the trauma that first girl put me through. I am new in the area and have considered coming to this place for my nail needs but now I swear that I will never use this place. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them as well!

Twice I have booked appointments in advanced showed up to them either at they are closing early or over booked. When I complained in a very nice way nothing was done to accommodate. This is very bad service and would not recommend them to friends and family in the neighbourhood. They have lost a loyal customer.

As a regular customer, I can confidently say that Bubble Nail and Spa consistently delivers outstanding service. The staff, especially Min always goes the extra mile. The welcoming and clean atmosphere makes every visit a pleasure. If you're looking for a nail shop in Toronto that never disappoints, this is the place to go!

I dont always get great service at nail salons, but this was fantastic! My pedicure was also very well done and came with a wax.

This establishment is consistently poor in both service and outcome. Here are some highlights of my horrible pedicure experience:

-waited over an hour after consistently being told the wait is "just a little longer"
-water was cold; when staff were notified this was not corrected
-the service was painful and rushed
-I left with several cuts from being carelessness poked and prodded at with sharp tools

Go elsewhere!

I absolutely adore this nail salon. I truly believe that they are the BEST in the city, since I’ve started coming here I’ve refused to visit another salon as I know I won’t have as good of an experience as I do here.
The service; professional, welcoming, kind and personal.
The place itself; clean, organized, aesthetically pleasing, they always have something interesting on the tvs and if you’re the only one there they will let you put whatever you want on, they went above and beyond to keep themselves and their guests safe throughout the pandemic
The results; ten out of ten every time, it is shockingly impressive how they NAIL every design put in front of them, the precision and care that each tech puts into it is unmatched, they are all so skilled from waxing to mani pedis I always leave feeling and looking like a million bucks.
Do yourself a favour and visit this salon in a fantastic area with great prices and the kindest and most talented staff ever.

Came here for a mani pedi and was disappointed by their lack of proper hygienic practices.   Loose nail clippings from the previous customer in my cup holder! The elderly Vietnamese lady/owner is quite angry and rude and her young girls seem quite afraid of her.
Save yourself the trouble and find another reputable place.
Update: went down the street to Lala Rainbow  and what a pleasant and professional experience!

I have been coming here for about 2 years. They are so unprofessional and rude! Most times if they give you an appointment they don’t stick to it. On one occasion while I was getting my nails done, the lady cut my cuticle with one of the nail equipments. I sat there bleeding and not a single apology was proffered neither did I get a discount. I still went there again yesterday (because it’s super convenient as it’s close to where I live) and the same lady gave me a cut on my finger while filing my nails. Never returning back there again!

Over a month ago I came here to have BioGel removed. The person used the electric filer to file ALL of the Gel off my nail taking off several layers of my own nail (there was no secondary acetone application). I left in pain, and at this point I am still dealing with ripping, sensitive nails while I wait for my nails to regrow. I am SO upset about this, and I had to share my experience. I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. Go to Nail House by Main, AMAZING service, very professional.
