The staff - amazing! The food, the prices, the overall experience - not so great. ONLY TAKES DEBIT AND CASH, had to go run back to get some cash but the staff pre made my drinks as I was doing so. 2 large drinks costed me 18 dollars, that's pretty outrageous in my opinion. The mango green tea was very off, the sugar usage is pretty high and the syrup is tasted very old. Would reccomend drawing back on adding in too much syrup. The tapioca was mediocre. Lots of parking! Good seating and lots of menus (though very small). This is all based on the bubble tea however, and I have heard good reviews on their actual food. Though overall, I would not recommend sadly.

Used to love this spot but now you close at 10 on weekends? Get outta here. Go back to midnight

Been going to this Bubble Tea house for years now. Their food is always amazing and the customer service is great as well.

I’ve frequented the Hurontario location many times! It’s my go to spot for some late night bites. However, this was my first time at the Creditview location. I got the chicken cutlet and my friend had the pork cutlet and Taiwanese sausage. I was so surprised at how horrible it tasted! The food was fried in OLD oil. You can taste the old oil as it was soaked in it. We let the worker know how it tasted and she said she will let someone know and told us the oil is changed everyday. She dismissed us completely. Please see the photos for yourself! We paid over $40 not worth it at all! Way better food/bbt spots in Mississauga.

What a rip off. $18 for 2 large regular milk tea + a topping. There's also very little toppings in each drink.

Have been here for more than 10 years. Price continues to go up and quality decreases.

They also never update their prices online despite me giving feedback multiple times. I always have to either ask over the phone or guess how much I have to pay. Very disappointing.

This place has really gone down hill in the last few years. I don't recommend for the following reasons:
- Drinks are overly sweet, even when ordered with zero sugar.
- Mistreat/underpay their workers.
- Drinks are over priced for what you get (there are so many better BBT chains surrounding the area like: The Alley, CoCo, Cha Time, Shuyi, to name a few.

Been customer over 10 years been getting same drink quite often. The quality of the drinks and food are hit or miss. And honey green today is probably lower quality. I noticed the tea was very light colored. So I asked the girl how come the colour is so light today. And her not knowing I been getting same drink for years, she had said cause it's green tea so it's lighter. Did offer to make another if it didn't like it, but I didn't have time to go back and wait. It tasted like honey water, barely had any tea taste, paid almost 10 bucks for this.

My go-to place for milk tea with coffee jelly (magic milk tea). Love it. It's cash or debit only here.

I recommend getting the spicy fried chicken on rice. It’s so damn good

However, the bubble tea is more on the expensive side. Rather go elsewhere for that.

Booo, this place exploits their workers, paying their employees way less than minimum wage and expecting them to sign a phony contract. Shame on them. This was my favourite bubble tea store but there are many more options to support instead of this terrible establishment.

Bubble tea is good but they always get my order wrong. It's either the server who marks the order wrong or the barista that makes something completely different.

I really shouldn't have to look at every aspect of my drink to make sure it's right before leaving.

Every single time, it's either they forget the tapioca (which you have to pay extra for), my slush is somehow a milk tea, or sometimes they give me a completely different order.

We had two combos which came with meals and drinks. Both were good. Prices were relatively cheap so came out satisfied.

Guys, it's $10 for a large drink. It used to be $6-7 before. That's ridiculous. There's better bubble tea places in our area. Not worth it

The milk tea is pretty mediocre, nothing special at all. And it takes 15 mins to get just a normal milk tea although only a few ppl on the line. The low efficiency really annoys me, as well as the cashier girl’s fake smiles all the time. Imagine you have to wait for 15 mins to have a milk tea! I will never go to this place again.

While inflation is a real thing, to up-charge by 30% for a bubble tea drink is unacceptable. I used to come to BR all the time and thought it was due for a revisit but 16.50 dollars for 2 drinks (which apparently included a 10% cash discount? !) is a bit ridiculous. Won’t be revisiting.

We've been here many times for their signature flavored chillers, and the experience was wholly satisfying. However, through curiosity, we decided to try their food menu which looks quite promising. To our surprise, the food flavour was perfect and the portion size was plenty (took me 2 sittings to finish it!). With their lunch time special (12PM to 3PM), an additional $2 will give you a large tapioca milk tea as set combo! What a great deal!

The shop jacked their price in June by 25-30%. Food is good but not worth the price imo.also they should have mentioned this in the takeout order.

I've lived nearby for a while but only tried this place recently because everyone around here talks about it. Drinks are amazing. Tried the chillers earlier today and Oreo milk tea with dinner. Definitely lives up to the hype. Honestly the food didn't look the way I expected (embarrassingly, I thought I got someone else's order at first) but it was really good. We tried the pork chops, fried chicken, and wedges to eat. All really tasty, strongly recommend.

Very good. Within the top 5 milk tea places I've visited for taste, they got the instructions just right and reasonably priced as well.

Super busy I had to wait for 30 minutes to finally got my orders and the milk tea tasted like water never again!

Service has always been good and quick compared to some other bubble tea shops I've been too that were really slow. I really do enjoy how they make their drinks, and out of all the places I've been too they do the best taro bubble tea at least in my opinion. Also note I've only ever ordered for take out, never actually sat inside to drink or eat (pre pandemic of course), so can't say what its really like to sit and dine in.

I loved it! They were really nice. I had ordered the wrong drink, so I ordered again, the second time they gave me a free drink! They gave me a free drink (and the one I paid for). I used to go here a lot when I was 4. Their food was (and still is) very delicious and the drinks are/were amazing! I am amazed about how they don't get tired while having a lot of customers and having only 2 people working. The wait time is not that long, I recommend coming here! I wish them all the best! Very poor customer service and am never going to this location again. Learn to care for peoples time. If you are busy mention wait time.

Bubble yea is amazing, haven’t tried their food but smells good. The waiting time is insane.how are there only 2 people working and the line ups are HUGE. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to take my order and another 15 to get my order. So total 25 min for a drink.ridiculous.

My favorite bubble tea spot? They use to make coconut original smash oatmeal milk tea however they still offer that if you request it.

Eco-friendly straws! Great call automatically best bbt place in the GTA, and honestly they were before the eco-friendly straws too!

This place is running by family owned for 20 years at least in Mississauga. It's kinda a Taiwanese fast foot restaurant. It's simple services and tables for the customers. But it is quite busy and crowded for some people, especially young guys who will be gathering and eating here overnight before pandemic. The food and bubble teas are OK.

I've been going to Bubble Republic since they first opened.food and bubble tea used to be good.went there today for takeout to support a local business. Ordered 3 popcorn chicken and rice and was told it would take 25-30 minutes.went to pick up my food after 30 minutes and the drinks were ready plus a portion of my order. 15 minutes later, they said they were waiting for another popcorn chicken and it would take another 5 minutes.it took them 1 hour before I got all my food.no apologies from the staff.bubble tea had no flavour.this place has really gone downhill.

Bubble tea from this place tastes like bubble tea in 2003. So powdery. So fake. Shaved ice not fancy at all.just syrup and pudding on sweet ice. We will never go here again.

One of the first and best bubble tea places in Mississauga. The food is inexpensive and good, the drinks are usually perfect, and they have a lot of variety. The only issue is sometimes the service is slow because they get very busy and have to deal with takeout orders as well as customers sitting. My personal favorite is the MC milk tea and the deep fried squid balls.

Not unique, but a great choice as it serves both food and drink, and has late hours. I don't recommend the new fried chicken, as it tastes like it's been frozen for a while.

The best bubble tea shop, at least for me. They have different daily specials prices for certain flavour. Caramel pudding is the best

They have the most distinct menu items I've seen in a bubble tea shop. Oreo milk tea, cereal milk tea, strawberry cheesecake milk tea are almost like milk shakes but not as thick.

Can't wait till they have more locations in North York & Markham as they have 3 locations in Mississauga and just 1 downtown.

Bubble tea is always consistently good, little longer than average wait time during peak hours but that's expected. Food is good, lunch special definitely is worth it if you can make it out during the week.

There were not many guests around 1 pm on a Monday afternoon. I went in requesting a table for 2 and I was pointed in the general direction of all the tables. Once I had chosen a table and sat down I noticed that there were menus laid out on the table but they were just for drinks. As someone who hasn't been before I had to look around before finding a food menu. It would've been nice if it had been pointed out to me. When the laminated menu was picked up it did not feel clean. It felt like there was residue on it. There was also bits of rice all over the table. My first impression of cleanliness was not so good.

When ordering a lunch special drinks are available for $0.50 which is a pretty good deal. The dishes are a decent size and my friend and I were incapable of finishing all of it. Just an FYI that the red yeast wings take a very long time to be made. Something about marinating them when they're ordered. We had finished our dishes and were just chatting before the wings arrived.

There wasn't much of a lunch rush so we could sit and chat for as long as we wanted.

Ordered the new chicken special but was disappointed because it was under seasoned and lacks flavour. After paying the bill, the supervisor approached us and aggressively demanded for a tip. I don't know if they understand that tips are voluntary and is given for exceptional service and food. We went on Wednesday night in the evening. Take this as you will. I've never had this issue in the past in this location, which was surprising. Hoping for more courteous service in the future.

Favourite place to eat and hangout with friends for some late night talks.i love their oreo taro slush with tapioca! Place can get busy tho - but it proves that everyone loves their food and drinks!

Messed up place, asked for bubbles and didn't get the bubbles in all three of our drinks. Second time this has happened. Last time we let it go, but this time we went back from home once we realized. It's Ridiculous! They said they don't have any bubbles left to put in and than when we asked for money back since they don't have any bubbles to add, they said, that they won't give money back cuz we drank a little bit (it was more than half since we stopped after realizing that there r no bubbles). Honestly, super upset with the service, the whole place is a mess.
I would suggest anyone planning to go there, don't. You're going to probably end up with something wrong.

My favourite day to go is on Monday because of the daily special. You can get a large black milk tea with red bean paste and grass jelly for $4.19 plus tax, and if you're not too cheap add a little tip I. There too. I order it 30% sweet and it's perfect.

Good drinks and caramel pudding. The server was very attentive and even laid out our forks and spoons for us. The staff looked very stressed as there were only two of them.

My buddy ordered the smoke pork, it taste like it's been sitting in the fridge for a month. I always get hot roasted oat meal drink.good portion.but dam, keep ur meat fresher yo

Best bubble tea place in Mississauga. Lots of flavors and fresh tapioca. Long lineups every time I go there.

Used to love this place. Now it takes so long to get your order. Waited half an hour to get our group order and it’s missing a drink. To top that, we were served a drink we didn’t order and was told we had to pay it because someone drank it mistakenly for their order even after we told the server that we were given the wrong drink. The “supervisor” couldn’t even understand what we were saying when we were explaining that we got the wrong order. Then she said “but you drink it so you pay for it”. They could’ve taken it away from our table but they didn’t and charged us anyway. No customer service. Moreover, the teas didn’t taste as good as they did before and this was my opinion prior to the billing incident. It’s sad cause I’ve been coming here since they opened. I probably won’t go back after this experience.

Gave it 2 stars b.c their customer service is terrible. We had to wait FOURTY MINS FOR 2 DRINKS. They only had 1 server 1 person at cash and 2 people making drinks and they were packed. They need to hire more people or get better machinery.
