I had the signature black milk tea with tapioca on a monday and they forced me to have it with 30percent ice. Its cold outside and i didnt want to have with any ice. Its a special price on Monday with a few cents off so they have to water it down...

Scam. I saw promotion buy 2 get 1 free on their website for Thanksgiving and when I came to the store. They didn’t show any promotion so I used self order machine and asked the cashier about the promotion and she said yes but only at counter. Why...

The young girl had the worst attitude ever at this location at 8: 30 pm on a Thursday night. The drink sucks as well, just like water. Such a sad night and we will not come back. AVOID THIS LOCATION!

The only Gong Cha we will go to. The family is so warm and welcoming, the drinks are always made to perfection and they love to make recommendations.

The washroom has been out of service for all I can remember. I don’t understand how an establishment can offer “dine in” services but not offer a washroom for their guests (which btw is extremely irritating when I have my kids with weak bladders...

Laid back location, dull mall. The food mall ambience is like a grave yard. Only transit users come here to use the washrooms.
This real fruit is small, less staffed and limited inventory, but charges the same price.

Great customer service by the young lady but my drink was horrible! No real fruits my friends. Syrups and powders only gave it a chance and never again! Almost $10 a drink
