Beautiful spot. Reasonably quick boat service. Provided realistic time frame of service and met expectations.

Job on time and in line with quote. With clear communication from the service department.

Beautiful facility. The owner, John, is extremely knowledgeable about boats an propellers. He made a recommendation for a 4 blade prop based on how I use my boat and it works great! I highly recommend this business.

We paid for an overnight dockside stay in 2020.
On the positive, the Marina is very very clean.
On the negative:
1. Neither the owners nor the seasonal slip holders would share the wifi code. There is wifi but you are not allowed to use it. They can, but you can’t, even though you paid for the night.

2. Dogs are not allowed on the GRASS. Big sign to that effect. We were officiously reprimanded when our dog, who had been on the boat all day, was lying at our feet by our lawn chairs on the grass. Dogs are also supposed to do their business on the pavement or the gravel drive. Not allowed on the grass.

3. The overnight dock is wide open to the lake and boat traffic wakes. The lake is very busy with boat traffic and our boat rocked wildly until sundown.

This may be a great place to stay for the season (if you don’t have a dog) but I don’t recommend it for overnighters.

I recently updated motor on my pontoon boat, they took care about my boat, new motor was installed in time, boat is clean, specially thanks to Mark, really nice guy, great communication. I highly recommend that marina.

Stopped for fuel by jet ski to see price difference from Otter gas. Man working was extremely rude! I’ve never met someone so condescending before.

Please work on your customer service & tell this man to mind his own business on matters that are not his because he left a really bad taste in my mouth for rest of day

(Over the last 30 years we have had prop, boat and canvas repair done and never any issues)

2 visits to this establishment. First was about 10: 30am where we were met with a friendly gas attendant. Second visit was the next day at 4pm. Hours clearly stated 4: 30pm was the close time. They had closed early which left me out of options to get my seadoo rental back to buck eye marine. Now being stung with a pick up fee for my lack of gas I had to get it back. This will be my last option when choosing gas now and only if a last resort.

Fantastic service from the parts, service and prop shops. I have had the misfortune of requiring their service more than once. Yeah it was the rocks fault (lol). Service was friendly, understanding and prompt. Boat winterization is quick and done properly. I have never had any issues in the spring. Motors start right away.

Awesome. Especially when you have mechanical problems. Mechanics were awesome. I highly recommend.

Stopped here because Buckhorn was packed with boats. Thought maybe they had a bathroom, store or snacks but apparently not. They asked if I was here for service and I wasn't, then my wife got told off because our dog was on their grass. My advice is to cruise right by, but if you have to stop don't let your dog off the boat so it doesn't step on the grass and damage it.

Nice clean location. Friendly staff. Boat launch and parking a little expensive but well maintained.

Great place family rum for ever and really skilled people workinv there and is now where I tale my boat for all service. Would recommend to all.
