No hate because most of my friends live here and their family furnished the house perfectly! Enough space for all their belongings! And they don’t have any problems!

Lived there for a year, nothing but problems. They keep changing superintendents. If your washroom ceiling collapses one day and they don't do anything for a month, don't be surprised because that happened to us. They started fixing the issue only when i collected photo evidence of ignored repair notices and threatened to take them to court.
A lot of roaches in the building. Garbage dumpster is right in front of the building. Not a well maintained building overall.
They are slowly renovating the building, maybe that will help.

The new property manager doesn't care about single parents who struggle to make rent. He wants to get rid of them by sending them eviction notices after couple of weeks late rent payment. I strongly recommend anyone who is a single parent, this isn't the place for you. The building is overpriced for such an old building with so many things wrong with it. The new property manager is trying to change things for the worst. No one is liking the change he is trying to immpliment. For the sake of ratings I would give no starts but I had no option to do so. So 1 start is it.
