I've been coming to Budd's Mazda for about 3 years to get my 2020 Mazda 3 serviced and the service department is great.

Very attentive and they take your concerns seriously. I had a recurring noise issue that I needed to get to the bottom of and Katie was great at communicating the process and working with me to get it resolved under warranty.

Had to take my new Mazda 3 for its first service last week and decided on Budds’ Mazda given the positive reviews and experiences shared. Peter Osvald was very kind and helped set up the service appointment on the phone.

Ben Baldin was the service advisor I met when dropping my vehicle off. Ben was jovial and kind, explained exactly what would be looked into for my service appointment and asked if I had any questions. Very satisfied with my experience and will be returning for future service appointments.

Overall pretty good. Shop rate seems very high. You have to pay the "booked" time that they ask for and you agree to even if the job is completed sooner. Advisor Ben was excellent. Waiting area and coffee excellent.

I went to Budds Mazda for leasing/financing a CX-5. Got in touch with Brent who was amazing from the get go. He was thorough and explained everything in great detail. He then took us for a test drive and was very polite and gentle with the way he interacted.

Ultimately, I ended up leasing a CX-5 but from another source since a new one was out of budget for me but I really enjoyed interacting with Brent and people at Budds Mazda were amazing. Keep up the awesome work!

The complimentary Uber rides to and from home after I dropped off the car were also very convenient.

I'm adding to my review (June 2022) to inform others about my recent experience with Budds' Mazda's service department.

My check engine light went on a few weeks ago. My son-in-law (a car guy) ran a quick diagnostic and advised it had to do with my CX-5's coolant system. Not to be ignored.

I called Budds' Mazda and requested an appointment. Unfortunately, with the high demand for service, my appointment was scheduled for a week later. Given the issue was with the coolant system, I asked if the appointment could be sooner. The service manager—Jason Corrigan—called me himself to say that I definitely should not be driving the car and that they could look at and diagnose the problem the very next day. The only issue was that they couldn't "fix" the issue due to staffing and service demands.

Because their 3 "loaner" vehicles were on loan, Jason offered to (and did) contact the car rental company they work with to get me a rental at the "Mazda" price. He called back to tell me that no rentals were available. In fact, there is/was a rental car shortage all over Southern Ontario! A fact I found to be true as I was trying to rent a car myself. The places that did have cars were exorbitantly priced! 1 week for $1000 and so on.

To add insult to injury, after diagnosing the issue it was determined that I needed a new part for the coolant system and that it could take up to FOUR weeks for delivery of said part from Japan due to delivery delays and supply-chain issues.

Jason was very apologetic, understanding my plight and wishing there was something more he could do. He personally kept trying to find me a rental (which would be paid for my Budds' Mazda) and vowed that when one of their loaners was returned, I would be first in line to get one.

About a week later, Jason called with bad news and good news. First, there were still no rentals available. Second, MY CAR WAS FIXED AND READY TO GO! The part had arrived super quick and Budds' Mazda fixed it right away.

Even though I didn't have my car for about 10 days, I was very pleased with the service I got from Budds' Mazda. Especially from Jason.

(June 2020) Buying a car during COVID was an adventure. Budds’ Mazda’s sales, finance, and service teams worked with me to make the process both safe (COVID) and enjoyable. I am now the happy owner of a brand new CX-5 GT and have passed my CX-3 down to my son. Thank you Mohammed for being there every step of the way and for ensuring I was a happy customer. Great job!

I never imagined buying a car could be a great experience! I can't say enough about Jason - he makes buying a car fun! His knowledge about all details of the car is incredible and his passion for driving is contagious. When we picked up my car he took the time to make sure everything was just right - from seat adjustment, to setting radio favourites and making sure Apple CarPlay was connected and ready to take me everywhere I need to go. I older gentlemen in serice depth he wouldn't talk to me and Katie well she was no help into this matter both of them
Also didn't even look at my car

I had a very positive shopping experience at Budds' Mazda. I went to several different dealerships and felt like I wasn't given the time or attention I deserved, especially in this competitive market. But Mike was absolutely wonderful from the moment I stepped in the door. He answered all my questions honestly, provided me with regular updates on the status of my vehicle, and was genuinely very pleasant to deal with throughout the entire process. As a first time car buyer, I felt valued and my concerns were validated. So happy with my CX-30 and the service. Would not hesitate to recommend!

Brought my mazda3 in for an oil change, I had mentioned that my car was jolting and making a sound in the back as well, the technician Cory went above and beyond to identify what all the problems were and Ganesh took his time showing me and explaining it to me. Well I was in the market for a car and after visiting few dealerships I end up buying a car here. The experience was great and did not feel pushed at all. Gabriel was excellent he took time and responded to all my 1001 questions - a great friendly and patient man that made me forget the price and focus on brand and quality - so I could finally decide what to do.
I should mention Mohamad and the rest of the team for providing options on financing/ leasing. It is a difficult time out there to buy a car however these people helped and made the process less painful for me. I'm happy with my purchase and I'm thankful that decided to go with Budds Mazda in Oalkville.

First of all the oil change was so quick and secondly, I was given honest opinion for my car tires. No need to change tires and will be ok for this winter.

Fantastic first Major Service visit to Budds Mazda with our CX-9. We bought our CX-9 CPO from a different dealer, at the time Budds did not have what we were looking for in stock but they have still treated us like we bought the car from them!

Service was 10/10, Staff 10/10, Pricing 10/10 and the Facilities also were top notch 10/10!

Thanks for taking care of my vehicle and tossing on my snows free of charge when Hamilton Mazda wanted to charge me to swap tires on rims during a service!

I will back a longtime customer moving forward!

It’s taken me a bit to get to this review as I’ve been waiting for this dealership to make things right.

There were 2 marks on the back of my 2017 Mazda CX-5 before purchased. Our salesman checked with the manager and they said they would FIX the paint chips for us instead of a discount. We figured this was a good trade.

We were also promised that the vehicle would be detailed before being picked up.

When we arrived to pick up the car, everything was great. We had a great time while at the dealership and our salesman Gabriel was very friendly, not too pushy, and accommodating.

The vehicles paint chips were not actually fixed like promised. They put a white paint pen to it and that’s what their “fix” was. After looking at it closer, I could have went to the store and done it myself for $4-$10. This was not a fair deal. The price that was shown online was the price we paid and we were okay with not negotiating the price if the paint chips were going to be fixed.

The car was NOT detailed. At all. I asked Gabriel if we could bring the car back to be properly detailed and we were told that he would speak with the manager and get back to me. Almost a week later, there was nothing they could do. This was not Gabriel’s fault by any means, but it was very disappointing as it was my first car. There is a tare in the arm rest console but was told it would be fixed with the detailing.

Once again, my car was not detailed so the tare is still there. There is what looks to be dog hair in the trunk, I do not own a dog so that was the first clue it was not detailed like promised.

I mentioned that it was very disappointing but nothing came about from it.

The reason I purchased from Budds vs a different dealership was because I thought it would be a better experience than I had and I thought they’d be more trustworthy than an independent dealership.

Overall, I love my car. I don’t think the detailing and the car chips were Gabriel’s fault. He was a great salesman. I am just disappointed and unsatisfied with the paint chips not being fixed and the detailing not being done.

Bought a 2015 Toyota Sienna from Sean. Friendly man who was genuine with his service but was not your pushy car salesman.

The Van is running great and feel everyone won on this transaction. Yes, weird I'm buying a Toyota from a Mazda dealership but Sean made my drive from the Shwa worth it to Oakville.

Would recommend Sean for anyone's car buying needs.

Bought a new CX-5 earlier this year. Excellent service from Joseph, he was friendly, attentive and made sure to answer any issues or concerns. When we received the new car, there was a scratch near the hood. Despite initial trouble to get the right service professional, he was persistent to get the issue fixed just right and trouble-free.

Happy with the comprehensive service at this location, everyone worked towards making sure the sale was right for us. No concerns returning to this location in the future.

Before I went there, to be honest, I did not have much expectations as I was literally running everyday to find a suitable car. This was my first time ever bringing a car into service, so I had no idea what the process was. Along the way, Alexandra and Andrea were both incredibly helpful and really made you feel at home - not to mention the friendly man named Paul who drove me to and from the dealership while my car was being taken care of.
My car came back in great condition - even my mother who drives a BMW commented on the difference. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking! Thank you Budds Mazda!

Mazda3 2018 - have had serviced here twice. Really good people at the desk, kind and accommodating. Ganesh and Katie both excellent!

As for suggestions as requested:
1- should wipe cars down with a chamois after wash - only takes 5 mins but makes such a difference and most other dealers do it.
2- perhaps update the lounge area - some snacks/ cookies/juices/ daily papers etc.

Other than that - you have the basis for an excellent guest experience!

I would say they have a wonderful customer service starting from when you enter the dealership till you leave with your new car everything’s amazing. I feel confident that my Mazda is being properly serviced by the dealership’s mechanics. I ended up buying a used Mazda3 from Leigh that day. I was very impressed at the level of service there. I definitely recommend going to Budds Mazda. I had an oil change scheduled for 6: 30 pm last Thursday evening. I arrived early, and Andrea was able to take my car in right away. She said it would take about 40-45 minutes, however, it was done in about 30. Quick service and friendly customer service
