Budget Car Rental

Stay away from this dealer - we were told we’re 2nd priority because we’re on the phone and when we arrived on site, Suhel was adamant that we are not a priority. We used a a “cus” phrase after being placed on hold, yet again for 5+ minutes for the 4th time. We decided to come in store so we could be a priority, Suhel advised he does not care of our opinion but to call Budget customer service (after he’d advised we’re 2nd class via phone). I just wanted to know if we could pick our car up early?

Definitely won’t be back.
