Worst customer service ever I dnt recommend this place. Over priced, the put pm hold for 2 hours on the phone!

I was told the car price was cheaper and showed up more charge.appear on my credit card. I never recommend this place for renting.

Excellent service very flexible with the time to return the car they gave me more time, always gave the c’est dear and cheaper than other companies, very friendly and professional, I won’t rent from other companies, highly recommended

I have rented 2 times in the month of June and have been extremely satisfied with my experience.
The Manager at this location (sorry, I’ve forgotten your name) is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. She assigned a beautiful vehicle, when she learned I was renting for my daughter’s wedding. That was such a nice gesture.
Both times, the vehicles were clean and ready to go.
I highly recommend Budget, on Main Street, Hamilton, if you want great customer service and excellent vehicles.

The lady over the phone was friendly. Upon entry to the store, the lady did not even greet us, she was very rude and combative over our reservation that we had requested the day before, and would not offer any kind of help or insite whatsoever.

Was shocked at how rude Nandy was. Absolutely terrible service.
So rude and condescending.
Did not explain terms well and constantly interrupted.

Never any cars available despite the lot being 1/3 full. Apparently “all booked out”. Avoid this place.

The manager always provides me with the best services. Knowing her for two years, good person!

Don’t rent here. I paid in full online and when I went to pick it up, I was told that the rental would cost $160 more than what I was told, even though it was a 3 days rental. Rent from Enterprise! It is so much easier, service is much faster and reliable!
