Potentially the worst customer service in history.

Behave appallingly towards customers.

Impossible to deal with this company. The care we rented in April for four days, had charges for NY tolls racked up in July and August. They would not charge the person who actually had the tolls incurred, even though we had the toll bill, with the licence plate of the rental car. They avoided returning calls for over three weeks, and then redirected me twice to different departments, with no results. Will never use them again.

I have been calling a trying to rent a van for a week the guy keeps telling us to call back the next day.

Extremely unprofessional, the man at the counter is always making personal phone calls, he tends to not have any vehicle available that you requested, and tries to give you a smaller vehicle for the same price, rather than making an adjustment, until you ask him why you are being charged the same. He's never has the vehicles ready and every single time he has to get the vehicle ready while you are there. At times I have had to wait for 45 minutes for him to get the vehicle ready, or for another location to bring the vehicle, and then he has to clean it.

Horrible service! 1-800 number says one thing and the rude man at the counter says something else! Got there, he is on his cell phone talks (ignoring me) for 5 to 10 mins, then gets off and says "what can I do for you" in such a rude tone! I said something and walked out! Take my business somewhere else thank you very much

This review is dedicated to the kind staff who went and above and beyond to help me (I believe his name was Omar). There were some mixups with the reservation (completely on on my end) when I first went to pick up the car, and he was extremely patient and helpful. We were able to resolve everything no problem. Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you!

I have dealt with this place many times and every time I leave with perfect service and value for my money. Thanks please keep up the good work.
