Visited Burlington this past weekend, and forgot my stash in the city. Called BudsSmoke Burlington asked if they delivered and it was after their cut off time. Brie was nice enough to come through after her shift. Brie even gave me her lighter when I realized mine was practically dead. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERY RELIABLE

This is the place to go super friendly and knowledgeable staff lightning speed deliveries couldn’t ask for a more reliable source. Products are all top shelf.

Oh my lord came by tonight with my friend and talked to Brie and LOVED HER! She helped SO MUCH and gave so many AMAZING suggestions and was so incredibly helpful with everything. She was a blessing to have helping us️ I’ll be sure to come back because of her wonderful personality!

Really nice shop. Welcoming, clean and organized. Decent display of local hand blown glass. (Not something you see everyday at cannabis retailers) Mac was super helpful and inviting. Product knowledge was on point and the menu was proper! Would highly recommend check them out if your in the neighbourhood. See you guys again soon!

Knowledgeable Budtenders make the process seamless as well. Ask for Randy whenever you’re in and see what proper customer is like. I went in person for my first purchase here and everyone was super friendly. I’ve been a consistent buyer from here since because they always have the newest stuff available. I usually try to order during the day and I got carried away today. By the time I realized, the 4 pm cut off was over. They had two of the strains I really wanted to try so I placed my order anyways.

To my surprise I still got a phone call. 15 minutes later one of the owners actually came and delivered it to me. She was an absolute pleasure to speak to. It is why I will continue to order from them consistently. The customer service here has always been above and beyond. Thank you again for doing this for me! It is greatly appreciated!

Amazing experience at BudSmoke the other day! Had an absolutely amazingly helpful, kind Lady help me Named Dani! She set me up for the reward program and even took the time to write out the artist's name down for me who did the art in the shop! She was very knowledgeable with products!
Dani is excellent and welcoming and certainly made my experience 11/10!

Also it's in a perfect spot down near the beach to get all your cannabis needs!

Been my main store ever since it opened. Love that the store doesnt feel like a petri dish as most others do. Taylor and the rest of the awesome staff really know the products they are selling, plus they have great prices and cool events. Go check them out asap

Unprofessional policy & no mask was worn by delivery driver. I ordered delivery service from buds smoke and the delivery driver didn't deliver right to my door - the driver stayed in his car without a mask and called me to come outside to pickup my order. They have a policy where if you order delivery, you have to go outside to meet them at their car. This is a ridiculous policy because every delivery I've received in my life is delivered right to your door. Plus the driver didn't wear a mask so it was completely redundant for me to leave my house.

Totally awesome staff, super friendly and always willing to give there best reccomendation, so glad I could finally come in the store the other day! Cheers guys! Also great how they have a points system!
