When selecting a product from the website, the thc% percentage of the product is not the actual percentage.
For example, The "Loud Plug" 28g bag of buds for $159, says online 30% to 35%
When purchasing the product, the package says 28% and nothing about 30% to 35.

Place is a joke dont waste your time or money at budtimez they kicked my girl out because she pulled her phone out to check her msgs because are baby is at home with grandma sick

My first time here and I was told that different strains have no taste difference just feel (lol he must have Covid). Zero knowledge of the products, the guy at the front asking for ID is super nice tho

The owner is a complete scam artist. Sold my mother a faulty vape, one known to have constant issues breaking, it broke within the 30 day warranty and she returned to get a replacement or refund and they told her to go to the manufacturer. When she did, she was told to go back to the store that they were supposed to replace it, and she also found TONS of reviews that this product is well known for this. She returns to the store, a disabled senior woman, and is refused any assistance by the owner (the first woman we spoke to was immensely kind and helpful) but this owner was full of excuses, brushed her completely off, refused to research the known issues with this product, and refused to replace it, telling my DISBALED MOTHER WITH A WALKER that she must have been very hard on it and broke it because she was pushing too hard, and won't replace it because she's never seen it before. Like she can hardly make a fist she's so weak, but yeah, she must have just bashed it right. Come on. And this woman gave excuse after excuse and no solution. Shameful business, I've been a loyal customer for years, since they opened, and they will never get another dime from either of us. DISGUSTING.

Horrible customer service from bald, glasses-wearing individual, I have given hundreds of dollars to this store and he alone shall be the reason I never return. Good riddance.

I did find the woman who appeared to be the manager very nice, which is very unfortunate considering how disrespectful and distasteful the treatment from staff was.

It's good lots of variety but just like everywhere else prices are too high. Better off ordering online from b.c.

This place has great selection of products that other stores just don't have. You will definitely find what your looking for at a decent price.

Asking for ID and then not telling me any prices untill he's inspected my ID (I'm 31 acting like I'm 16 trying to get away with it) and acted as if I'm trying to swindle or steal. All just staring at me wondering what I'm doing. It seems like they automatically think they're better than you. My business goes elsewhere

Will never go back! At first i loved the place but the more i went the less impressed i was. Last vist the staff were very uneducated and when i told them something personal they judge me and when i was leaving they started talking super loudly about me and started laughing. Do not buy from here you will be judge and ridiculed. I found the same product i was wanting to buy 5 dollars cheeper at another dispensary.

If I could rank this place as zero stars I would. The management is awful, not organized at all. Staff are treated with little respect, and favouritism is very obvious. I am a former employee, and I suggest that you do not apply/work here. If possible, shop elsewhere… there are other shops with MUCH better prices and staff.manager is extremely rude/unfair to staff, especially those of minority which is disgusting.

Possibly the most useless store when it comes to ordering for pickup. Originally when I started shopping here I loved the store it was quick easy and convenient but as of the last few months they have been changing my opinion rather quick. This is now the 4th time minimum that all I want is to place an order for pickup and it’s just forgotten about until the next day for some reason. Always get the text saying your order is being prepared yet now I’ve been waiting up to 24 hours for an order to be ready. If you’re claiming the ordered items are in stock at the store then it shouldn’t take so long to be prepared when it’s literally just one bag.

The owner and her daughter are really cool. Average pricing but amazing variety. Some of the budtenders are less than knowledgeable and sound like used car salesmen. If you know what you're looking for its a great place.

There’s a girl there that thinks she owns the place, she’s rude and not good for business, I think she was trying to show off in front of the young Indian girl that was also working that evening.

The bud is trash! They have hybrids being sold as indica! Cheap smoking overpriced bud! I spent $40 on a hq and it smelt like premature hemp! I do not recommend this place for bud! The staff is as helpful as they can be with no really good options to recommend.

Wouldn’t let me in because I didn’t have ID. I’m 32……haven’t been asked for ID at Tokyo, one plant, lcbo, beer store, gas station for at least 6 years now. Your people should use common sense just like every other age-restricted establishment does.

Best weed shop in Barrie, I go here every other week to pick an ounce. It’s the cheapest place in Barrie I find. The tax is included in the price u see in store which is a bonus because u pay exactly what u see. The staff are alway very friendly an welcoming, an I’ve become a regular for them. They always have a great selection of weed and new strains to try. I highly recommend going to this shop
