Build-A-Bear Workshop

We recently visited this location over the past weekend and I would like to give a special shout out to Aaron. My four year old is currently obsessed with the Nightmare Before Christmas and immediately honed in on the Oogie Boogie bear when we walked in. As we searched for the body we quickly realized the only one left was the display. Aaryn noticed us looking for assistance and when he was finished stuffing a bear he asked how he could help. Not only did he assist with getting the floor model, he double checked that the lights inside were still working.

I have worked in retail for over two decades and Aaryn is the type of employee I would be proud to have on my team.

Thank you Aaryn for making our little boy extremely happy and for giving him his new bedtime friend.

Wouldn't let us put our own voice box in the bear. Wouldn't let us take the bear unsealed so we could put the voice box in ourselves. Offered no solutions. Very disappointing experience. Will never come back.

Utkarsh Customer service is 5star. You really need employees like him to increase your customers LTV.

Offline retail can only survive bleed from online commerce if you can differentiate with better customer service.

I've been trying to get in touch with the store for 3 days. No way to call and have it ring through. No way to contact head office. All contact and support lines drop the line after making desired selection. The chat bot simply suggest to look at the FAQ sheet. Super disappointing and frustrating. We were looking for details to bring our 2 year old for the count your candles bear on his birthday. The website says to call in prior, it's tough to make an hour drive with a two year old when we can't get in touch with the store to confirm.

Been trying to call their number to inquire about which character bears they have IN store and not online, repeatedly have been hung up on. Can’t even get a hold of a customer service representative

Came here last night on a first date with someone and the cashier in particular was one of our highlights of the night. I didn’t catch her name but this was around 7: 30/8pm (she had a cast on her arm) and she honestly had the best high spirit in the store. She was so lovely and made my date and I laugh. Just wanted to give her a shoutout because she was memorable in many ways!

I love going to Build a bear and this one is the only store in my area. I brought my niece for her first build a bear and she is just a baby so they didn't do the full ceremony but I would have loved to make her mom do it lol. The store is great but the certificate area needs some updating

Took my niece to this location and had a great experience. The staff working was amazing very patient and helpful. Will be back there.

Amazing workers all friendly and smiling amazing products but that goes without saying a man named Nathan I think helped me out and was one of the nicest people lol 10/10 would recommend

I had the best experience today, it was my first time ever going to Build A Bear and I had a fantastic time! This location is amazing and I highly recommend going here.:)

Great place for kids, the kind lady who helped me out with building my Eevee & Charmander Plushs was kind and helpful because this was technically my first time at build a bear. Absolutely would come back if i ever was in the area.

I was shocked at the very bad customer service at this veryyyy cute store. There wasn't an issue or a problem, just rude with dont bother us kind of attitude of the people working there. The store is super cute and organized. It would be great if the people there would be more pleasant to talk to that's all.

Very nice place for kids. Has an excellent selection with very good customer service. Would say they treat bears as living creatures. The variety of stuffed toys is great. The kids will definitely enjoy the whole stuffing of the bear and I am sure the adults will to. But beware parents u can spend a lot in a very short amount of time.

Great visit thanks to staff member Paul, my child loved the whole process of making her bear. Great choice of outfits and accessories
