Such a great place for a birthday.

I did my daughter birthday with 5 of her friends and could not have asked for better. Such a good experience. To the staff who work there you are awesome.

Had my daughter's birthday party. It was really nice the kids had great time and the whole experience was amazing and our party host Olivia was really great host and made every kids experience unforgettable.

Really lovely staff, super engaging, kind, friendly & helpful. Bear is adorable, love all the clothing and for children it is a great experience. A little pricey but worth it in my opinion!

I had a terrible experience with this location. My daughters birthday is in 1 week and it is June 30th. The store manager refused to honour the birthday promotion stating it’s the policy. The store representative had the nerve to say “well technically there’s still the 31st of June. ” I can’t begin to comprehend how awful this is coming from a store that’s primary customer is children. My daughter was with me, I’m 8 months pregnant, and had to deal with such disgusting and unprofessional people. I did contact head office - I strongly don’t recommend this store.

Super friendly and excellent experience for kids! Brought my daughter here almoy10 years ago and my son this past week for his 6th birthday.

Nice selection of stuffed animals to choose from. But they were under staffed. Long wait to stuff the bears, print certificates and pay. And costs added up very quickly.

Friendly staff, even when busy they take time for your family and kids memories. We have visited more then 5 times, never a bad visit

Got a KK Slider plush for about 20 bucks and my sister got an Isabelle plush, lady who stuffed the bear was really nice, we got to choose the perfect amount of stuffing, and everything was perfect!

LOVE the new RuPaul bear! So cute! As a Christian woman I appreciate the message of inclusion, joy and love.

Love the birthday idea they have, we git one for my daughter and she absolutely loves the birthday bear! The ladies here were so kind, and helpful.

Unique collections / ornaments for their own build bear toy

Staff were unhelpful. Asked the same staff member 2 times about a certain bear, she went to the back to check stock, when she came back we were ignored and went to help another customer. It's really just a simple yes or no that you have stock, being ignored is very unprofessional.

I came here to get the hello kitty bear. Loved it sm, the girl stuffing my bear was really nice. But the cashier judged me for not getting her a shirt lmaoo

Very rude and terrible customer services. Went for my daught's birthday gift. The girls at cash register are blaming some customers not buying what they recommend in front of people with a aloud "whisper", while checking me out. They also force me a to buy two bags or boxes. I said I only need one bag, then, she rollered her eyes and asking"how are you gonna bring the other bear back home? " I said I'll just take it home. She said I have to either buy a box for 89 cents or a bag for 6 dollars. It's mu daughter's birthday, I didn't want to argue to ruin her birthday. I finally bought two bags for $12. WHY do I HAVE TO buy something that I don't need? With her mean attitude? The only nice girl there was the one with red hair, she was nice though. The rest of them, I just wish them to be nice, since your customers are mainly kids.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There are lots of choices for bear clothing. The only thing I was disappointed about was that they only had one option for first birthday bear clothing. I would love to see more first birthday options which are for boys and girls.

Horrible and rude customer service. Cashier purposely walked away to attend to other customers, that just walked into the store. While I stood at the cash ready to pay. I had to leave the cash and go to her after she went to a third customer, clearly saw me waiting to pay. Also, had to ask for a bag. Clearly, she thought the other customers are more important. Just unaware and arrogant.

Thought my kid would love to make a toy on her own and wow this workshop gave that opportunity. She thoroughly enjoyed her experience. So many options to choose from and it’s amazing to watch kids, not just kids even grown ups make toys of their choice and also customize voice of the toy. Pricy but worth it. Price depends on what we pick though:)
