Ordered a Built Sandwich $12. The menu said fried egg sandwich, bacon, cheese. 2nd egg would be extra $1.
So I order and she says the egg is extra, bacon is extra. So I ask if I just get the $12 sandwich is there an egg. She says no. I say "just bread for $12? " and she says there are toppings (so bread sandwich, no filling, and toppings for $12 wt?).
I assumed there was some confusion but I look at my bill and it was $12 for BBM (?) + 2.50 for egg + 2.50 for bacon.
I look at my sandwich and its a burger, no egg (sure), and no bacon.
Got my money back. They tried to just give me $17 but I got $20 (by giving back their change and taking back a $5 tip I stupidly put in the jar before we ordered because they were young and working hard).
Unfriendly staff, waited in line for about 45 minutes even though there was only 1 person in front. The food is edible but not good. Don't go here if you can avoid it
If you are in terminal 1, grab a bite in section D before going to section E. I paid 51 CAD for two mediocre burgers with fries and beverage. Even for airport prices there are better places! Each burger is around 14$, adding a SMALL portion of fries is an extra 5$, and another 3$ for beverage. If you are going to eat a tasteless burger, you can get a better price and bigger quantity at A&W (way better). Avoid it at all cost.
I don’t about you guys but for airport food this takes pretty good, I’d recommend the poutine if you want something just right. Overall it’s pretty good for airport food
The service is totally unprofessional and unwelcoming. The waiters shout and talk incessantly, causing them to spit on the dishes. If I hadn't already paid I would have left. The presentation is of low quality.
Stood in line for half an hour to find out they only had brioche buns left. No signage anywhere. Since I'm allergic to egg that meant I wasted half an hour. Given how packed the space was it's an extremely hot busy place to waste half an hour. Takes them forever to churn out food and people were waiting ages to eat. Several people had to just get fries as that was all they could do in less than 15 minutes. So poorly organized.
Thought we would give this place a try since the food looked good. The service was horrendous. Like absolutely terrible. If i could leave no stars, i would. Not only did we wait in line for over 45 minutes, but once we got there to order, the girl working there was one of the rudest I've ever encountered in food service in my life. She was rude and condescending and disrespectful. She snapped when we asked for certain toppings, and said they don't have then. Even though they have them on their menu. She put items on our order we didn't ask for, and forgot to add stuff we did order. Whatever you do, take my advice, avoid this place at all cost. Not worth it and I guarantee you, that you will get better service and food somewhere, anywhere else.
The food was hot, decent, expensive but it's the airport. The fountain drink station was not working. I grabbed a bottle of diet Pepsi and the cashier asked if I would like a cup of ice I appreciated that.
Wow this has got to be the most awful burger place ever. The people were rude and sarcastic, and the burger was crushed in some scrunched up paper. It was very small, and not worth the price. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
Delicious, succulent burgers. Spectacular service with smiling staff. A great pleasure to spend $50+ to feed my wife and son. Highly recommended! P.s. I am a compulsive liar.
Poutine could have been a little better with home made fries instead of thin Standard fries - and if they would be warm to hot. Self build burger tastes quite good, ingredients seem fresh and you have a great variety. Demand is high and since every burger is fresh it takes approx. 20 minutes if there are 10-15 waiting in the line.
The burger and sandwich was alright nothing special about it. There wasn’t much different than other burgers. The prices were alright. The custom burger doesn’t make any sense! 6/10 the size is okay.
