Bulk Barn

It's a Bulk Barn. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and well stocked. From a customer point of view, they did a great job of protecting staff & customers during COVID times. I hope the staff felt similar. I've ordered online for pickup and in store; no issues at all - all were smooth and quick.

There was this one employee who worked at your store named Chelsea. I can go on and on about just how bodacious she was at her job. I do have one complaint. My child who is144 months old really enjoys animal crackers, however much to my dismay when I went to get some from your store, they were all stuck together. It seemed as if they were MATING.imagine having to explain to your 144 month old child what the momma lion is doing on top of the father lion. DESPICABLE! Anyways, 8/10 would come back another time if it was the last option on Earth.

A little weird the way they have it because of the Covid conditions, but understandable. Every customer gets there own personal concierge scooper person as they shop. And still the only play I can find d my favorite gummie berries.

I was so impressed with the service at this bulk barn during the pandemic. The line was a bit long outside and people were honestly being so rude to the employees who were doing their absolute best, given the fact they had limited staff. If you go here, please be patient with the hard working people! Thank you bulk barn staff!

So thankful Bulk Barn rolled out an online store during quarantine - couldn't have been easier for me to order, zip over when it was all ready, and pay & collect safely from a distance. Thanks to all the lovely staff keeping us sane and helping us get everything we needed - from a pinch to the pound!

While shopping at BulkBarn Dundas, i was assisted by a young girl by the name of Mikayla. She was very kind, helpful and Made my shopping experience wonderful. Im am overall very impressed with the staff at this location, the new manger is doing an incredible job!

Great selection but this store seems to be the only one that doesn't sell Swizzels Matlow Love Hearts.a fine British Candy. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store is very clean as the staff seem to be tidying everytime I'm there. Recommended!

Their backroom storage is infested with moths. Do not buy from here unless you want to risk getting sick. That information comes from a former employee and I even went there myself and saw moths in the bins out front. Live months, in the food. Disgusting

Friendly service, the review below about waiting 5min and having a freakout is wild, people are crazy!

Not great service. I'll explain.

I wanted to buy their coconut oil because of the good price and that I use it a lot. In my last few visits there, It looked like they were out of stock most of the time. Today, I asked an employee for stock and the result was mostly sad.

1. It took over 5 minutes for the employee to take a super short trip to the back room to check for the stock. This meant I HAD TO WAIT 5 MINUTES for a yes or no answer!

2. Assuming none was in stock, I then proceeded to go through the checkout with the remaining items in my order. Halfway through the checkout process, the employee I asked about the oil tells me they have it and she told me the delay happened because she couldn't open the container!

Had I been in a hurry, they would have lost money.

When you stop shutting the doors 30 minutes early, I’ll change my review to 5 stars. Thanks for wasting my time.

Typical selection for a Bulk Barn - and that is excellent. I have always found the staff to be cordial and helpful
