It's a great place to go when you have a craving. You can buy just a small amount or go all in. Everything is organized and easy to find. Great for vegetarian diets and some gluten-free as well.

I appreciate the reusable containers program. For my containers, I need to ask for smaller scoops, but they are happy to oblige. Disappointed that Bulk Barn has discontinued some items. Not sure if this is communicated on their website.

I love it. A great prices. I highly recommend it, it's great, you can find all kinds of nuts, cake decorations, all kinds of chocolate, flour and spices, it's worth trying, tidy and clean.

I have been coming to bulk burn sine 2011 service was good, But now unfortunately the worst customer service I have ever seen I don’t recommend to any my family also friends. I decided not to go to that location anymore.

Found exactly what I needed and because I could purchase exactly the amount I needed I didn't need a huge box.

Store is always clean, bright, and well stocked. Staff is great. I have been making orders during COVID distancing rules and they are amazing at staying safe. Keeping their distance and putting the product in the car without having me touch anything was great. I come here all the time for bulk items and will continue to do so.

The old lady on staff will make you feel like human garbage for bringing in your own containers. Every visit there's something wrong with my containers. I even brought brand new containers and she said she can't let me use them because of a smudge from a sticker I removed. Does she expect me to wash them in front of her and have a priest bless each container before I bring it in to the store?

She'll just find another way to insult my green initiative even if I did.

She needs to lighten up and dial back her aggression towards people who are trying to do good for our environment.

Great staff and clean store. Great customer service also: Very friendly. However, unfortunately our most recent purchase of "Roasted and salted sunflower seeds, #106" tasted like it was expired.not a very pleasant taste at all and not easy on the stomach either. Ended up throwing it out all together.

Very helpful staff! So friendly and polite - they helped me carry my purchases to the car. Great experience!

Always friendly staff that's willing to help you if needed, they almost always manage to put a smile on my face every time I go in there which I find to be very nice, only reason it's not a 5 star is because their size limits their stock meaning they don't have some things that the bigger bulk barns have … also I'm still a little bit sad they haven't carried Hazelnuts in the shell for a couple years now.
