Clean, well looked after store with wide aisles, courteous & helpful staff. Wide selection & there are always products on sale. While individual product bags are used for bulk items, you need to supply your own reusable shopping bag or basket.

I love Bulk Barn where I buy smaller amounts of the staple foods that I need so that there is less waste. The store is very clean

I've been to bulk barns in almost every major city in Ontario and this was my favorite one. Impeccably clean. GREAT staff. I will be back for sure.

You can enter the store and stand in the front without a mask, while a employee gets your items, but you can’t walk around without a mask. I guess they’re only limiting “Covid” to the front of the store. Corporate needs to work on a better “policy”.

One of my favorite places to acquire the perfect amount of any product, great selections and variety of products to meet specific needs. Staff members are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Lot of choice, plenty of anything you love to eat, cook, bake. Clean environment, friendly service. Safety rules were followed.

The tension between staff and the owner is evident. Customer service is fine, unless you're being served by Rob himself. I will not return to this store after watching the unprofessional nature of his attitude.

Disappointed by level of customer service by Chatham Bulk Barn. Today a customer ahead of me had large purchase and just needed a couple packages of gift wrap baggies rung in separately since for charity event and cashier told her she had to go to end of line. Even fast food drive thrus do separate orders. Then separate cashier number 111 older lady rung through my stuff and my mistake I forgot to tell her I had a coupon. She told me she would have to refund and re-do and I asked if she could since coupon was the whole reason I stopped there. She proceeded to roll her eyes and tossed my stuff on scale out of frustration. Very unprofessional of her and not a customer friendly rule to make a customer go to the end of the line to make separate purchase. Company would rather lose a sale than take the 30 seconds to ring in more sales. Very disappointing the level of customer service that was given today. Will think twice about shopping there if that is how it is going to be.
