Great store. Set up nicely. Found some good bargains. Saved $ on meat and pizza. Wonder what I'll find next time!

Less organic options than I expected. Unfortunately I was not able to find organic potatoes, and many organic vegetables were sold out.

Just want you would expect from a PC Brand store. Easy shopping and helpful friendly staff.

So expensive.a can of tomatoes is a can of tomatoes.why so much more than anywhere else?
Aside from that.lunch to go chicken great and the team that looks after you, awesome.

Great grocery store so well kept so stocked also so many great deals and the staff are friendly and very approachable lots of parking and me and my wife have been shoping with them going on 15yrs next mth and we will never change please try them out you wont be disappointed and they have more then enough parking never had one issue in 15yrs.

I shopped there on the morning of December 23rd, and the customer service I received was horrible. Went to cash, and was asked if I wanted self check out, I said no because I had a gift card and split payments. I had 27 items. One cashier was closing, the other cashier had a line of carts that were full. Express had one person, so I asked the cashier if I could cash out there. She said yea that’s fine. I let someone go ahead of me so no one was waiting. The cashier traded with a male cashier and I was loading my items. Cashed out and paid, and when loading the cashier started piling the other persons items on top of mine. (Someone was behind me after I loaded my items on to the belt) In a complete rush, I bent and damaged my engagement ring off the bars of the shopping cart. Unfortunately due to the cost of living, I have to wait to pay to get it fixed. I left the store crying. Not how I wanted to start my Christmas holidays. Yes I understand things happen and people get sick, however that’s not a excuse for not providing basic customer service. I had to ask what my total was, as the cashier didn’t say a word to me.

This has been my favourite store since it opened in the old location. The staff is friendly. I won't go anywhere else in Huntsville.

Sunday Nov 13,2022.3: 30PM. Self checkout clerk. Old women with the glasses wasn’t nice. She needs to improve her customer service.

A great store in Muskoka. Wonderful variety of foods to meet your needs. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I had originally given a much higher review but I am tired of the high prices. It's basically a rip off and you can get much cheaper food especially produce from FreshCo. I am also extremely frustrated with self check out. The salad that I purchased spilled open because the packaging is so lousy. I got a lecture by the woman working there which was the last thing I needed. For gawds sake I do not need a lecture when I'm paying high prices AND having to do my own checkout!

Amazing store with a great variety of food. Impressive amount of organic and natural food. Produce is very fresh and the variety is vast.

It was an interesting trip to the Bullock's Grocer today. The associate at the check out was bossy and rude to my husband and I. I could not do anything right in the associates eyes. Everything from putting the groceries up on the belt to how I placed them back in the cart after they were bagged. Unfortunately my pleasant demeanour changed to being very quiet because I was uncomfortable with the interaction. We are in our late 50's so I have done my fair share of groceries loading & unloading. First and only time that has happened there.

As good as any Loblaws affiliate in Toronto with the added benefit of a neighborly attitude and staff willing to help.

We stopped for our sushi, yuzu lemonade and salad fix as we did our cabin stay nearby. They have ready to eat, meats, dairy and all grocery we were looking for.

Went grocery shopping there tonight. For the most part, pleasant experience. Yes they were out of 25% of the items I wanted, that were in the flyer, but I know that's not the stores fault.
Saw two chipmunks, yes chipmunks, dashing across the store, with their little cheeks filled with something. Must say, was not a sight I was prepared for in a grocery store, at my campsite, yes.store no.
Biggest issue was at check out.gave my bags to cashier and he threw them at the end of his till and started tossing things into them, with no care or thought what was going where, for the most part. I went to the end of the cash station, took stuff out and started repacking bags myself. The shift manager was at the end of the next til socializing, quite vocally, with cashier from that til; as soon as she saw me bagging my own groceries, she took off and went two tils down and stood there, doing nothing. To say the least, not impressed. If I want to bag my own groceries will go to No Frills or Freshco and save myself some money.
First time ever, I have had an issue at this stor; normally a pleasant and professional experience from start to finish.

If you're going to Deerhurst or camping around Huntsville this is the most convenient grocery shop.

Store was nice and clean, good selection of products. Our cashier was not very friendly, but to top it off a cart collector ran right into me in the store, with a train of carts. He didn't even acknowledge that he ran into me. It was absurd. Very disappointing.

Great store with everything you’d need; however, the lady in Customer Service was very unprofessional and angry. Perhaps customer service is not for her.

Wouldnt want to be a local living here and paying tourist prices for groceries.give the people a break and stop gouging!

Clean, bright store and very very helpful staff. Only my third time in the store and bakery and cash staff were terrific. I wish I could shop there all the time, but I only visit Huntsville once a year.

The store is extremely clean and well laid out, always fresh produce and baked goods but the prices are definitely a bit more inflated than local retailers are.

Your go to store near Arrowhead Provincial Park. Came here to get some craft beers. Wine rack is also on site but closes at a certain time. Enjoy!

They have a Joe Fresh here and his place to buy reasonable bathing suits and such for the cottage when forgotten at home!

Cashier most unfriendly, shelf empty, ask employee, if there is more
in the back, he said right away NO without even looking.
I had the impression he was to lazy to go and look! Shop at Metro now.

Ever since it changed to bullock prices insane. Used to only shop at Robinsons but bullocks out priced me. Too bad it still a nice store with good selection but insane pricing

Wonderful assortment of product. Great staff. Long lineup to cash out on holiday weekend, but they did a great job getting us through!

Very busy. Bad customer service at the place where you buy ice and cigarettes. Gave me a hard time for wanting to buy cigarettes for some reason. (I need to know the specific flavour of cigarette I want?) The other staff seemed nice. Bathrooms very dirty.: (

Just shopped at this store. Had to wait in line which was very long but understandable. Everyone in the line was waiting. One gentleman asked to get in line ahead of people as he was about 70 and had only one single can to buy. The woman directing the lines traffic called the man out extremely loudly as to draw everyone's attention and asked if he was able to cut in line. He said yes this gentlemen said I could go ahead. The woman, who's name tag read Rachel then asked him in a very belittling voice if he had also asked the rest of the line. A ridiculous question if she expected this elderly gentleman to go to every single person in line and ask permission to go ahead. I really don't know what this pandemic has done to people if there is no level of understanding that we might be kind enough to let an elderly gentleman with one item go to the front of a line. Genuinely just couldn't believe the tone that this woman took with a customer in front of the whole check out area. Good job Rachel! Will definitely not be back.

Very good selection and I am very impressed how clean the store is and how many workers they have makes the lineups go by very quickly

Need more cashiers so we are not all lined up down the aisle ways standing there forever exposed to each others covid germs for longer than usual.

Old people need help in packing groceries. Line behind me was getting anxious. Need an assist lane until we can put our bags up instead of doing it in the cart
