Wonderful receptionist. Dr. O has been exceptional with myself and my family. We've been struggling to find a family doctor. So we go in as walk-in clinic patience. Regardless we get treated the same way.

The receptionist Nico is so sweet. She’s always going above and beyond for patients. I have moved out of the area but I still come back to this clinic. She is always so kind! I recommend calling in advance

They charged me $250 to have a form for work signed. They charged me $100 at the time for an “assessment” in which the doctor didn’t even look at my injury. Then they sent an additional bill of $150 to my home address and called me every day until I assured them I would come in. Went in to discuss it and the receptionist had nothing to say other than “I’m just doing my job”, which I understand, however I believe she could have inquired with the doctor but before I knew it the POS machine was in front of me set up for $150.

I had the same form filled out at a clinic in Welland for $50.

Paid the money just so I could stop thinking about it. Heavily recommend going somewhere else or at the very least have them establish a fee prior to you seeing the doctor.

My Doctor is here. The only time I've had to wait is when I just walked in and that was only one or two times out of many times I've walked in. With an appointment rarely do I wait past my appointment time. The Doctors and staff are top notch.

Walked in and ask for a prescription for two travel vaccines. Was told at the counter it was $20 for the prescription. Waited an hour for a piece of paper and was billed $50 for travel advice.

I spoke to the doctor for 30 seconds

Said they closed at 7, got there to find a locked door at 6: 20 and 2 people in chairs. I knocked for 5 minutes until someone came to the door to tell me they were "too busy" to see anyone else.

I was there waiting an hour and a half and another person who sat down got seen prior to me he wasn't a patient of the doctor he was just waiting like the rest of us not impressed at all as I waited and hour and a half he waited 20 min

Always a long wait time.
When we got here today they said it would be a 40 minute wait. Have been waiting over 2 hours.
Save your time and go somewhere else

Two of the doctors at this clinic do good jobs. They’re professional. However the white male doctor has no professional. My son was sick and he acted disgusted having to treat a sick child. His manner is very condescending.

Drs are great but we are from port colborne.they send prescriptions right to onsite pharmacy. I asked pharmacy for the prescription so I could deal with my pharmacist and they wouldn't give it to me.my mother may have to find a new dr.

Been there after my own doctor was booked solid, wait was not long at all, doctor was very helpful and provided very detailed information.

I've been here a few times and I'm very impressed with this time, all the times i came I didn't wait long at all, I'll always go to this one when needed when I can't get in right away to see my family dr on weekends.awesome place. I don't understand all these bad reviews I've been here at least 4 times or more and I've always had great experience it's always a 5 star for me, never had to wait long at all and the drs were great and on point with me, all I can say to people with the bad reviews is to not go to walk in clinic still with your family dr

Reading some of the negative comments, i wonder if they are real reviews. This clinic is one of the best i have ever been. It is well maintained. Every clinic has wait times, there is nothing we can do about it. But while waiting, the staff is very friendly. Dr Oladipo is a great doctor. In fact all the doctors there have been quite nice to me and my little one (who was sick few times this past winter.) How i wished Dr O was accepting new patients.
Dont be turned down by the negative reviews, go there and see for yourself. In general, in life, anyone who shows respect and great attitude is welcome back with the same. Regardless if you are sick, irritated or not, be kind to people and you will receive that back.
