If I could give this place 0 star on ethics and customer service I would. I clled to inquire about sizes and inventory and whoever I spoke to was very nice and asked me to come in. When I reached, they denied me entry and made me wait in the storm for 10 minutes while letting other people go in whi had so called family members inside the store. Even when customers exited, they still made me wait!
Salesperson: 50126243 I was first greeted by a gentleman who was nice and helpful, but was then transferred to a women who is extremely unprofessional.
She is a young dark-skinned female. She talks without proper greetings, in an aggressive and unfriendly tone. She tosses the POS machine backwards instead of properly passing it. I even heard her laughing at the people lining outside.
Besides my original sales person, and another old lady. The other 2 sales person keeps chatting with each other, which is extremely unprofessional, especially considering they are each serving one and only one group.
An extremely poor consumer experience. There was no one inside, but there were many people queuing outside. I don’t know why they arranged it this way. It was so bad! !
They are a good store with a great collection. But even if they are not busy they will force you to line up to get in. Its almost like we must make customers wait. Not sure how that represents a great experience. Its not like I ll have someone by my side every single minute when I am inside the store
Most freaking stupid Chinese assistant at the ridiculous store. At least ask her to be a human being. I am sorry for myself to waste my time with that arrogant Chinese assistant.
Yestersay I was shopping for a wallet for my wife as her birthday present & I took my two little girls with me. I came across this Burberry store at TPO. Since my wife has a few Burberry bags, I thought it would be a good idea to go and shop for a wallet. From the time we entered to the time we left, atleast three associates looked at us, but never said hello or even acknowledged our existence in the store. Although I started pulling the drawers to check out the wallets myself but the way we were treated made us leave instantly. Burberry, we hope you recruit and train your staff to serve your customers and teach them to treat your customers with respect and courtesy. Your product might be valuable however your staff at TPO is nothing but low level, disrespectful Individuals. Hopefully you'll learn to hire talented folks and train them to earn customers.
Got exactly what I was looking for. A sales associate named Breanna was super helpful and made my shopping experience more enjoyable. Wishing her success!
Terrible experience at the store in Toronto Premium Outlets. Store had 6 employees and 4 customers. Too long of a wait outside store to get in. Customer service staff looking so terribly outside seems like they do not want anyone coming in. Might as well close the store.
I was at the store to purchase a gift for a friend. Came across a beautiful scarf and the cost was $595 + tax. The sales agent offered to check if they had more in the back, as the one I chose was the last one on display. Unfortunately it was the last one, so she offered to steam it and make it look pretty. About 20 minutes later she comes out and says ‘sorry Ms, I’m not allowed to sell you this, as the price tag is missing. My manager says that due to inventory reasons, we cannot sell it without the tag’. What a disappointment! Overpriced scarf was a for sure sale. Oh well guess they make enough, one scarf sale wouldn’t have made a difference. In other words, I won’t be shopping there anytime soon.
After waiting for 40 minutes in not very warm weather, I thought the venue was booked, so I kept waiting quietly outside. Then I went in and found that there were only two customers in the Nuoda store, and three sales people were crowded at the counter. It was a really bad shopping experience.
The shop only allows 6 patrons in at any time. The staff appear uninspired to provide any form of customer service. I waited for 20 mins and when I entered, there were plenty of staff standing around and chit chatting. Horrible service
If I could give a ZERO star review I would have! Worst customer service ever. Huge store only allowing three customers at a time in the peak of rush-hour with the weather being -500 outside. I even asked a sales rep if my mom can step inside and take a seat since she’s elderly and then she gave me an entire lecture about security in the store, because there were more than three customers inside the store already. I’m completely disappointed and turned off by the customer service in the store and will never return back! AWFUL!
There were like 2 people in the store and the guy at the door made our family wait outside. I get it if its busy but what the hell. He also didnt say a thing both going in and out; didnt even bother to open the door on the way out (theres system where the door guy manages entrance/exit with door button and the seatbelt line thing). Idk whats up with his attitude and service here. Inside theres no staff actually around the store and just at the counter. Selections/items are lame and prices of some items werent even good. I would definitely just go to a regular boutique at like Yorkdale or something and buy good looking stuff; this spot is not worth a visit.
