Burger Factory

A no for me to this burger factory in the future 2024 or so on because burger was so tasteless and I ordered juicy Lucy on fire it was not juicy neither tasty. I just spent my 40$ for garbage taste burgers. And tornado fries were pathetic too. And the girls making these burgers are not making properly they give you garbage taste burgers in return of your money. So dissatisfied.

Had a really nice experience. Great food and great service. Must try their signature burgers.

The food is great, and the service from the guy who served us was amazing and they were quick too…. A little bit pricy but everything else is amazing about this place. Didn’t try a better burger place than this yet.

Hidden gem. Perfectly seasoned meat, fresh veggies and fries. Quick service and clean atmosphere. 5 stars.

Garbage Burger Factory, first time I eat and last time in my life, the sandwiches and burgers looks low Quality, we order steak and chicken, they give us on a small broken bun with filled onion and cheese, trust me kids make good food then them. So salty snd fries was not fresh and was small black pieces also burned. We fill to throw up.

Pricey for a pretty average burger. The wait time was 10 min. Inside looked run down and unkept. Nothing special and I could get a better deal elsewhere.

Burger tasted good but the portion size is small for the $15 I paid. I gotten much bigger burger for this price, burgers I couldn’t even finish due to the size.

I thought burger places that charges this much would at least have a decent size to it. I finished it snack size under 2 mins.

The place was phenomenal. Excellent food and excellent service from the workers. The area was also very clean. A lot of menu items to choose from and great prices. Highly recommend this store.

Have been to this place multiple times and loved it every time. Burgers are fresh and delicious, onion rings and poutine are great too. Prices are a bit higher than some burger chains but it's well worth it for the quality. They also have funnel cakes, which is incredible!

20 dollars for a combo and this is the amount of onion rings you get. The owners are so cheap they gave it in brown paper bags. Definitely won't be coming back here this place is CHEAPPPPPPP. I should have known this place was stingy when i saw the type of people working there ‍️. I find it disrespectful to charge 20 dollars and give less than a handful of onion rings. THIS PLACE IS TRASH

Very very expensive place in the city this is what we get for 8$ for funnel cake and for just ice cream its 4$ again. Never back to this place

I went there yesterday and there service and quality of food was amazing. They were able to handle anything during a busy time and most of all amazing customer service. I would recommend anyone to come.

The food was disgusting it’s hurting my stomach over priced and it doesn’t look like what they show on the menu

Customer service was top notch and the place is kept hygienic.

Floors and tables dirty and wasn't cleaned until asked. Food was just okay, fries though (extra crispy just the way I like it - fries = 10/10)

The food was okay in my opinion. A zero rating for the customer service at this location. There were 2 girls in the store. They were 0 help with the menu, when asked a qn they pointed up to the menu. No smiles, no conversation. They don't even tell you properly to grab a drink that comes with the combo. On top of that they stare at you while you eat. Like it was so cold sitting in the store. They just make the food and leave it on the counter for the customer to take and go. 0 conversation with any customer. Like has customer service in Canada flown out the window? I understand there is a need to hire international students but can't they be taught how customer service works. On top of that they are on their cellphone at the till. Why even bother coming to work? Definitely not going back there to sit and eat.

Best burger place in Toronto. The Utility burger is the specialty of this place. The best thing about the way the burgers are made is that the patties are crunchy and the buns are soft as well. Talking about the staff, I would definitely say that they are very friendly and co operative, especially the guy named Ilyas. I would most probably recommend this place to my friends, family and colleagues, and make sure that they visit this place. Kudos!

Tried their utility burger for the first time and really enjoyed it.

Literally the best food ever. I love the funnel cakes and the burgers and I would recommend to try it. Worth for the money plus the staff is so friendly and so nice. Will visit this place over and over again.

Fresh and Juicy Burger, Fresh Fries and their funnel cake is just awesome. Nice and Clean Sitting arrangement, Friendly staff. Best for Lunch or Dinner or takeout if you in rush. PS I just love their utility. Highly Recommended Burger Place.

I am very surprised by the price of the phenomenal milkshakes and delicious burgers. The funnel cake is a unique dessert with nice flavors of ice cream.

Tried the funnel cake here. It was good. Made fresh. Icecream is packed separately so it doesn't melt. The jam is good and has a few strawberries in it. The icecream and jam is extra on top of the funnel cake charge. They only offer the 8inch (larger) funnel cake.

One of the best burgers I have had in town. Juicy and tender. I was actually lucky enough to taste their funnel cake, it was soo delicious. The team members are supercool and friendly as well. In short amazing customerservice, specially the girl at the counter. Already added to the list of my go to food joints.

Amazing burgers. They smell fabulous, patties are juicy and taste amazing. Size is good and I always buy it like deal of the day, so price is also good. Only catch is, it needs little bit more salt but with all the condiments it tastes really good. Onion rings are also very good but could have been cheaper. I will definitely try other items including their cake.

Although a little pricey, you definitely get a worthy meal to satisfy your hunger.

Juicy Lucy is the right burger for 6oz patty, well seasoned, slightly pink very juicy as well as the fries, plus it's Halal. It's a messy eat but will fill you up. You can tell the beef patties are fresh 100%. PS: Must try poutine.

We tried the Juicy Lucy & Grilled Chicken on suggestion of the house signature burgers and absolutely loved it. Later we also tried the Funnel which was also fab. The staff was courteous and food was fresh. Best place and open till late in the Plaza!

One of my favourite spot to have Burgers, Always they have some special offers going on and they are very friendly with amazing Customer service and one of my favorite burger is flying zone as its comes with chickhen strips and beef pattie.its just mamalicious anyways if your a burger lover and steak.this is the best place ill recommend you!

This place is great. Food is made quick, staff is very friendly, everything that I've had has been excellent! The menu has such a crazy variety. So far I've had the Machine Burger, fries, onion rings, milkshake, funnel cake, and the amazing Burger Factory Sauce. Everything is absolutely perfect! Easy 5 star.

I have ordered two crispy chicken burgers just now. Really really disappointed because i got just a bun without anything.
I have never experienced something like this before.
Please don't do like this with customers. If you cant make the order at least please don’t confirm the orders.

Had their Juicy Lucy and grilled chicken sandwich and I was really disappointed. The chicken sandwich had multiple small pieces of chicken which made the burger sloppy (not in a good way). The grilled chicken was also very salty. The juicy Lucy barely had any cheese filling inside the burger. It also didn’t live up to its “juicy” name as the burger was very dry. I had higher expectations from them seeing their other great reviews.

Great burgers, great fries and great milkshakes! Price and the value you get at this place is good! Service is also good as well! I was able to pick up the food within 15 minutes after ordering it on the phone!

The cheesy lucy burger was bomb!
But the Philly chicken was a bit dry good in taste, but you would like it better with sauces because its too dry otherwise!

Such a disappointing experience,
The service was slow and disheartening. That and the bad reviews I read about this place previously rang an alarm but since I had a fantastic experience in Vaughan location I thought to give them a chance.
God was I wrong, the bread was cold and stale, the size of the machine burger was small and it looked awful with overcooked patty and beef bacon. The fries were cold, few and not salted properly, the only redeeming part was the meat which even after being cooked to a near crisp state showed it’s good quality. This place throughly embarrassed me in front of company, as it was my suggestion to go there.
My advice is to go to a near McDonald’s for similar burger quality, it’s cheaper there plus their fries is much better than this place.
AVOID if you work hard for your money!

We came to this restaurant for dinner. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was a winning. The staff members were very polite and we felt excellent. The food was just great. We loved this place a lot and we will visit this place again. We recommend this place to all.

This is hands down my favourite burger place! I've had a lot of the burgers but my favourite is the juicy lucy. It is a littel pricey considering it's a burger place but you will certainly be getting your money's worth.

I don't know their names but two people who served me yesterday 14dec2019, they were so cool, polite and awesome. Excellent customer service. Great food. I actually saw how much effort they both put into prepparing food the way we like it.

Had a excellent experience in here with my daughter. The food came rapidly and the service is just great. Prices are reasonable.

This place is very pricy for the menu items they have. Two people eating a normal combo meal here will reach upwards of $35 easily. The burgers taste okay- the patties are very generic and they're relying on their sauces to wow you. The sauces themselves are nothing special. The pictures may make it look phenomenal but it's not a place I'd go back to very often for burgers.

Great customer service.

Compared to other privately owned burger establishments, this contrasts with advantage in regards to the food quality by having a lightly toasted bun, a good crust for the patty and delicious flavour/seasoning (s).

The onion rings I had were decent. I will be trying the tornado potato when I come back!

Amazing chicken burger! The flavour is spectacular and the funnel cake is mouth watering! The server was kind enough to answer all our questions regarding the food and their ingredients for some of the food items. Awesome!

OMG! Juicy Lucy! Definitely going there again! My daughter got the regular burger and she's a picky eater but this one she devoured it lol.she's 6 btw!

Ordered the juicey lucy no spices combo also 2 other burgers and combos waiting over 30 minutes for food get home all the burgers are very spicy ruined my appetite sucks because it was my first time and took one bite for my mouth to go on fire very disappointed

They have a daily offer many, and is the one I take so the price in the end was very reasonable.
The place is clean, is cosy, kind of little but because it was not full then no problem.
The attention was kind, the lady I think she noticed that I was new and don't understand very good so she straight give the food on my table, even to everyone else she just call by the order they give.
Is kind of weir they call like: doble burger, cheese and bla bla bla. What if 2 people ask same thing
Anyway! For me it was a complete mistery because it was my first time and after making the order I completely forgot what I ask and keep waiting all confused thinking: how will I know when my burger arrive

Changing the food and service subject:
Washroom was clean what is always great! I go so many places in downtown Toronto which washroom are so stinky and is so hateful and horrible. That's why I always admired a clean washroom.

Food was really good here, I got the juicy Lucy on fire and my husband got the utility. My burger was big and tasty but I think I would have enjoyed the juicy juicy more, my husband got the utility and wow that was just so good and flavorful I am definitely going back there so good

Not only is the food amazing and fresh, but I was particularly struck by how hardworking and always friendly the staff are, especially during busy times. A class act place!

Had a fabulous experience
Tried it for the first time at lunch liked it so much I took my family there for dinner. Juicy Lucy burger, cheesy lucy and chicken all great onion rings were good and funnel cake on top of that everything was delicious

Food is pretty overpriced for what you get. Staff are friendly and nice, but burgers are dry and too small. Unfortunately in Toronto a burger place has a lot of competition. One of my faves is still Holy Chuck.

One of the best customer service I ever enjoyed. The funnel cake is the best item they have. I will recommend to have it with both icecream and strawberry topping, to have the best taste. Loved it. According to my son "the best dessert I ever had".

Its not the best burger I ever had. It was absolutely delicious I had the Juicy Lucy with their tornado chips. I love the cheesy beef with it and their signature sauce. Amazing customer service!

Burger was dry. No option to add bacon to burgers? Service was good and price was decent. They say freshly pressed burgers but they taste like they have been frozen. If your hungry and on a budget it's a place I'd go, but there's lots of room for improvement.

Good burgers you can get a decent one for 8 bucks. If you want specialty burgers it's going to cost you, but it's worth it, in my opinion.

Gross. I ordered a burger with everything on it, what I received had no Ketchup, Mustard or Relish. When I complained they said they use a sauce that is a mixture of all three. Totally gross, will never eat there again.

The on screen menu in the restaurant needs work. There's no mention of a combo. The combo is mentioned on a static take out menu card.

I ordered the chicken fillet burger with onions, lettuce, mayonnaise and black pepper for $7.99. I also made it a combo for an additional $3.49 for a can of coke and fries.

After tax my meal came to $12.97.

THE FOOD

Flavor. The chicken was not bad. A little on the salty side. I think it was seasoned with oregano, salt, pepper and a dash of tyme (Italian seasoning). The chicken was moist, but i would have preferred if it wasn't cut up into pieces. It was also topped with a little too much mayo.

Also iceberg lettuce was used instead of romaine or green leaf- probably due to a recall off romaine as of this writing. Green leaf, as pictured in the menu would have been a better choice, as would red onions instead of cooking onions.

The fries were okay, not great.

VALUE

Suggestion, lower the price a bit. For a combo and fries make it $9.99. I seen one guy walk in, looked at the prices on the TV - which did not include a combo - trying to figure out where there was a combo priced on the board. The cashier pointed it out on the static paper take out menu. He probably added up the price in his head and thought it was too high. He then walked out.

FOOD SUGGESTION
Upgrade the topping - red onions and green leaf or romaine.
Toast the top bun on a panni press.

OTHER SUGGESTIONS:
TV / live menu board - should have all the content of the paper take-out menu.
