I made an order on Uber eats and canceled it after few minutes since the address of the restaurant was too far from my location. I called them immediately and was told that I can cancel it through the app and there’s no problem.
I canceled the order but got fully charged and was told by uber customer service that the restaurant charged me for the full amount.

Good food but poor service. The cashier charged us extra for fries and wouldn’t change the order to a combo.

We had the utility steak sandwich and it was packed with meat, melted cheese and onions. It was delicious and well seasoned. And the order of sweet potato fries was large, crispy and tasty!

Burgers are nothing special, tastes decent. We also got the tornado fries, which weren’t anything special either. They have average food but there are so many better burger options in the immediate vicinity.

The food at Burger Factory is exceptional! The spice utility is very tasty and well prepared, and you can choose among many menu options. I love the service at the place, and Farhana, the chef is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

My favourite burger place, never had a bad burger from here, routinely order off SkiptheDishes, and absolutely love the quality and quantity from this place.

The Machine + Juicy Lucy on Fire with an order of my fries is my go to, and honestly it beats out every comparable "premium" burger place (Five Guys, Holy Chuck, Burger Priest).

I could eat these burgers every single day and never grow tired of them.

We ordered 3 burgers, one star because chicken fillet was good, but the new Nash chicken was pathetic.
Also we ordered one machine to go, it suppose to have 2 patties but when we open the burger at home we found to have 2 half patties instead off full.
People ordering take out, please be careful

Better than nothing, we preferred this place because the foods are halal. Not high quality for the payment amount.

My go to burger spot, it had never failed in its quality of burgers! Prices are a bit much. This is definitely a once in awhile purchase. If you are looking for an amazing burger, Juicy Lucy is my prime recommendation.

Dropped by Burger Factory for the first time today and I am still in a food coma. Ordered a veggie burger with cheese, regular cheese burger (for my sister) and fries with gravy. The buns were fresh and the burger patties were flavourful. Total came to $29, which is the norm for speciality burger joints. Sukhdev at the front counter was very helpful and personable. Will certainly be back!

I ordered a combo cheese burger, they have send me a bread and a burger! Not anything else which shown in the picture! Worst ever humburger I have ordered!

So unprofessional staff. Instead of do their job they stay away and even don’t see their order. Not recommend it. Also smell is so bed at this facility

Awesome customer service.quick, efficient, friendly.roomy and enough space in each booth for a family of 6.definitely better than the missisauga location.washrooms are clean as well which shows they care. I will be coming back for sure!

Great burgers and fries. Worth the money. Real meat, not too greasy, fries are as good as five guys.

Lady there was very helpful, accommodating and her service was top notch. I usually always love BF service but this location employees go above and beyond so Kudos!

Too expensive for what I got. The portions for the sides we got were very small. I got maybe a half a cup of ill tasting fries for $5.99, and 5 small triangles of fried mac and cheese for the same price. The poutine was dry, with little cheese and gravy with about 1 1/2 cups of fries, I don't think that was worth it either.

The sandwich/burger were okay, but the patty was a little dry and and bun that came with both the steak & cheese and the burger were very soft and not well made.

Overall, you can get a much better burger with larger portions at A LOT of places for less money.

Very nice walking in, the workers were very nice menu was very generous with portion and customization. Overall very nice experience and the food tasted amazing. One of the best burgers I've had in a while.

Tried their Veggie Burger, I believe it was not worth the price and the bun was really bad.
The Sesame seeds on the bun was tasting very bad I don’t know why. Overall a bad taste, sauce and the veggie patty was also not great. Not Recommended.

Opens at 11am, arrived on opening and told the grill takes 25 min to warm up then they start cooking. I asked why they weren’t prepared to serve food when they open and told there was traffic. Ya right what an excuse. So I would have to wait 40 minutes to get a burger. Absolutely ridiculous. The Mississauga location is the best for sure.

2 burgers and 2 cans of pop came to $40. Big rip off for the tiny portion. Save your money or go to burger priest instead. You’ll get more value for your money

Best burger i had from Ontario. The patty is perfectly cooked and was juicy too. I definitely would recommend “Juicy Lucy fire” to all. Even their sauces are perfect pair for their burgers and fries. Try it out and thank me later.

Ordered 3 funnel cakes with 5 strawberries, 3 on the funnel cakes, and 2 on the side. They gave less than 1 order of strawberries across the 3 funnel cakes and still charged 5 orders. Place is a rip off.

Amazing burgers. Friendly staff and the Juicy Lucy was amazing. I had to order another one. Or 2.
I would definitely tell everyone to go here. Dinner burgers. Good price and they have funnel cakes.

I had ordered a veggie burger combo today. A month ago when I had visited the same place and ordered a Veggie Burger I had received a nice and huge Bean Patty and I even referred the place to few of my Vegetarian friends. Today when I placed the same order for a take out and when I had the burger for dinner it turned out to be a BEYOND MEAT patty and it tested very much like meat. I mean i guess they understand the different between a VEGGIE BURGER AND BEYOND MEAT BURGER. It is the restaurant's responsibility to tell the customer that they don't have the Bean patty in stock and they will give a burger with a beyond meat patty. If I wanted to have a beyond meat burger I would have rather had it some where close to where I stay rather than travelling so far for such a tasteless burger. Extremely Disappointed and a waste of my money. Never coming again and also telling my friends to not go.
