Burger Factory

Honestly. Juicy Lucy was a 4.5, fries were not edible and crispy chicken was 2.5. I Don’t understand how places think they can server food like that! $40 for garbage.

Ordered through Ubereats. Biggest regret! Tastes like it was made yesterday it was so cold. The driver apologized because there was a confusion with the order and they had to recheck it. The food had potential to be yummy but when you spend this much on a meal, I don't think HEAT is that much too ask for!

Order was wrong. Called to complain all he did was push the blame on someone else. Wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered some kind of spicy chicken sandwich, I wanted a burger but they didn't know if the cheese was processed or real, the chicken was two dried up pieces that had been cooked maybe a day earlier I don't know, they just plopped it in a vat of sauce and then reheated it on the grill. I was the only customer and they took their sweet time making this, I was standing their waiting for around 17 min. Tasted like reheated chicken should taste like.

Extremely disappointed with the food from Brantford Burger Factory tonight. Have had food from there before and it was pretty good and not bad for price. Tonight it was soggy, VERY over dressed and thrown together. Despite the amount of toppings and dressings slopped onto the burger, the meat itself was extremely dry.

Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.

First time having burger factory. Not too disappointed but not overly hyped for the meal either. I had their double cheeseburger, with fries and a strawberry shake. The burger was pretty big and filling, and was tasty but somehow dry at the same time. If the burger was juicy it would have been one of my top 5 as far as burger chains go. The shake was okay but nothing special. The fries were good and a decent size portion was given.
For what I spent there on a burger fries and a shake though, I can not justify going back. It cost me $38 dollars with tip. For that price I expect something much better than your average fast food or even fry truck burger, but it wasn't that much better in my honest opinion. Try it for yourself, you might like it. Definitely not too affordable for what you get though.

On the other hand the staff were really polite and kind, and the place looked clean.

We came here for the first time. Our son loves hamburgers. We were slightly hesitant as the hype was so good that we were afraid of being disappointed. It absolutely did not disappoint. The staff were amazing, efficient and had the best customer service. The burgers were very delicious and a great value for the quality we received. We will absolutely support Burger Factory again! Keep up the good work!

Absolutely love the environment this place has to offer! Tried their crispy chicken burger and was immediately addicted to it. The Vanilla milkshake is to die for. Definitely Recommend it.

I've been going to the burger factory's cambridge location since middle school, and i'm in my last year of highschool now, and the quality is consistent! Always great! The menu is definitely a once-in-awhile treat, and i appreciate the halal meat) the employees are always patient, kind, and willing to explain menu items to me if i dont understand what it is/how spicy/what it tastes like/etc.i personally always get the juicy lucy combo with the factory sauce.i also find that the funnel cake is AMAZING.the fries are top tier quality.i couldnt recommend this place anymore for a hearty meal)

Best burger experience in Brantford and their Funnel Cake is better than Wonderland. Luckily I live far away from here otherwise I'd be eating here everyday and eventually I wouldn't be able to get out of bed. The service was also quite excellent.

After being told it would be 10 minutes for our meals (2 burgers +fries) it ended up taking over 30 minutes of wait time as they forgot our order and was serving those who came in after us. After my husband went to the counter to see what the hold up was we were told to wait an additional 5 minutes. After waiting almost 40 minutes at this point, we took our food home right away (>2 minute drive) and as soon as we opened our food we noticed the fries were ice cold. My veggie burger was also not cooked all the way through and was “raw” in the middle. So overpriced for what you get, and the drink in the combo is a standard size can of pop.

Will not be returning.

Yesterday I ordered lunch, upon arrival I was told my order was already picked up.

I was told they will re make my order and told me to email the owner for a refund for the inconvenience.

After a bunch of back and forth the owner disagreed to give me a refund or any type of compensation for my troubles and completely dismissed any inconvenience this whole situation had on my day.

I will not be returning to i this establishment due to its lack of care for its customers

This is my go to place in brantford. The food is always amazing and the staff is very friendly. The place is also always clean and the menu has unique and delicious options.

My friend and I took our kids to this location. Had our usual juicy Lucy and cheese burgers. They were absolutely delicious! My toddler is an extremely picky eater and only eats plain bread so I asked for a plain hamburger bun and told them I will pay for it. They gave me a fresh warm bun free of cost. I was beyond grateful for this gesture. Cant wait to go there again!

Today I had tried crispy chicken and strawberry milkshake and i should say it was really delicious i love the shake moreover, customer service was first class i should recommend everyone to give it a try………….

For a premium burger restaurant I was kinda hoping for a little better. Don't get me wrong it still is good but for the price compared to what I tasted I could go eles where.
Definitely way better then any fast food burger.
Overall I'm satisfied enough I'd order again if I was in the right mood. Not my first choice mabey more like 2nd or 3rd.
Good choices, lots of toppings to choose from. Just not what I thought out of a premium burger.
Burger (juicy Lucy on fire) 5/10 for a burger that is on " fire " should actually be spicy. This just was not
Onion rings 6/10
Fries 3/10 no seasoning, no salt nothing just a plan old cut up potatoe. Good enough for could be way better for the prices
Chicken strips 7/10.

Got a grilled chicken burger which was super fresh and delicious. Went again inside and asked who made the burger turban guy simranjeet singh doing his job to the fullest.

Today i went to burger factory and i had tried funnel cake over there with chocolate caramel flavour and it was so yummy going to come back again ………

Like a few other reviewers I was really surprised at the quality of the food being it's a chain, from what I can find it's a relatively small chain of 26 locations. Small franchise size will be easier to keep control of quality right now. I ordered a machine burger combo and got a nashville hot chicken sandwich to go, machine burger was very good, beef was fresh and juicy toppings spot on, I don't find 16.99$ for the burger out of line as it was very good, 3$ for the amount of beef bacon I got was too much. The nashville hot sandwich was also very good but not very hot for my taste buds, overall I think it was good value for the quality of food they put out. Also wait staff were great and the place looked exceptionally clean.

We got 2 burgers, one of them being a combo.
Totaled to 50$, which is crazy
My girlfriend enjoyed her burger. The pattys are pretty good, but they absolutely slobbered my burger in sauce to the point that I couldn't pick it up without it falling apart or getting all over me, the floor, and the table. I'm very disappointed, especially with that price, i expected a well crafted burger.

As much as I want to give this resteraunt another try, it's too expensive.

The food was okay but customer service is lacking. If your order is incorrect the manager/owner are very unprofessional. Won’t be eating here again.

I tried the Juicy Lucy Burger there and let me be absolutely clear, KT WAS HELLA JUICY! Pair them with the tornado fries and you're in for a treat. Oreo shake is insanely and has the perfect amount to sweet too. Polite and fast service. Definitely recommend it!

The regular cheeseburger was fantastic! Salty delicious wonderful-ness. The juicy Lucy was a bit too much cheese for me. The inside of the restaurant is clean and well put together. The tornado fries ought to be eaten asap as they get cold quickly. Over all a good time
