Customer service at this location is best out of its class. They make you feel like president. The food quality is unmatchable. It’s the place where I m happy to spend my money.

Had dinner here and I loved it. Food and service was great. I just have a few minor nitpicks. The quantity of onion rings were very low and the fries were a little too salty, otherwise I would definitely recommend you enjoy a burger from this great restaurant.

This is by far the best burger joint in Cambridge area. The burgers are wholesome and delicious, staff is polite and quick, the place is pretty clean. Will be coming back.

It deserves 5 stars! Ordered over the phone, and it was ready just in time I reached there. Burgers are filling and juicy, you can tell they are made from fresh ingredients. Fries were pretty good and onion rings were the best onion rings I've ever had. Funnel cake topped with icecream and strawberry made it perfect. Will definitely recommend trying this place.

The food was definitely awesome! I had the compressor burger with extra cheese and onion rings. It was fresh and seasoned well. Could've been a little quicker with the preparation time though

After speaking to the owner about what happened I decided to give them another shot! I'm glad I did. Service was exceptional and the wait was no where near as long this time. The food was hot and fresh and tasted amazing! I'm a bit of a burger conesur and The Burger Factory is definitely one of the best places to go for burgers and fries! You guys are doing a great job and definitely deserve my 5 star rating!

Took 46 minutes to get my order, they're too concerned about getting the skip the dishes out. Order ahead folks I learned my lesson. Other than that the fries were cold but the burger was absolutely amazing!

Great experience! The service is amazing, the food is delicious, especially the hamburger. Makes for a perfect outing with family!

I was expecting something different, didn't look like the pic at all. Quality meh. Wasn't the experience I was expecting. Sorry I didn't take pics or save the receipt. Maybe next time.

They normally have the best Burgers but the last time i ordered 8 burgers and all 8 were cold when i reach home (6 mins drive back home) but still too cold.
Will definetly go back tho.

The best hamburger i've tasted in a while. Fresh, juicy, tender. Perfectly seasoned. Can't go wrong here. Highly recommend.

I ordered a juicy Lucy.well it wasn’t very “juicy” it was very dry.and disgusting taste.usually they r devious but not this time. I order a poutine as well and the gravy was very salty.was very disappointed

Ok I've been here twice now and both times exceeded my expectations. Burgers are amazing. Sweet potato and regular fries perfect.
This place is perfect. Good value. Good online order app. You can customize your burger with many choices of condiments.

Yes the beef is fresh and buns are soft but the flavour is somehow missing. The French fries were ok but I think they use a different kind of oil that has a bit of an aftertaste. The onion rings are good. Their debit machine was down.good thing we had cash. They should have put a sign on the door.just sayin.

Found this place recently. A little expensive but damn.worth everybsingle penny and then some. Such good food I could barely speak while we were eating, I didnt want to distrupte my taste buds enjoying it all. Hahaha.but seriously.great food.

Offered gluten free bun. Prices were below avg, Fresh grilled patty was good. Menu was simple. Fries are fresh cut, salted just right.

I wanted to love the burger (Juicy Lucy), but, honestly, it wasn't my favourite. I like the meat a little charred without burnt tasting, and it wasn't quite there. There is cheese in the middle of this burger, and it tasted too plain. Wasn't expecting that. Also, the cool lettuce competed badly with the warmness of the burger - overall not hot enough.

Onion rings were fine, and fries were the best part of the whole meal.

Delicious, juicy, and freshly made. Generous portion sizes. The onion rings were nice and crispy. My only regret is that I ran out of room to fit in a funnel cake for dessert.

Been wanting to try this place out, as there is no shortage of selections around here. First off, the burgs are made in house and that makes a big difference. The fries are fresh. The restaurant is clean and good amount of seating. The booths are huge, which is nice so you don’t feel cramped, although shorter folks may find this a bit of a hindrance.
The topping selection is extensive and be noted that there is no pork bacon. So, if you are counting on pork bacon, you won’t find it here. Beef bacon is on the menu. Haven’t tried it so I can’t comment.
I had “the Machine” burger. Wow. Two homemade patties and cheese. Was very good indeed. The only thing I would suggest is if they were to toast the buns or warm em up a bit, but, that’s really a small issue but might make a big difference
Over all, I find you do get good value as the burger isn’t a frozen slab in the grill. Grilled perfectly and very tasty indeed. Definitely worth checking out!

Took my mother out here for dinner one night. The restaurant was clean and bright. I ordered The Machine double cheese burger with a poutine and Mom ordered the Hamburger with fries and gravy. Both of us thought the meat had great flavour but was too dry. I likened it to a sawdust patty with good flavourings. Even a little bit of fat in the meat would dramatically improve the texture and edibility of the burger. The gravy was the absolute worst either of us had ever tasted, and ultimately we had 4-5 fries each and left the rest of them for the garbage. If I ever cross their threshold again, which is not likely, I will only try the stuffed burger and hope the oils from the cheese helps to keep the meat juicy and edible.

Barely average burger with below average sides. Sides come out of a bag in the freezer. Definitely not made in house. Won't be returning

Absolutely the best burger I have ever had. Perfectly cooked with cheese on the inside of the patty. You will not be disappointed, and their funnel cake is amazing. Great spot for a date.
