Cheeseburger combo. Meat is paper thin and bun was not fresh. Looks like new management. Don’t eat here!

Burger factory employers are so nice and service is awesome. One more thing, cleanliness and dining environment is superb.

A little slow for the service. Food overall was delicious just sat a bit heavy in the stomach. Clean and polite employees.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff visited first time there and their recommended nashville chicken burger was so delicious I love their chocolate milkshake and pretty good sized funnel cake, would definitely recommend to enjoy food at this place

Highly recommend “The Compressor” for a delightful and filling burger! El Jefe knows how to whip up a mean meal.

It's unfortunate that I have to change my review but I won't be eating there again. I don't think it's right to tell an underpaid under the table employee that's it's okay to go on vacation and then when he returns you tell him "go find a job elsewhere". Knowing he can't say anything or really do anything about it. I hope the owner of this branch learns to treat his employees with care and respect. Do better. Will not be giving this place my money again.

Food was fantastic, called ahead to find out about gluten free options for my girlfriend and the manager was upfront and honest. Atmosphere was great, the staff are awesome, friendly and charismatic. If we’re ever in Milton again we’ll be back. Shout out to the manager for excellent customer service and overall friendliness

Nothing special about this place- The beef wasn't too flavourful, the bun wasn't remarkable, and their signature factory sauce is weird. If you want to try a truly life-changing burger for the SAME price, try Gladiator Burger on Erin Mills.

The burgers are juicy and delicious and the funnel cakes are a must, definitely my favourite burger on Milton

NO OFENCE THERE WAS NOT ENGLISH MUSIC PLAYING HERE! AND NO CURDS ON THE POUTEIN WAS LIKE SHERDDED MOZZERELLA

Five of us went to dine in, ordered the food at 9: 15, been told it be ready with in 20 minutes at 9: 40pm the server bring our order as a takeout and we were NOT allowed to eat there as they close at 10pm. We had to eat on the side walk. POOR service and misleading, at least have a sign saying NO dine in after 9: 30. What a waste of time and money.

I was surprised how good the burgers tasted (really good). Staff are nice. Service was fast. Only criticism, is there is no wheel chair accessible door button.

Got a burger this evening. Came home and when I went to eat it burger was all pink from inside. Disgusting. Plus I had to wait 20 mins while they made it, and they had 6 people behind the counter. Just sad.

The Chicken fillet burger was very well cooked and tasted delicious! Will definitely be coming back to try the Juicy Lucy on fire!

Staff was polite got take out in a timely manner for what I ordered!

Ordered a Juicy Lucy.
It was alright, but I got the basics ketchup mustard,
& pickles.
The burger I feel was made
In-house. Definitely a better tasting burger than most.
When I try it again I would probably deck it out with some of the premium toppings!

The funnel cake was epic!
It was definitely the best funnel cake I've had in a while and an epic portion for everything!
I recommend it with strawberry sauce and ice cream!

But they do also have some alternative epic funnel cake options!

And some amazing looking milkshakes!
Gonna try 1 next time for sure!

Literally top 3 worst service moments I have ever received. I order here at least 2-3 times a week, I call in and for simplicity I give the name Sam. I always call in, because the place gets busy sometimes and Im usually in a rush. Didn't receive my order for 45 minutes. Called in lady over the phone said it'll be ready in 10. Got in and it was a zoo, totally understandable, the other associate also a women told me it'll be ready soon. Wait 15 minutes, the same associate who told me it'll be ready soon asked what's the order under, I let them know, didn't receiving anything. Wait 15 minutes, same associate asks again, what's your order number to which I replied I called in a, still didn't receive anything. 45 minutes go by I ask what's happening with my order its been 45 minutes, your order was ready a while ago, did you tell anyone? I was about to blow up in the middle of the store but I withheld. The same girl who asked me that asked about my order twice really had the audacity to ask me if I had told anyone.really? What about telling you twice? Will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Horrible, The counter space is very noisy making it difficult to speak to the cashier. The staff above all is intimidating, won’t even show an ounce of courtesy. It’s like don’t ask questions about the menu, just give the order and leave the place. Staff talking to each other. Honestly, been to gladiator and loved the courtesy of the staff…. And this place isi the cheap as well. Probably the 4th or 5th time here and Every time I promise myself never to come again. Not many option in Milton so end up here for the kids.

Ordered twice, once through Uber and once direct. Food was delicious both times.

They had all the toppings correct and proper proportions.

When ordering and picking up the staff were attentive and labelled the burgers properly.

Juicy Lucy on fire is really good.

Burger is yummy. The fries is fine. The staff are nice. But the price is too expensive. I hope they can do a offers or they reduce the price for the meals a bit.

Not the best burger I have tried in GTA.the portion size is OK but I was surprised they didn't add cheese to a double party beef burger. Also the you could count the fries that came with the combo.
The service is OK.
Both gladiator and ozzy are wayyyy better at lower price. Hoping one of them would open a branch in Milton soon.

Very very courteous group of fellows when visited on July 3rd around 4pm. All I asked was a Kids burger for my daughter, they politely said they did not have, so I kept her cheese burger simple, however when I got the burger they drew a cat head on it, considering my daughter loves cats and has a cat mask, glasses and hair band, this was too perfect. Considering they were young teenagers probably with no kids but had enough emotional intelligence to make this kind gesture. Excellent place and kind employees. These small tiny things make a BIIIIIIIIG DIFFERENCE.

Ever since we moved here we have been coming to burger factory and their burgers have been amazing every time.their portions are great and the service is always amazing.highly recommend this place for an awesome burger and awesome fries

We waited 20 minutes for 4 burgers which was reasonable as it was busy at the time. It was $8 for a cheeseburger which is not bad! The burger itself was great, and worth the money - very fresh.

Moved to Milton recently. My girlfriend went into the store to order some dinner. Woman behind the counter couldn't understand her and instead of trying to listen, was rude and caused intentional discomfort. My girlfriend struggles with anxiety, so this ruined the night for her. At the end of the day it was a negative experience and the burgers were average/not worth the price. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Tried to call a few times but no one picked up and the voice mail is not setup hence the review.

You guys messed up our order placed by my daughter, order placed at 07: 52 PM today May 15th and picked up at 08: 15 PM. Among other things, we ordered a "chicken" utility burger with extra mayo and hot sauce but we go "steak" burger with extra "cheese" and no hot sauce.

Folks were too hungry to make the trek back to get the right one so it was consumed under protest. Tried to call but as mentioned above you guys don't pick up the phone.

I am a regular customer of Burger Factory Dixie location. But Today I brought burgers from Milton location. The burgers have Smell and a weird taste. All of my family left the burgers and no one ate as they didn't taste good at all. All 3 burgers meat have a smell.
Very unhappy.

Ordered a cheese burger, juicy lucy burger, and the machine burger + onion rings and poutine. The burgers (all beef) were extremely fresh and tasted spectacular! I loved the factory sauce that they used too. The poutine, although it does not have cheese curds, it was a decent size and filling. My only complaint is that the onion rings were a really tiny portion. They were tasty, but the portion was far too small for the onion rings.

Ok, this place is awesome. I got The Machine and realized that it may be too much for me. The employee told me I would totally enjoy it.
Got home and devoured this scrumptious Machine Burger and probably will return today, so good

Ordered a takeout in the afternoon over phone and the order was ready when I arrived. Great burger, fresh, tasty, amazing experience

Ordered a Juicy Lucy on fire burger combo as take out. Burger was great, best burger I have had in a long time but I don't like the fact that the fries and burger were thrown together in a bag along with the serviette and everything was all mixed up when I opened the bag.

Waited 40 minutes for my order $60, got home and was missing 1x fry + another burger — Food is good don’t get me wrong, they had 6 staff but are clearly still understaffed. Might be due to COVID — obviously not a reflection of their working capabilities but rather tremendously poor management. Came back and was told to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix my original order. If you’re looking for decent food, please come — as long as you have an extra hour to kill. Would probably go to McDonalds instead. Have lost my business, regardless I would stay far away from this location. ** To their credit, the man at the cashier was very nice and accommodating, just a mixture of wait times and whatnot which lead to my displeasure!

The worst place for burger in Milton, but unfortunately the only halal one, they are always late to prepare orders, min.time is 20 min, they received our order by phone for four sandwiches and we found out they prepared two and had to wait for another 15 min.to prepare the other two. I have not had any happy experience with them.
