I had to call Marcia, Shelly and the other cooks in the kitchen to tell them my appreciation for the meal. It was fantastic! The lady at the bar who prepared my drink was on point. It was well needed from having to stay in the airport for an entire day because our flight was delayed. Thanks United

Two of the employees were straight up rude to me for no actual reason. Other than they were in a bad mood and decided to take that out on a customer. There were 2 other patrons sitting when I walked in so not busy at all. I stood around for several minutes at the counter until a lady came by to take my order. I paid and sat down. Apparently that was not okay, because apparently the lady assumed I wanted take out even though I wanted to dine in. To clarify, there is zero signage indicating where to order takeout and where to sit down, so I assumed it was one of those places where you order at the counter. When I explained the confusion to the waitress she was annoyed with me! Even though her colleague hadn’t asked if I wanted takeout, this lady seemed to think I should just know this, even though there were no signs… I said “Ok well I wanted to dine in.can I still sit here? ” And she literally rolled her eyes, flapped her hand at me and said “I guess. ” Then once my order was ready the lady who’d taken my order said “I told you to stand outside. That’s why I had to shout your order. ” I said “I didn’t tell you I wanted takeout” and she just walked away, no comment. Obviously did not feel welcome at this point to sit and eat the food I’d paid for, so I ate quickly and got out. So the restaurant lacked clear signage and employees who cared enough to clarify dine in / take out, but somehow I was at fault, and got nasty vibes from two employees simply for sitting to eat my food. This staff sucks. The food was good and hot. If you can deal with the petty service.

Mediocre burgers and the worst employees I've ever seen. Rude and not knowledgeable of the menu.

Honestly, airport food is always sketchy. You're gonna get WAY overpriced likely microwaved food. But not only was this location priced like literally any restaurant outside of the airport, but the food was actually REALLY good! We had burgers, poutine and a highly attentive server named Eva who was super pleasant and helpful. I have never been quite so surprised! Great place!

Ordered a Roncy burger with extra Angus patty. When I got the receipt, instead of an extra Angus patty, it was an extra Vege patty. Didn't really mind it then, because I thought the cashier misheard. However, when the burger came, there was no extra Vege patty. When I went and asked for the extra patty, the cashier said that's what it's supposed to be and that there is no extra patty. When I showed her the receipt with the extra patty paid for, she said that the one patty in the burger is the "extra" patty. So I clarified with her and asked, "If I just ordered a Roncy burger without extra patty, do I just get two buns and a lettuce in the middle? " To which she said, "Yes. " That's when two people waiting in line spoke up and said, "That doesn't make sense, you bought a burger, so you should at least get a burger. And if you bought a patty, you should get an extra patty. "
She doesn't budge, so I asked if I can speak to someone who knows the menu. That's when another employee stopped and checked in on the situation. When the second employee saw the receipt and the burger, she immediately knew the problem and said, "He needs another patty. "
The cashier continue resisting and said something along the lines of, "He wanted an extra Angus patty, and there is no extra Angus patty option available, so I selected the Vege patty. " This is when I learned she didn't mishear my order but just arbitrarily selected something else without telling me.
The second employee didn't care for the excuse and just said, "He paid for the burger, he needs the extra patty. " And put the burger on the kitchen counter for another patty to be added.
In the meantime, the cashier snatched the takeout bag from my hand without saying anything and took it to the kitchen counter. When I received my corrected order back, there was no word of apology for missing the order or even changing my order without telling me.
I understand that mistakes happen, but it's unprofessional to lie about a mistake and not communicate to the customer about it. The one star is for the second employee who helped to resolve the issue promptly.

Came in with low expectations and got the blt burger, was pleasantly surprised. Very tasty. Be aware you need to order with a server if you want to sit down, otherwise order take out at the counter

Everything but the burgers seems pretty terrible. Haven't tried a burger so I'll give them the benefit of doubt on those. Maybe it's on us for not ordering the menu item that's literally in the name.

Don’t eat here! Used my voucher from Air Canada here and their employees forced me to tip 5 dollars on a 15 dollars meal. Bad service and entitled employees. Don’t get scammed!

To be honest, I didn’t have any expectations with airport food. However, the BLT burger completely blew my mind away. I cannot believe how much I enjoyed this burger despite not being a burger person. The freshness of the bun, the crunchiness of the beacon, the balance of all the flavors are unforgettable. I will be back and I hope it will always taste as good as this one!

Price on par with other airports. Service is hit or miss - just changing tables made all the difference in the world between no service at all and smooth service. Poutine had good cheese curds and gravy was tasty and not too salty. The burgers were just meh, mainly because the beef patty was equivalent to an average fast food one (although at obviously higher price point). The other things that come with the burger such as caramelizad onion and cheese help compensate for the mediocre beef patty.

A little on the pricey side, but the burger was decent even though it didn't look the best. I got the swiss burger for take out. Servers were kind and service was quick. The actual burger wasn't the greatest, but the portobello mushrooms were pretty good!

Protip: If your gate is F84 to F99, I'd suggest getting food in the main part of the airport because once you get to this area, this will be your only option and you probably won't feel like walking back

Went in and said what I wanted at the counter. The young lady told me to sit down since I was dining in. I never received the food or had anybody approach my table to even check on me, despite seeing me sitting there without food, just waiting.

The burger was excellent. Well done. Fresh great bun. Excellent fries. And one of my favourite craft beers. Great service. A relief to find this place after a long walk to a remote Air Canada gate. I got to watch the highlights of the Canadian soccer team beating Jamaica yesterday to qualify for the World Cup.

This place is located near Gate F98 in Terminal 1. The burgers were tasty. Every time I've been here, the place has been packed so it can be hard to find an open seat and it can take a while to get your order even if you're doing take out. They serve beer "to go" in plastic cups so that's a bonus.
