Burger King

Very low vibrational place but it is what it is. In my brain this place was open 24 hours but apparently that is (no longer?) not the case. The impossible whopper slaps but I am always haunted by a caraway seed flavour … I do love the onion rings, though, nostalgic and decantent. Hot tip: get takeout and eat it in the CAMH garden - there are beautiful wild roses that grow there in the summer.

A few months ago you could get 2 Whoppers for 8 dollars, then it went up to 9 dollars about a month. Well I was in there last weekend and the price is now 2 for 10 dollars
25% raise in price is just gouging. Still the best deal in fast food

I ordered a Buy One Get One meal but I was delivered only one burger. The staff neither pick up the call nor reply on customer contact form.

Sorry to be blunt, but this was by far the most dirty, filthy restaurant, fast food or not, I have ever seen, in over 50 years, and in several countries. Half the tables were full, the other half disgusting. There was no packaging left on the tables so we can not blame the customers. There was no line after me. The employees were talking in the back and not cleaning anything. I can only imagine how bad the kitchen must be. The prices here are not cheap. What are we paying for?
The place right next door is never bad like this so we can't blame the area. There is no excuse. I am never going near this place again and Burger King should be embarrassed.

The quality of the burgers are same as any other place but the location is not the most pleasant

The service worker sent my order to the kitchen before I was done making it and I had to make two separate payments. He refused to just let me make one payment which is annoying because some banks charge for debit transactions. My food took forever to come and was ICE cold and disgusting when I got it.

I know nothing about the costs of running a chain restaurant downtown, but 90% of the time at this location there is only one staff member at the counter; trying hard but usually failing, to take and serve orders as well as prepping food delivery orders for pickup. The only chance you have in getting your food in under 15 minutes is doing a mobile order, and even then getting past the crowd of food couriers complaining about how long they've been waiting can take forever. Good value keeps me coming back, but almost always a frustrating experience.

Positive points: nice staff, takes mobile order, fast service, always have all the menu itens available

Negative points: often gets crowded and the tables are not cleaned very often

Ngl, i got food poisoning recently from an undercooked Saracha Chicken Sandwich. Spent a couple days during and after, deciding whether I wanted to make this review.
I adore the staff here, truly, they're really friendly, but I don't believe I'll be eating at a BK again.
Fast food in general, it doesn't seem to be worth it anylonger and paying 8$ for a whopper is actually criminal.

Well let's start off by saying that the place needs a make over its dated and very dirty from the tables and floor to the washrooms dirty nasty! The food was good and the service was pretty quick!

I know they sometimes fast food restaurant reviews seem futile because they’re part of a chain and people don’t necessarily anticipate any differences. But there are some, and this place has them.

Okay, first off, the place is not in good shape. The paint is old, it’s dated, it has a ton of unneeded vertical space which makes it seem like a big and also small room at the same time. But the staff here is actually very friendly. Considering the stuff they have to put up with, I commend that. Specifically Sandy, Fauzia and Sahara, they’re all very friendly. The food is prepared fairly quickly and despite the challenging environment, they keep the front counter area pretty clean and tidy.

Kudos to them for doing a great job! Head office, please give them and the rest of the staff a raise for putting up with a lot and complaining very little!

Zachary has been a great help! My girl friend is mentally handicapped and struggles from autism and borderline personality disorder and his help to make things as simple and linear for her has made the experience worth it! Def sup/manager worthy

They even don’t know how to manage customers so unprofessional have to wait long a meal every day

It's a solid place to get some fast food at an affordable price. The employees are nice also and that's a plus in my books!

Probably one of the dirtiest Burger King's I've ever been to. That being said it's still fast food so the quality of the food is not different from any other location.

As filthy inside as the rest of Chinatown. Where are the by law officers when you need them? Absolutely disgusting.

If you want to order from the this animal stale and accept it as category of Canadian school system healthy supplement lunch, please join and accept it as comforting resolution- solution to contribute to the the neighborhood plaza and find out how you threw your kids and your best friends kids under the bus and hope for the best.

The guy who took my order at the cash counter is Norbert he is nice, followed all my instructions, really appreciated with the quality of service from him and from the guy who prepared my order. These guys were so quick.

I will no longer go the location. The customer service was horrible the cashier did not greet me. The whopper had the heart of the lettuce in it and the gravy on the poutine was horrible. WASTE OF MONEY!

The ladies working here were very rude towards me when i asked if i could use the washroom. There were signs that customer could use it but she was in angry mood and said “washroom doesn’t work” like i owe her money.

Food (sour dough chicken burger) was tasty and service was friendly.
But,
There was water dripping from the cooling vent all over the floor. Please make the infrastructure appealing!

Food is the same but i find the tables are dirty and were not cleaned. I asked the staff if i could have something to clean the table. Staff came to clean the table right away. Space is small.

The employees are kind and efficient. Food is standard. In my experience all the locations have the same taste and quality of food.

***Sidenote: if youre a plant based person, the impossible whopper is amazing!

Sometimes there are sketchy characters in this location. This, of course, can be expected because of the intersection this Burger King is situated at. Just stay alert when walking in the area nearby and don't be surprised if you hear some strange arguments occasionally

Great deal, had 10 chicken nuggets and large fries for $3.99 from special offer on their app. Hot and tasty

Good outlet of the multinational burger chain.
Handy for university students, and to public transit. There is some indoor seating for dining-in.

Fast service but the lady at the counter couldn't understand me because of the Mask and I couldn't get the deal that I wanted she couldn't understand English that well anyways but I'm still here with four stars because after all it is Burger King

One of the worst Burger King locations I have ever visited and have visited multiple times but only because there are very few locations in Toronto. Nevertheless, this particular location at College/Spadina is terrible. Service is very slow! On my last visit it took 15 minutes to get a Whopper meal and Chicken Nuggets. This is not fast food service. The location is under staffed (saw only 3 employees working) and cannot keep up with the demand of walkin orders and online/delivery orders.
The restaurant itself could use a little TLC as it is old, dirty and dark. Not exactly inviting for people walking by. While I will not stop myself from going back, people need to have expectations of what they are getting at this location vs other Burger King locations. Noting that the food was excellent once received.

Store needs to be cleaned, moped & organized frequently! Please through the garbages out once they are full!

Can't complain, late night eat out location on the way home from a night out or a meetup with some friends. The place is kept clean from what I can see first hand and the staff are always accommodating!

Sometimes you don't need to be a big name brand to understand that service is half of the experience but this branch understand this and provide a great quality service!

Staff wasn’t friendly (no smile ever). They worked so slow. I’ve never seen it at fast-food restaurant. Zombie-pace. They do not pay attention, I had to ask something twice. I think I’m invisible for them.
The whole place looks quite dirty.
Also, it has uncomfortable seats.

No complaints about food: temperature and appearance were pretty good.

I’m really love Burger King in Russia, where I came from, but the best fast-food in Toronto is KFC (imho)

Slowest service I have ever experienced at any fast food joint especially during lunch time. I think it would be a good idea to stop taking orders and instead complete backlog first. Saw my burgers made and sitting on the tray while the 3 people working the front were taking orders, completing delivery orders and I wasn't sure what the 3rd person was doing! 3 other ppl behind me waiting as well while they just kept taking orders instead of packing the burgers just sitting there on the tray.

The service was a little slow to get to the cash in the first place. But after that it was nice. What I'd expect from burger king I guess.

Worst service as the woman miss read my coupon and gave me the wrong order which I had to cancel and am sure I lost like 2 dollars for paying for a drink again, I was so confused to realise that at the time though, because of the confusion caused

Usual BK menu and good food but the location leaves much much MUCH to be desired. Rough transient crowd who comes thru with open beer or other issues to mainly use the washroom. Be warned. If you need to go. HOLD IT based on the folks I saw using the facilities.

Very worst service firstly long wait for order then long wait for getting your order ready thirdly they don't want to know that the order is for here or to go and they don't listen to customers i order at 4.55 pm and i ask them to unlock the washroom gate but they didn't unlock i get my order at 5.10 pm then i again request them to unlock the washroom gate after that they unlock they just waste my almost 20 minutes i would never suggest anyone to go there

Ordered a pulled pork king sandwich, first big bite there is not even a piece of meat.asked the staff they told me this is normal.will never come this place again

Wanna talk about late night heroes? Manager of this place. I'm a relaxed customer. I showed up a couple minutes before close expecting them to turn me away. Cause duh, it's after midnight on a tuesday. But this guy didnt just say "don't worry about it". He smiled and said hello, unlocked the doors, brought me in, told me what they could and could not do and I was ecstatic. I like burger king more than McDonald's so getting a bacon king made my night. Salute to the saviors of late night taste.

Fast and friendly service with orders fulfilled correctly. The only issue were many chairs had bent legs so they didn't sit level - rocking quite a bit. Other than the fact that it seems corporate should give this location a bit more TLC, I had a great experience with grabbing a quick bite.

Service is not the best but ok.
I support this location. The manager seems a humble and responsible person. Tries to give good customer service even tho is not that easy. But I can see a little improvement since last time. Go go go!

There are always homeless or rough looking people eating there, and that's what good about it, you feel strangely at ease eating a Whopper in this place, the lighting is dim, and it has a run down atmosphere, but strangely it's nice:)

The place is tidy and clean, fast service and everything is very cheap. Nice customer service. Good job little girl limi.

Sure this place is open 24/7 but it's full of junkies and the entire restaurant feels dirty and gross. It seems the employees have given up. There's always people sleeping outside the doors and begging for change. I wouldn't bring your family or small children to this location.

I got the wrong burger 3 times when I ordered here. The line moved slowly but you get your food quick. The staff was quick to replace my burger, albeit the wrong one. The whole situation did get resolved quickly enough. The location isn't kept very clean, but given the location it is understandable.

Extremely slow service and not enough staff for the crowds that line up. Washrooms are always locked, in use, or filthy.

Unprofessional staff. I waited there like 10 minutes, but no one came to take my order. This is really unprofessional behaviour

I like the food here and have never had any issue with missing items or anything like that but I will say that it makes me so mad that every time I come in here, only one guy is working and it's always busy, always takes a good while to get your food. Which I dont mind waiting, but it's really not fair for him to have to do everything by himself and for your customers who are waiting. Please hire more people.

If you are in a rush, staying in the line to order or waiting to be serve will take you about half a day, or if you are starving, you will most likely NEVER get your food because they have the lowest service speed in the whole world.

I like to pop in here for a Junior Whopper on occasion. It's a Burger King, right? So you know what you're getting.

There is something about this location that feels seedy. Maybe it's just the College & Spadina corner. The Burger King is clean and tidy. It's a little crowded with chairs and tables, but everything is clean.

The staff have always been friendly. I always chat, or ask about something on the menu, while I wait. Every staff person has been willing to talk and answer questions.

If you're in the neighbourhood and want a Whopper (or anything else) stop in. Ignore the feel of the place and enjoy your food.

This BK needs a renovation asap. Food was good and the staff was friendly but the purchase experience was slow (even if it wasn't busy).

First try for Burger King Canada, service was too slow, food apearence and quality very low. The bun was pale and we upgraded the fries to Poutine, big mistake. Turned out to be a gravy soup.

Clientele is.interesting. It’s not very clean but the food is always fire. Take it to go, especially after like 9pm.

Ugly girl almost scared me because it’s march and Halloween is in October but she actually wasn’t wearing any mask.anyway I guess she was mad that she’s beat and had a lot of attitude when talking to me! It’s not my fault you’re ugly

Long wait for fries at 11: 40 on a tuesday morning. Food was hot though. Small space and bathroom locked makes using it difficult. No refills on pop at this location either
