This is the worst BK staff are rude. Don’t get orders correct the guy taking our order literally walked away halfway through and disappeared in the back without saying anything. I’d avoid this location if at all possible.

After waiting 20 mins just to order my food (while there was no one in front of me, no one at the window, absolutely empty dining room) I get this “whopper”. The long wait happens every single time I go here. Disgusting service

After a 20 minute wait in an empty dining, had to call to the back of the kitchen to get someone to take the order, which also took some time since they couldn't figure out how to punch in a burger and nuggets.

The worst bk experience, 40 minutes to get food thru a drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Staff didn't care, showed no empathy and moved like molasses

Burger King is my one favourite fast food restaurant I just shifted near this bk location week ago Well I visited this restaurant today I like this place my whopper was warm and tasty fries are crunchy over all I love it.

I just visited at this location in this morning, wt a cool environment and the manager was so nice like he helped me with picking up a perfect meal love this location.

No lunch for me after waiting 30 mins in the drive thru. Worst service ive ever encountered to be honest.

Good food but the staff can be incredibly rude sometimes. During my last visit, I was handed my food through the window without any greeting or acknowledgment whatsoever.

I tried the chicken fries for the first time. I was disappointed with them. They were a bit dry and not the best flavour. I wish I had ordered the whopper instead, it never disappoints.

After a long time good whoppers finally definitely recommend this location in Burlington for hot and fresh burgers.

I visted at this location today arround 6pm there is heavy rush at drivethru at least 6_7 cars before me but it didn't took so long for my turn my food was warm and tasty.overall I like my visit here.

Lady says the ice cream machine isn't working at 8: 00 at night when it was working an hr before walked all the way for ice cream with my 4 year old. Staff was rude do not recommend this establishment.

Stopped at this location on Wednesday for the whooper special. I asked for a whooper with cheeses but no tomato, onions. I left the restaurant and ate in my car. The burger wasnt hot.it was lukewarm and gross. Made me think of this was a burger that was already cooked prior.
I wasn't given a receipt to go back to the restaurant. I was turned off, not impressed and left. I will not be returning to this location again.
Side note: I saw at least 5 whoppers already made as I waited for my burger and probably being given to customers when they come to get the deal.

I used to work at this location when I was a kid. The management team that I worked with when I was there was horrible, but it is very evident it is worse now. Staff are so rude, food is literally thrown together. Go to any other location - Not this one. It is honestly a nightmare in there.

Stood at the restaurant counter for 10 mins & called out the staff atleast 6 times but they chose not to listen even though i could clearly hear 3 staff talk to each other. Finally ordered a Mozzarella sticks & the cheese was cold inside & we unfortunately sat at the restaurant for 20 mins & saw customers walking in & waiting for someone to serve them & even though there were no Drive thru orders to customers to attend they kept talking to each other without paying any heed to the customers waiting at the counter…This is the most ridiculous staff ever witnessed at a burger king

No cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, I was advised to 'park at the back' where I waited over 15 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches. I was on the verge of leaving and just giving up my $8 when finally, my food arrived.

This is also not my first time going here, as I'm working nearby. I have always picked a time with little, to no cars in front of me and have never received my food in any reasonable amount of time.

Be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for a simple order, even if the drive-thru is empty. Either you will wait 5 minutes at the order booth and another 5-10 at the window. If you're in for a treat, you'll get your order taken immediately, pay and be told to park and wait your 15 minutes, staring at the building desperately looking for an employee or any sign that you have not been completely forgotten about.

I asked what impossible burger was, they didnt answer I think because these guys dont speak english very well. Turns out, its artificial meat alternative that taste like flower mixture.

Check your order before u leave the window.u ask for extra cheese and pay extra.you wont get it. They clearly don't care about reading your order.

Ripped off in the drive through when they didn’t have an item, then overcharged me and basically had to beg for either a refund or an item to makeup for what they overcharged me for. Burger literally had two topics and they still managed to make a mistake on it.

Worst Burger in the city. You pay for what you get when your staff are international students who couldn’t care less.
Expect to wait 10 minutes to be served by a miserable staff work complete missed orders, cold food and a broken foundation drink machine.

By far the best Burger King I've ever been to in terms of food. Yes. All Burger Kings have the same food but this one cooks and prepares your meal properly. No items sitting there waiting for hours and then served to you. Items are made upon order. This may take a bit longer but I find it's definitely worth it. I hate getting cold burgers served to me at the drive through. This place has been consistently good. Thanks for the effort. It's fast food. But it doesn't have to be terrible. The staff here should be commended.

It's never busy here - maybe it's because the temperature in the restaurant is always about 11° - I guess it helps keep the kitchen staff cool. Bring a sweater!

I have to admit this location is nothing like other locations, i visit this place 1ce a month if not 2ice, food is always warm and tasty comparing to Hamiltons and niagara.
This place is special for me.
They care about customers.

Absolute garbage experience. They don't acknowledge your presence when you walk in despite the place being EMPTY.
They answer questions with so much attitude as if they hate their lives. It's only 11am and these ladies in the store hate their lives and make me hate mine in the morning. Definitely not what I want to see on a Thursday morning for lunch.

And ofc their sandwiches are really bad, but that's not their fault it's burger king burgers in general which I did not know was that bad

What an awful awful place. Seriously, how Burger King allows this franchise location to operate is beyond me. The staff is extremely rude, the drive through tells you to wait by the back door and they will bring your order out. 10 minutes. 15 minutes. No one shows up. Go through the drive through line up again and the girl opens the window and hands over the order. She was to lazy to bring the order out. On top of that, the lettuce they stuffed in the burgers was disgusting - they probably froze it and reheated it - anything to save a buck or two. Last time I will ever go to this location. If you value your health and sanity - steer clear of this location.

Had to wait almost 10 minutesxfor service while staff talked a joked in behind area at stoves then it was slow service from there on not happy

This is unfortunately the only location that serves breakfast near me. I waited 15 minutes at the drive through call area being told they had "technical difficulties". Although they were communicating with me using the kiosk. I gave up and walked inside instead. Immediately the cars behind me were being served. Another 5 minute wait to be served although I was the only person inside. Impossibly slow service. No one was doing anything fast. I could not understand or hear the person taking my order. She refused to speak up. In the end I got home and my sausage egg cheese croissantwich didn't have the sausage. Unbelievable. Never going to this location again.

Brown rusty lettuce on sandwiches.how can you think this is acceptable to serve to customers, disgusting fast food restaurant.

Awful service. Rude and dont care about any quality of customer service. The girl with glasses working the drive through should be fired. Has no respect or regard for paying customers. Stingy when it comes to adding ketchup or dipping sauces to the orders. For 4 fries they gave us 2 ketchups despite us asking for it at the window! I drove back to the drive through and asked her if 2 ketchups were enough for 4 fries and she dropped another 2 in my hand as if she was doing me a favor. The Manager at this location is clearly as incompetent as the staff serving the drive through.

Holy cow, I haven't eaten at Burger King in years. This place is legitimately disgusting, I don't even know where to begin. I've never seen so many 1 stars in my life.

So if you want to wait 15 mins to get your order taken then wait another 15 for them to make your food go here because they are so bad at running a restaurant I’m 14 years old and I could do a better job. This is why nobody eats burger king

If I could give a star less than 1 I would but I have to give I guess. First off come through drive thru because it is a pandemic we ask for three separate orders for some reason it isn't possible? Whatever besides that drive back around for our third order and mess up the order completely not impressed

Served 4 sandwiches, which all the chicken was raw, be careful to look first before you eat, wont be going here ever again!

Probably won't be coming to this location again after multiple orders messed up and now food way too hot to eat, nearly burnt my mouth. I highly doubt that proper food handling procedures are practised here. Wasted enough time and money.

Always long wait for takeout, always have to ask for receipt, washroom closed without reason (easy to close then you don’t need to clean), this place needs new management!

On a very hot day in July and the AC does not work in the restaurant, how throughout this time did not notice one of the staff? And when they tried to run it on they noticed it was not working!

No one seems to know what they're doing here. Good luck ordering and getting what you ordered. My last visit will be my last because the girl at the drive thru actually dumped a milkshake in my lap because she didn't secure it in the tray, and then immediately told me it wasn't her fault. She thought I was going to drive away like that too. The manager tried to make amends, but I still need to shampoo my car now. Really bad. Go to the one on Fairview.

Stood in line for 5 mins at 1: 00pm and not a single order taken from the front counter, so I walked out. Staff seem VERY confused about what they are supposed to do, and spent more time moving between stations then actually getting any work done at them. Corporate needs to retool and retrain the management at this location ASAP. +1 star because last time I was here I was actually able to order and they didn't screw it up.

Absolute worst BK I've ever been to. I go to BK on Fairview by Burlington mall twice a week. We ended up going to this one because that one was closed. It took 15minutes to try and figure out a giftcard that I got from this location for my birthday and they still didn't figure it out. Food was then cold. I will never go back to this location again.

Well their cheasy bacon tator totts dont have any bacon in em -_- but the service was fairly fast so 3 stars.

I'm always pleased with their service and quality. Great friendly staff and way better value than McD's.

No matter how busy, or slow, the food is never hot. Gave them a few tries as it is on my way home from work. Won't be returning to this particular location.

Don't go late at night, I think they stop cooking at around 6, and they'll screw up your order. I ordered a double stacker, and got a cold cheeseburger with bacon, overly smothered in ketchup

Was here today at 9: 15 pm, got no answer at the drive through ordering spot so drive up to the window. I waited for 30 seconds and nothing, knocked on the window and still nothing, knocked louder and longer and no one came. Left hungry and annoyed! My previous review of this location was 4 stars but when going there when they are listed as open and not getting anything I had no choice but to bring it down to 1 star.

Received cold food and returned it. Only to receive the exact same sandwiches and fries warmer.

So you microwaved my sandwiches. The toppings were in the same positions. Also, the burger meat was dry.

My fries were warmed, not fresh. Fresh fries from your fryer should be piping hot. Not hard and dry.

I worked for BK for 6 years, I know how things work.

Three vehicles in the drive thru, you should have dropped fresh fries. 8: 00pm on a Sunday, you should be making fresh meat from your broiler, not from your holding units.

All this and you parked 1 car and 1 car behind me.

Very Disappointed

Was there yesterday (Sunday the 28th) and I had a great experience. The food was fast and hot and as expected. The service was quick, with no line, even tho they just had a but of a rush. The place was clean, and the manager on site was awesome. I will return, always the best. Burger King, you have not let me down yet

This location is always very clean and the food is served hot. I've never had any issues with my order.

Restaurant was not quite clean as you would expect for BK. Someone from the back should come out and change the garbage. The guy at the cashier was really good and trying hard but kitchen staff should help him. Poor guy running back and forth. Your typical burger king and nothing extra ordinary.

I love THE FLAVOUR of Burger King however so disappointed as the food is ALWAYS LUKE WARM< I keep on trying hoping this situation would resolve itself, but never seems to.
