This location has something wrong. The food is not tasty, looks like its stale as compared to other locations.

Made the mistake of ordering the new Ketchup nuggets.undercooked, soggy and dripping with ketchup which proceeded to soak through almost every other food item in the bag (not great when 1 of the people eating has a tomato allergy!)

Extremely disappointing in texture, flavour and quality.

Here right now at 730am for some breakfast. Waited at the counter for a while before any heard me calling to the back even saw some stock the lettuce insert. But had headphones and couldn't hear me. When someone finally came to the front they didn't even say sorry for waiting. And made me feel like a was a bugging them or wasting their time. I get this is a hard Industry to work in but the small things go a long a way.

My go to breakfast place for the last few weekends in a row. Food is always made fresh while I wait 5 minutes. I prefer the wait but I know some people are impatient. Friendly service and professional. I will be going back for a croissant sandwich.

Horrible! The lettuce in my sandwich was all rotten and soggy. The cheese in the poutine were massive cold chunks that didn’t even melt at all with the gravy. Seriously, I don’t know how Burger King can maintain their level of service and consistency when they have locations like this. Super disappointed.

I recommend to everyone don’t go this place. Girls are so rude there. They don’t know how to talk to their customers. Very bad experience. I ordered chicken sandwich and girl gave me beaf sandwich and when I complained she said this is not possible. I don’t know why manager don’t change their such a rude staff.

So disappointed. Love BK but this location is very slow and the impossible buyer was cold. Would get if busy but they were slow

Tried this location. The customer service was good and it was a old skool and it was so big. I liked the food but the service was quite a bit slow. Overall it was a good experience.

Food, average, you're probably coming here because you have a coupon or are getting a 2 for $5 deal. Due to supply issues, this time they were out of cheese and junior patties (that go on the 2 for $5 deal). Not their fault, no they don't have to honor it for you, pick something else and move on. Let's not forget that the workers are human beings, and treating them poorly for something they can't do anything about isn't worth it. Yes, they should consider posting a sign for whatever they're out of today, would go a long way for mitigating the problem if people could see it instead of the worker constantly having to explain.

I went there to order 2 for 5 fish burger which i saw in flyer 2jan to22jan) i was in drive thru lane and 1 car behind me and iwas trying to place an order 2 for 5 Fish Burger but she dont under stand first she ask Cheese birger i said no fish burger, then she ask beef burger i said no fish burger, then she she ask Some thing else then i explain her about Flyer and she Screamed at me OK OK FISH BURGER AND WHATTT

Usually not busy, can be in and out within 10 minutes, quality workers, plenty of sitting available, clean and tidy place

No wonder the rating for this place is 3.3 because the employees and the managers don’t have any manners to talk to their customers and think they are the owners of BurgerKing.

This location is bare inside and almost looks abandoned, and it's usually pretty slow. That said, the food is normally made well and freshly prepared.

Went in there and the place was crowded.staff were unable to catch up and it 15 minutes just to have them take the order

Excellent customer service and extremely fresh fries. I came in to buy fries and they asked me to wait for a few minute while they make a fresh batch. The fries were excellent.

I ordered a lemonade with my meal and the person taking care of it wasn’t sure if there was lemonade left, they went to another worker and they said to “try it”, they then took a sip from the cup and decided it was ok to give me that cup that they took a sip out of. Disgusting. I also wanted to check to see if there was lemonade in the cup, and it was just water. Why not pull a new cup to test and if it’s out let me know and ask if I want a different drink?

Ran out of ketchup, and when asked for ketchup packs, was told "we don't have ketchup". So did you stop carrying ketchup, or are you just out? Either way, a burger and fry place running out of ketchup is a real bummer, and it shouldn't happen in the first place.

I've been 3 times over the span of 2 to 3 weeks and their Interac and merchant services systems are not working with no time frame when it will be restored.

Really bad customer service even not single table was clean all the table and chairs are dirty and staff is talk with each other instead of doing cleaning. I visit three time and same dirty tables and chairs so I will never visit again.

Unfortunately, this is the third time they did this to me. I made a big order with 50 or 60 dollars which includes for example 6 whoppers, 32 nuggets, fries, and some other sandwiches. They put all the items squeezed in one bag and they give it to you claiming that this is your order in full. Then when reaching house you find that one whopper is missing i.e you will find 5 whoppers instead of 6. This is really bad and this is happened to me 3 times in the last 6 times I visited this branch location. Some employee is doing this on purpose and it is not a mistake as they will claim. My advice if you are going to this branch location and you made a big order, do not leave till you verify your order in full specially if you have it through drive through. Management of this branch should take this issue seriously, or customers will lose trust in this branch and more importantly loose trust with Burger King.

Standard stuff as far as food was concerned, the staff mainly of Indian origin were a polite lot. Over all its a nice place to sit and watch the traffic go by and have your yummy burgers, though Covid (@#$&*%) has robbed all the fun out of dinning outside.

More then 50% of the time we come through drive thru something is missing from our order. Please get better at putting the same order in the bag that the customer ordered. Wont be coming back to this location unless I need a reason to be angry for no reason again

Ordered dine in. Burger bun was cold and burger patty was not even tasted fresh. Pre cooked long ago.

I was picking up my online order at 4pm but surprisingly they said we don’t have any burgers to serve, seriously no burger at burgerking
They gave me 2 options either to cancel the order or take chicken instead
Since they don’t have cancel option in their app so I had no other option than taking the chicken which was so cold & disgusting
I had a lot of concerns before about this place but this time will be my last time going there

Needs to be cleaner. Service is quick. The staff isn't bad but the whole location itself needs a revamp.

They didn't have any burgers. I mean none! Just friend food, woww! Burger King without a burger!

Extremely horrible experience here! Ordered an Impossible Burger and instead of a veggie pattie, I was given a beef one! I know that the Impossible burger mimics meat very closely but this is the 4th time I was having this burger and I know the difference between the veggie and beef. This was horrendous for me particularly because I was not eating meat today and most importantly I am a Hindu and eating beef is against my religious beliefs.

I've have called the restaurant multiple times to speak to someone and no one picks up the phone.
Save your money and go to another location!

I always go to this Burger King and they always, and I mean ALWAYS do not have croutons for their salads. Such a disappointing Burger King.

Drive through experience was horrible. Lady on the ordering side was very rude. Ordered vege burgers got fish burgers instead! Other burger king locations seem much better.

This place is a joke. The Interact machine is always down. The people that work there have no manners. I guess because they are only one in this area they just don't care.

Have gone here 3 times now in the last 3 weeks and each time my order was messed up. Check your order before you go just in case. Other than that it's burger king. My stomach likes burger king.

Between 7-7: 15am trying to get a quick breakfast in the morning. Service is slow, most times headpiece is not on and I'm forced to walk inside. Very poor service for wanting something quick on your morning commute.

The worst Burger King in Mississauga by far. The word fast food doesn't exist at this location. The owner's always are under staff and no joke it takes about half hour to get a order from ordering it and to receive it. If you want fast food go somewhere else. This location is getting a call to the district manager about all the bad complaint.

These guys are scammers. I've gone multiple times and they always "forget" something from my order. I do not recommend this place. Last time they made me wait for my order so it was fresh. I got home with my food and they forgot a part of my meal, I went back and they made me wait AGAIN.

It was a nice change. It wasn't busy, which is nice. The lady at the counter was polite, easy to talk to. Didn't wait long for the food and sat down at a booth. Seems like it is kept up, admin clean. I did try their new gooey bites, 4 for a $1.00. They were good, and hot. The only thing I didn't like was the music they were playing. Not sure what station it was but I thought maybe Christmas music would have been good.
