Burger King

On par with the average Burger King experience anywhere in North America. The burger itself was done well without being outstanding, but the overall appearance of the location felt tired and could do with a mild touch up.

On November 08,2023, @4: 30pm, I ordered crispy spicy chicken sandwich from this location. Likely for me, I decided to eat it there. I took a bite and noticed the chicken was uncooked, I went and reported the worker, and all she told me is it looks fine to her, I explained to her the chicken feels very slippery, and her response was it like that sometimes and the freshly got it from the oil. And there’s nothing they can do. I had to throw it away in front of her. It’s really hurts me how I didn’t take picture of itPlease do better as this is unacceptable and very very unhealthy, imagine a kid eating that. STAY AWAY FROM THAT LOCATION PLEASE!

Love their whoppers, but, their workers are usually very strange. One of them didn’t know how their app works, and they sometimes have an attitude. Other then that, delicious burgers.

I make an order before one week from the app and they take the money wile the branch was closed and i go next day to the branch the manager she refuse to help me and she was really mean and the stuff try to help me but she was laughs and told them it not true order i ho 2 times for them she keep saying come next week until now no one care or return the money or any thing thanks for the great service

1st time getting takeout. I specifically didn't go through the drive thru as fast food chains can never get an order right. I went into the store and probably repeated 10 times to put the sauce on the side and not on the burger for my chicken sandwich. Went back to work with my lunch only to find that they didn't so I ate a dry sandwich

Best BK in the city with the exception of the construction (not their fault), the service is usually good. Quality is good, love their breakfast over McDonald's. But they really need to do something about the coffee, it's really bad.

Just go on wopper wed or if i have coupons like the burger fries are just ok and gravy is more like a vegetarian dipping sauce

Empty parking lot, empty building, services were to be expected so not disappointed. Not sure if same experience if place was busy or not.order was correct but still thinking a bit slower then I had actual time for. Fast food is not fast anymore, or cheap. First visit back in months, and I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt, turn around time. Much more pleasant experience. Hope after all

The burgers taste good but a bit Greasy taste sometimes. Good to have for a treat or if you have that hunger gap that you're craving a Burger fries shake or something different The staff was friendly

I received a nasty food order today. Just straight gross condiments we're not fresh.
Who ever put pickles on my burger decided to push it right threw with a nice finger hole in my patty. They need to stop hiring children to cook for adults. Just doesn't work.

Meal was what was expected a fast food chain, the drive thur line was smooth, no delays. Only issue was no salt on the fries

The burger patties did not have the signature flame grilled texture or flavor and I say this haven't had Burger King at a location in Cornwall yesterday and another orange juice for everything yesterday

I came here on a Saturday and went through the drive thru because everything else was closed. Clearly, a lot of other people had the same idea because the drive through was like ten cars long ten minutes before they closed. But the woman working the drive thru window was so nice and I could tell she was racing around trying to get everything done before close and she even took the time to make sure the card reader was disinfected between customers and to ask me how my day was. Just so nice! I wish I'd caught her name!

Even if you buy two meals they'll ask for extra for a ranch dipping. That's the first one in any burger king. The Onion rings were not fresh, they were cold like have been sitting there for few hours. The washroom doesn't have paper towels, the dryer in the washroom doesn't work. There are no paper towels outside for customers. So much carelessness for hygiene.

Good experience however paying $0.25 for onions on a bk fish burger which always had onions is a bit ridiculous but worth it lol

I made my mobile order pretty late around closing time. I didn’t know and I reached after 11PM when they closed. All the employees at the store didn’t even bother to look at me sitting at the driveway window but the manager came up to me as soon as she saw me. She told me that they had closed and when I said that I was sorry and I had already placed a mobile order, she was like, ok I will get it for you and got me a well made burger and fries. That was good customer service even when I was on the wrong. Appreciate it. Otherwise, the food is always good at this location.

Ordered the 2 burger deal and got 2 fish burgers, when eating the fish burgers found 2 fish bones, plus one got stuck in my throats… very disappointed… spoke with the manager to file a complaint…

No surprise but Whopper Wednesday gave my the squirts. No fun at the best of times, but I travel for work for a living so you get that from time to time. Needless to say that there were a few Petro Can’s and Esso’s in the near future that paid the price.

Great and speedy service, however the atmosphere of the restaurant is very dark and dingy. Can be unappealing to eating indoors.

I got a king meal deal for me and a friend for lunch one day. First time trying the deal.not bad. A nice change from the signature OG chicken sandwich.

It tak s 20min for you to get u food after ordering it if you go through the driveway e through it takes 25 min if it's lunch rush don't bother go in just go back later or go to a different location

Good place to have some quick bites.sadly fewer options are available right vegetarians.nice staff. Good place to sit with friends

I like the crispy SPICY burgers at Burger King! Not so burger lover myself.happy they have something for me here to eat!
