Burger King

The food was so delicious, the beef burger is cooked probably, fries hot and fresh, onion rigs so yummy, they have excellent customer service, they served us so fast, strongly recommend

I just ate my first burger king from this place, which was nasty. My apple pie tasted bitter, and so did my spicy butter chicken sandwich. I think the oil has not been changed. I wish I haven’t wasted my money on this. I have to throw it away. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Nasty place, fruit flies everywhere, including the bathroom. Must have been over 500, all in my hair and everything when I left. Food sitting open on counter for 15 min because their drive thru was more important. Horrible, should be shut down due to cleanliness. There's no way it would be that bad if they cleaned properly daily.

Someone from the safety And health department needs to be sent there and close them down

The restaurant is fine. You have to worry about ONE particular person. He has tattoos on his neck. 3 stars to be exact. Rude and I would watch him if there are kids around. He was trying to too hard to talk to my daughter. He was coming off as a total creep, my daughter felt uncomfortable. We didn't want to make a big scene so we just left. He had this look of evil in his eyes. I would get his background checked out. He has that predator look on his face. I would never come back to this place again. I wouldn't recommend this place either. Specially if you have kids.

Worst customer service ever! The manager who never wanted to give his name is so rude! I can never understand how people who are so angry can work in a place where there are kids! Never in my life has anyone spoken and yelled at me like that! Glad the cops got involved!

Great to see BK back in town. It was super slow, but I can't blame the staff. They did the best they could.as there were over 50 people waiting. Great service and great food.

No poutine for the third time. Also the water button got stuck and was running for like 5mins till it stopped.

This is the worst location.the food is never hot and the lettuce is yellow or white.their food tastes off compared to other locations.seems like our whole meal was sitting for a
long time was cold.white lettuce.cold hard nuggets and soggy fries

The place is fine for what it is. Plenty of parking, drive thru, self-serve drinks, etc.

There is no self-ordering though and the place feels a bit run down and unloved.

The drink selection is limited, several basic flavours and ice tea, but just one diet option.

Food is a bit expensive considering what you get, and value menu items are not really accessible unless you know what you are doing there.

Not much in the way of healthy options.

Unless you ask for ketchup with your order, you aren't going to get any.

The dining section is boring and the people who visit this location are low energy and uninspiring.

Overall, 4/5 stars, as it is just a burger king, but ultimately Wendy's and McDonald's do a much better job, and this particular location needs some love.

A Whopper burger is a decent burger mind you, and there is now a veggie burger option. So, can't ding it too much.

WORST location you can go to. The staff has no sense of urgency what so ever. I wish I had gotten the name of one of the associates. She made it an unwelcoming place the second we walked in. She kept giving my brother cut eye then eventually me. How does it take more than 15 minutes for us to get our food. It wasnt a massive order either. It was enough for two people. We ordered at 6: 34PM and finally got it at 6: 53PM. We tried to go through drive thru but because we had placed our mobile order for pick up they refused us which was fine. So we waited and waited and waited. We heard one worker say to the other this order has been ready for awhile so why were we not given it? We finally got our food, I shared my thoughts about it shouldnt be taking 15+ minutes for a customer to recieved their fast food. Instead of apologizeing she began arguing with myself and my brother. Dont waste your time or effort here. The service and quality of food is disgusting. Oh and there have fruit flies everywhere. Dont think thats very sanitary.

Drink i was given was half full and looked like someone was drinking from it. Also was asked for papers just to sit down she gave me dirty look felt very uncomfortable going to this place she also told me i have to exit threw the farthest door only witch makes no sense when i can just go out threw same door i came in theres 2 doors there too.

Tables are dirty. Staff is so unprofessional especially the manager (having the headset mic). I was given my meal without fries. When I went back to ask for it she asked me to pay for the fries separately and was so rude. The cashier then came and realized my fries was missing and gave it to me. Poutine’s taste is disgusting. So disappointed from BK.

Went drive thru and purchased 4 meals, 2 of which were inedible… the food was cold, stale and old.
I then rang to complain and was advised that they don’t do any refunds… do yourself a favour and steer clear of this Burger King… go elsewhere….

I got a BK big fish and let me tell you these people don’t wanna make a fresh one they’ll give you some old patty put a load of sauce and serve it to you.

Ok. I was here today and this is the worst burger king I ever attended. Store is very nasty, garbage everywhere, (I have pictures) bathrooms horrible, garbage containers FULL.and a lot of ppl working there with really bad customer service, all lady's talking and so loud and having fun and I don't care that, but if they are happy why the lady who took the order looks upset and get mad because before I pay I upgrade my order! Their app makes it very easy to order and get great deals. When I get to their drive thru, it's always ready quickly. I only gave it 4 stars because there is an occasional time when the food is kind of meh.

This place hires a bunch of losers from mask cult. Told me I have to wear a mask when I'm not on the seat. What? You think the viruses are that disciplined? Evil law is not law, stop giving your customers hard time because of this nonsense mask mandate period.

Manager was not professional at all and disrespect its customers and as well as delivery persons kindly don't visit this place poor quality customer services

Poorly assembled food, missed some of the order, in spite of drive thru only hours it took a long time in line and for the order.terrible location

July 6th evening shift, no line up, but no service either. The staff put ice cream cones into a small cup for slushes and tried to serve them. How am I supposed to take them out without getting hands all messy? This is incompetence and lack of critical thinking to a very high degree.

Cant get orders right, staff argues with customer intead of fixing mistakes cant follow direction. I dont usually say negative comments but this burger king location just isnt providing good service or good food. Even accidentally got this location through a delivery app just disappointing. Wrong drinks, no ice not even filled. Fries all mixed in with onion rings. Did not follow request for no condiment on burger leaving one child without a burger. Not the first time. Wish the app would have selected burnhamthorpe locations. Too many issues. Few month ago stopped in after work and ended up throwing it all out not fresh, sloppy and cold.

$7+ just for the new spicy chicken sandwich alone! BK does not best represent value for money at all. The burger itself is minuscule in comparison to its competitors.

We went to the restaurant through drive thuru there was a girl who attend us very rudely they were not that busy there was no body at drive thuru. But we tried burger king for the first time for sure will never try it again. Food was cold though.

Absolutely horrible service by the manager around 1: 30PM on April 7th 2021. He is so rude to everyone and needs to be fired.

The food tastes and good and gets prepared quickly! The few times I was there, the staff seemed like they were more eager to get back to their conversations than to take or give me my order.

I had a double whopper. It was delicious. Nuggets was frrsh. But fries were cold. I can't remember ever getting fresh fries from burger king. May it would tast good. I'll never know.

I go to Burger King for Hershey Cream Pies. As always they are very tasty and are 100% effective in giving you the biggest sugar rush followed by a sugar crash in the world.

I went to order to this store but my experience was terrible. I ordered a meal but I got the wrong burger.when I talk to manager name Sanjeev to change my burger.he started arguing with me instead of listening to my issue.after that he started scolding the person who gave me the order. I think he needs to learn how to behave with customers as well with employees. I am never Going to visit this place because of the rude behaviour of the manager.
